We loved the service which was friendly and helpful. The food at the hotel, especilly breakfast exceeded our expectations.

A very nice stay. Nice room, good service? comfortable beds and a nice move with complementary mini-bar.

One of two mornings we had to wait +30 minutes for our a la carte breakfast, which was slightly frustrating since we had made an appointment with friends. The breakfast was, however, very nice once we got it!

The hotel is very cozy and convenient. The room was very nicely decorated and the personal kind and helpful. The location is ideal.

I loved everything. Even though I booked the smallest room, I loved the design of it, I felt super comfortable and enjoyed the communal areas. Everything is created with an eye for detail from the water bottle with some leaves of mint in the room, the cocktails in the rooftop bar, breakfast was super good and the staff is very friendly and always helpful. The down service made me feel even more welcome.

I knew this but if you have a big luggage there will not be enough room to open it in the smallest room.

The location is quiet and central, the bed was good.

I expected to see more real key Scandinavian vintage pieces, to me it looked more that the furniture was collected from too many places and lacked direction. Also, It wasn’t well maintained and cleaned to my liking. The overall impression of terraces, courtyards, rooftop and hallways altogether made a nonchallannt impression. The bathroom was far too small with no storage possibilities really . The breakfast dishes were too big which is such a waste and shame since you can’t finish them. If you ask such high rates you need to do a better job in delivering.

The shower and toilet being in the same space without a separation but pretty standard everything in Denmark.

The property has an old world charm with its tastefully done interiors. Well trained and attentive staff. Located in a peaceful neighbourhood; closer to Nyhavn.

Me and my friend stayed at this beautiful hotel for a 3 design week event. We had an upgrade to a suit and it was a pleasant surprise. Rooms are so beautiful, professional stuff and hotel is picturesque. We definitely will come back!

The hotel was of a high standard from start to finish. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, no matter what the request. The food and drinks were superb. Fantastic location.

Very few things that we didn't like. The view from our room overlooked another building, but that was not a major issue.

Excellent location. Just a few steps from main metro line connection, restaurants, Haven. The hotel design was also very elegant and cosy. Room was quite small. Restaurant products and service was also excellent

The cleaning was not top. The glass was dirty and bath room was not top level cleaned after the cleaning. The roof-bar was quite all fashioned style (unlike rest of the hotel decoration).

The Sanders is an exquisite small hotel. Everywhere about the property is beautifully decorated with superb attention to detail. The restaurant serves delicious food and the staff were terrific. Thanks to Emile and Gemma as well as the Front Desk staff! The location is perfect on a quiet street but close to everything.

We booked the Sanders Bedroom which we found a little snug for 2 people. However, it's worth noting that most double rooms in the city are of a similar size. This did not impact our stay at all...we loved the hotel!

We loved the general atmosphere of the hotel: the lounge, bar and rooftop were all great places to hang out. Food and drinks are delicious. Staff was very nice and location is perfect.

The insonorisation wasn't perfect, we could hear the people in the room above us. Breakfast on the rooftop took too long to be served, and when it finally came it was a bit confused. For a hotel of that standard it needs to be improved.

The service was amazing especially Pablo who booked all the tours for us even in other cities like Cordoba and Sevilla. The location of the hotel was excellent.

Great location and the very best staff. So friendly, very international and helpful! Lovely rooms with plenty of space to unpack and really relax. Pretty bar area and quaint terrace. We enjoyed a special wine pairing dinner for NYE which was fantastic.

This was a surprise! I didn’t expect to love the hotel as much as I did. The room was beautiful and the hotel interior is amazing! Location also was very close to the center of Copenhagen so that was a plus. Will always come back!

Location was great. Cocktail bar was very good (staff and drinks).

Some of the service elements did not live up to expectation based on star rating and price. One day despite leaving the “please make up my room sign” out, we returned at 3pm and it had still not been done. On another occasion we were made to feel a bit unwelcome when we wanted to sit in the lobby for a drink as we had a toddler and pram. We offered to put the pram down and were told to take it to our room (it felt a bit like they would rather we just left).

Beautiful boutique hotel. Felt luxurious with plenty of style and understated glamour. Also comfortable and contemporary. Everything was such fantastic quality without being fussy. Gorgeous breakfast. Amazing coffee. Best cocktails we have ever had. The toiletries were gorgeous. The attention to detail was insane. But nothing was fussy. To edit with such judgement and taste is such an achievement. Cannot recommend enough.

Fabulous hotel, amazing location , lovely helpful staff, great busy bar with good staff “Logan” was great ! The restaurant for dinner was absolutely EXCELLENT, don’t go anywhere else , the room was very small but well equipped and complimentary mini bar was a nice touch, beds/pillows very comfortable . I would definitely recommend this hotel .
