Hotel Danmark, Copenhagen

There was a very beautiful view from our sixth floor. Everything in the hotel works perfectly and is comfortable. I liked the body soap and shampoo. There are several mirrors. The breakfast is plentiful and varied. The duration of breakfast time is long. It's very clean. The staff is wonderful.

The room is small and in dark tones. The lights in it are weak and therefore the room is dark. The sink is in the room. The TV does not have the ability to watch movies from a flash memory. Internet speed is average.

Great location! Everything was in walking distance. We had a superior room, the room was a nice size. The breakfast, night cap and happy hour was great. The staff went above and beyond answered my endless questions and were always very nice.

The beds were a little hard but I think that's more due to Scandinavian design and not the hotel.

Location was great— close to train station and able to walk to most sites in Copenhagen. Breakfast was amazing, and we loved the wine hour every night.

Beds were pretty firm so woke up stiff everyday.

Location was excellent. We were within walking distance of the City centre, Tivoli Gardens, City Hall, Central railway station and other great locations. Wine hour and bedtime hour were really novel and such a nice gesture. Felt we were getting something back. Also lovely to chat with other guests. All the staff we met over the five days were very friendly, courteous and so helpful and informative. Their english was excellent. Room was cleaned everyday, clean towels etc. Lovely friendly environment in the Hotel. Wide range of age groups, families, couples, single travellers etc. Travelled by train from Central Train Station to Malmo in Sweden for a day trip. Very enjoyable.

Did not like the bars that were around the bed, not sure if it was meant to look like a modern four poster but room too small for them as you also have sink and press in the room as toilet/shower room too small to accommodate the sink. A bit dangerous at night if you have to get up in dark - could bang your head off same (which I did) or stub your toe. As we were gone all day and out for a meal and drinks at night it did'nt impact on us too much. Otherwise the room was fine.

Lovely staff at the hotel, could not have been friendlier or more helpful. The breakfast was fabulous - fresh, varied and plentiful. We also loved the location, wine hour and the roof terrace, and hope to return sometime soon.

The breakfast is just great! Great food, nicely prepared in cozy atmosphere. Extremely nice and competent staff make you feel welcome.

The room was very nice but a bit small and difficult to reach the windows.

We loved our stay for a girls trip! Had everything we needed, perfect location and wine hour was a huge hit for our group. The staff were absolutely delightful and couldn’t help us enough. We visited the roof terrace but with the colder temperatures didn’t stay out there for long, however I’m sure if you visit in spring or summer this is a dreamy place to chill out. Couldn’t recommend this place enough!

There was no hand soap in the bathroom (very minor) and the room was on the smaller side for 3 people but it didn’t effect our stay at all, we loved it

We had a great stay there. The staff was super nice & helpful, the breakfast great & the location is amazing. The room was a bit small, but clean. Strongly recommend and would visit again.

First of all, your receptionists, housekeepers, breakfast members were so friendly, helpfull and smiling. Breakfast was excellent ! We liked the organic food policy. Thank you. Location of the hotel very centered to all historical places and grand train station. Thank you for your serve.

The location is simply amazing, very central in the heart of the city. And the wine hour is a great plus!

The rooms are really tiny. We could barely fit our luggage.

Location is great for both the central station and city centre, definitely enjoyed the free wine hour!

The breakfast had a variety of organic food, individual portions in the buffet is a good idea so there is less food waste. Variety of food is good including healthy options, dairy free and gluten free

We stayed at the Hotel Danmark by Brøchner for only one night; on our roadtrip. Win-o'clock is a nice affair. The location, the atmosphere, and the friendly reception staff.

Great location. I could walk to restaurants , shopping area, and train station. Nice staff, very helpful. Confortable rooms, wonderful breakfast.

My First room was cold. No heating. I changed room : the television was not working. It was repaired the next day.

Perfect location. Very clean. Lovely friendly staff. Wine hour and night cap hour are a great touch.

Room key didn’t work on several occasions. Staff sorted this promptly tho. Room smaller than envisioned. (Sink in bedroom, not in bathroom?)
