Amazing location and really nice room with a balcony and good facilities in the room. The extra little benefits they do are nice like free wine and spirits.

Some of the staff were rude at the bar/ reception. When we arrived we had to wait outside for 20 minutes making multiple phone calls to the front desk as you can’t get in without a key. There was no answer until 20 minutes later and we didn’t receive an apology. Also if your young the bar staff will treat you worse at the wine hour giving you much smaller glasses then everyone else it’s almost like they didn’t care about the younger people. Small inconvenience but not nice when you’re paying the same amount as every other customer.

Location is good, close to a metro station and 9 minutes walk to train central station. Breaksfast is delicious and a great variety of food. Also have happy hour every day where you can take a glass of wine for free. The terrace is fantastic. Tea and coffee pot inside the room. Also a hair dryer. Restaurants and a food market to 6 minutes walk.

The people who cleaned the room didn't take the dirty cups we used for tea the day before, they forgot to change one of the two towels one day and forgot to leave a new box of kleanex paper towels. We stayed 5 days. The two twin beds were very small and narrow with a hard mattress .

highlight - Breakfast is 99% organic! The hotal is a really nice and cozy place, they also provide drinks on the house in different time. it is good for people who like to meet new friends from all over the world.

Loved how central the hotel was and easy to find near the train station! Room was bigger than we thought and was spotless. The staff were lovely and the vibe of the hotel is really nice. The wine hour was great! The soundproofing was great aswell! Didn't hear a thing once the windows were closed. Beds were super comfy and the breakfast was really nice. The breakfast staff were great when I advised I had an allergy and gave me information on what I could have and couldn't have and prepared me something fresh when required.

The shower in the room had a curtain which kept sticking to us when we had a shower because the bathroom was quite small. We weren't able to plug the kettle in the room for a cup of tea because the cable was too short to reach the plug so would require plugging the kettle in on the floor. Some people love the Feather pillows in the room but for us we would have prefered hypo allergenic pillows but I am sure if we asked for them they would have provided them! We were just too tired and fell asleep instantly and was only for one night. These are all just very minor things! Did not ruin our trip whatsoever

The location is fantastic. The staff was always friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was the best we had in years in a hotel. Free drink in the afternoon was appreciated. 🙂

We didn't mind too much that the room was VERY small and there was hardly room for 2 carry ons. What was really missing was a few hooks inside of the door to hang a coat or pieces of clothes as there is no other place. The Dyson heater had a mind of its own and hardly worked when needed. ☺️

Great location on Tivoli corner, walking distance with suitcase from main train station. Comfy bed, you could open the windows fully.

Location is superb, close to transport links and major city attractions. You can walk to just about everything. Our room although small was more than adequate. Great Happy Hour and Nightcap Hour, both on the house.

Public areas, especially bedroom floor corridors need a good clean. Breakfast price is too high.

Loved the location and the staff were really helpful. The nice touch of wine on the house hour and nightcap hour. Gave the place a good buzz. Ideal for a drink before heading off out.

The lounge area could have been more inviting and comfortable. Our room was very small with no chairs so a nicer space to relax in would have been good. It was very cold so I do not think the roof top bar was open.

The breakfast was super good!! I liked the location and how nice the lobby was.

I didn‘t like how small the bathroom was and our room was situated by a backyard that always had the light on which shone through the curtains. It was fine with a sleeping mask though.

The room was described as a small double and indeed it was very small, as was the en suite.

The radiator in room 205, would make a loud ticking sound every so often which did get slightly annoying.

Good location close to train station and not too far to main sites. Use of bikes and Happy hours a nice touch at the end of a day pounding the streets!

V dark rooms although understand that is the style but even with every light on it was hard to see! Size of room meant sink was separate from bathroom. The shower room just floods everywhere. To use toilet before room was cleaned meant you were wading through water! Breakfast disappointing for price.

Really great location among many of the city centre sights. Friendly staff. Good comfortable room and ensuite bathroom. The happy hours of wine and spirits are a very nice touch too!

Could do with better soundproofing given the proximity to a main road.

The option to have a free drink at certain times of the day was most welcome. The location was very good for the metro, and walking into the centre. The rooms were clean, comfortable. The hotel was busy, but quiet enough to sleep well. The staff were very welcoming. The breakfast was good value for money.

Personally for my liking the bed were a little firm, just a mattress pad on top of the divan and the single duvet was a little narrow.

The staff were great. They were helpful and always happy to share their local knowledge to make your stay evem better. The location couldn't be better. They have lovely touches like free wine at 5pm and free drinks at 10pm.

Rooms were pretty small and basic. The breakfast was a cold selection. It was very cold weather and it would have been nice to have some hot options.

Room was very tiny and difficult for us to have 2 cases open without tripping over things. Having the basin in the bedroom was difficult with two people - better in the bathroom.

The hotel is in an ideal location and a short walk to so many activities and attractions close by. The free wine hour and night cap hour were great! Our room had everything we needed and was extremely clean and comfortable. The staff were so friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. We could store our bags on our last day with no problems. We didn’t try the breakfast but liked how guests could avail of free coffee each morning before 11am. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at hotel danmark!!

Perfect location close to train station and the main shopping streets, with nearby bus stop to the islands. Spacious room, great bathroom, staff really friendly and the free wine hour / tipples were a great added bonus! Would stay again!

The bedroom area was very dark, cosy, but difficult to see when getting ready in the morning.

Excellent location, room with a view of Christianborg palace. Our room was very comfortable and well equipped. Hotel happy hour in the lobby was a very nice way to end the day with other travelers. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Not sure why glass bathroom doors have become fashionable in hotels, it's not a very dignified experience. Breakfast was good but expensive, and with limited hot food options. Gym was reasonably well equipped, but quite small, and a little difficult to access(my room card didn't give access, had to ask staff for assistance).

The location is nice! Close to the metro and it’s walking distance to the train station and the walking street, Strøget. We booked one more night, it was cozy! :-)

Very noisy, we could hear what everyone said when passing by our room. The staff at reception is not friendly or warm. The room is small and not very warm. Personally we couldn't feel the famous hygge mood of Copenhagen.

Staff was really friendly and helpful Loved the nightcap at 22.00 Breakfast was good but coffee not so much We didnt spend too much time in the room, it was comfortable enough for sleep and shower but the main bonus was the location so we forgave any other small issues we had.

We asked for separate beds but in our room the beds were still pushed together so we had to move them ourselves. We could hear everything from the corridor and from the room upstairs or next to us we heard someone elses morning alarm, it was really strange experience. No small fridge in the room

Cosy and friendly atmosphere

Very central to all attractions. 8 minute walk from train station and close to bus stops. Staff very helpful and loved the complimentary wine and night cap hour.
