Great location, right next to Tivoli gardens, stylish and comfortable, fully organic breakfast, free happy hour wine from 5-6pm and free nightcap from about 10-11pm.

The location was perfect for exploring the city. The hotel itself was clean, charming. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was good. Also loved the 5-6p happy wine hour (free).Nice way to just sit and relax after a day of exploring.

Our room was in the side part of the building so no elevator and short quarky stairs to climb. Get a room in the main building if you can in order to use the elevator - much easier with luggage.

Room was too hot, if window was open, it was noisy. The fan was good but also fairly noisy.

Our room was quite small but not surprising given central location and not really an issue since we were out exploring most of the time.

Location to all of the sights in Copenhagen. The happy hour was a nice surprise. The courtyard was nice to see and if it wasn’t so windy, we would have enjoyed the rooftop bar.

The WC in the room was very small, had to have the door open in order to bend forward. The breakfast was hit and miss - specifically the eggs were cold two of the three days we were there. The room was difficult to maintain a comfortable temperature- it was very hot.

This was a good find but our initial room had mould in shower and the shower leaked. They entered the room without knocking as we were sleeping then woke us up to tell us they wanted us to move room immediately. We did get financial compensation though.

Great hotel in a perfect location for bopping around the city. Lovely rooms and bathrooms and nice lobby / lounge for enjoying the free drinks hours at 5pm and 10pm. All round great experience. 8 bananas.

Nothing other than if you’re staying for more than a couple of days, the breakfast gets a bit samey - could be a bit more choice.

The rooftop terrace was great including happy hour. Breakfast spread was very good.

Breakfast was great. The menu remained unchanged for five days.

Quite loud at the front of the hotel, if you want the windows open. However, you can get Dyson air coolers from some rooms.

Small but comfortable room in a good location for exploring the city. All staff were friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast with lovely fresh organic fruit and vegetables, yoghurts, cold meat, cheeses and fresh breads.

Although the shower worked well the wet room/bathroom was very small; the shower curtain was not sufficient to stop the floor getting flooded. The wet shower curtain also stuck to my body even though I am quite small. The corridor walls were painted a dark brown which made the area quite dark.

Great location, really lovely and helpful staff. Lovely breakfasts, rooms were lovely and bright and clean. Will be back.

Happy hour with complementary drinks. Friendly atmosphere, meet lots of friends from all over the world. Organic breakfast were fantastic.

Amazing location and really nice room with a balcony and good facilities in the room. The extra little benefits they do are nice like free wine and spirits.

Some of the staff were rude at the bar/ reception. When we arrived we had to wait outside for 20 minutes making multiple phone calls to the front desk as you can’t get in without a key. There was no answer until 20 minutes later and we didn’t receive an apology. Also if your young the bar staff will treat you worse at the wine hour giving you much smaller glasses then everyone else it’s almost like they didn’t care about the younger people. Small inconvenience but not nice when you’re paying the same amount as every other customer.

Location is good, close to a metro station and 9 minutes walk to train central station. Breaksfast is delicious and a great variety of food. Also have happy hour every day where you can take a glass of wine for free. The terrace is fantastic. Tea and coffee pot inside the room. Also a hair dryer. Restaurants and a food market to 6 minutes walk.

The people who cleaned the room didn't take the dirty cups we used for tea the day before, they forgot to change one of the two towels one day and forgot to leave a new box of kleanex paper towels. We stayed 5 days. The two twin beds were very small and narrow with a hard mattress .

Loved how central the hotel was and easy to find near the train station! Room was bigger than we thought and was spotless. The staff were lovely and the vibe of the hotel is really nice. The wine hour was great! The soundproofing was great aswell! Didn't hear a thing once the windows were closed. Beds were super comfy and the breakfast was really nice. The breakfast staff were great when I advised I had an allergy and gave me information on what I could have and couldn't have and prepared me something fresh when required.

The shower in the room had a curtain which kept sticking to us when we had a shower because the bathroom was quite small. We weren't able to plug the kettle in the room for a cup of tea because the cable was too short to reach the plug so would require plugging the kettle in on the floor. Some people love the Feather pillows in the room but for us we would have prefered hypo allergenic pillows but I am sure if we asked for them they would have provided them! We were just too tired and fell asleep instantly and was only for one night. These are all just very minor things! Did not ruin our trip whatsoever

The location is fantastic. The staff was always friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was the best we had in years in a hotel. Free drink in the afternoon was appreciated. 🙂

We didn't mind too much that the room was VERY small and there was hardly room for 2 carry ons. What was really missing was a few hooks inside of the door to hang a coat or pieces of clothes as there is no other place. The Dyson heater had a mind of its own and hardly worked when needed. ☺️

Location is superb, close to transport links and major city attractions. You can walk to just about everything. Our room although small was more than adequate. Great Happy Hour and Nightcap Hour, both on the house.

Public areas, especially bedroom floor corridors need a good clean. Breakfast price is too high.

Loved the location and the staff were really helpful. The nice touch of wine on the house hour and nightcap hour. Gave the place a good buzz. Ideal for a drink before heading off out.

The lounge area could have been more inviting and comfortable. Our room was very small with no chairs so a nicer space to relax in would have been good. It was very cold so I do not think the roof top bar was open.

I didn‘t like how small the bathroom was and our room was situated by a backyard that always had the light on which shone through the curtains. It was fine with a sleeping mask though.

The location was idea for walking around the city. Swift access also for the metro.

The room was described as a small double and indeed it was very small, as was the en suite.

The radiator in room 205, would make a loud ticking sound every so often which did get slightly annoying.

Good location close to train station and not too far to main sites. Use of bikes and Happy hours a nice touch at the end of a day pounding the streets!

V dark rooms although understand that is the style but even with every light on it was hard to see! Size of room meant sink was separate from bathroom. The shower room just floods everywhere. To use toilet before room was cleaned meant you were wading through water! Breakfast disappointing for price.

Really great location among many of the city centre sights. Friendly staff. Good comfortable room and ensuite bathroom. The happy hours of wine and spirits are a very nice touch too!

Could do with better soundproofing given the proximity to a main road.

The option to have a free drink at certain times of the day was most welcome. The location was very good for the metro, and walking into the centre. The rooms were clean, comfortable. The hotel was busy, but quiet enough to sleep well. The staff were very welcoming. The breakfast was good value for money.

Personally for my liking the bed were a little firm, just a mattress pad on top of the divan and the single duvet was a little narrow.
