An excellent hotel in a good location. Staff were very helpful and attentive. Denmark is an expensive city, so knowing this the hotel is well comparatively well priced for the luxury it offers.
Would definitely stay there again.

A memorable and very comfortable stay.
A very pleasant, well located and comfortable hotel. Our room was very pleasant and well appointment with a lot of light. The staff were extremely helpful and breakfast on the roof terrace was a special treat.
Its on the expensive side but that is the case for so much in Copenhagen. It would have been helpful to have some coffee/tea making facility in the bedroom…but not every hotel does that.

Very good
Location, service, staffs, peaceful environment, shower, bed, looks all perfect.
I met fire alarm around 23:30PM but there is no any fire happend, everyone had to go downstairs and wating ourside, everything was like a dream and I couldn't fall asleep again when I back to my room. Anyway, I will forgot about it, it is not anyone's fault, just a experience.

A wonderful, cozy stay in Copenhagen - we look forward to returning to this special hotel.
We had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Sanders. The public spaces are probably the best of any urban hotel I have experienced. The lobby/living room is incredibly beautiful, cozy in a very warm modern Danish way. spacious and luxurious. We enjoyed that space from morning until night. We liked that it is for hotel guests only so that we could always find a place to sit. We ate breakfast and dinner in the Kitchen, and enjoyed both, thought the service for breakfast was a bit slow. We had drinks in the bar twice and enjoyed it both times, and had wine and snacks on the roof, which was lovely, as well. Wonderful service in both places. We also enjoyed the outdoor space on the street. Our room was comfortable and our bathroom was surprisingly spacious, which we very much appreciated. We appreciated having the room made up in the morning and having turndown service. The free minibar was a nice touch, and the bed was very comfortable. Our only complaint was that the room was quite warm. We turned off the heat, but the sun shining in the lovely big windows all day meant we slept with the windows open each night.
The front desk forgot our wakeup call on our last morning. As mentioned above, breakfast service was slow.

Beautiful design property
Lovely public areas, the rooftop and lobby are airy and beautifully designed spaces to hang out. Great coffee and mostly friendly service.
The room itself was a bit underwhelming for the price point, but the bathroom was lovely. In terms of value for money, preferred our stay at a Guldmedsen property.

The staff are all very sweet and friendly! Makes me feel like home! Really love a little thing is that they will come in my room around the sunset to low down the curtain, when I got back my room I feel being cared.
