Hotel SP34, Copenhagen

Very friendly helped with making dinner reservations. The Breakfast was fabulous. High quality food and great service! The complimentary wine daily and spirits daily is amazing. The wine is a quality vintage. The Hotel is very generous. The beds are comfortable. The rooms are impeccably cleaned. The Hotel is on a quiet side street and is a great location for shopping, fine dining and seeing major sites. I will stay here next time I’m in Copenhagen!

The cleanliness is very problematic, the beds and blankets were relatively small for a so-called twin bed.

The hotel was amazing great lobby and very friendly people, the rooms clean and minimal, normal view but very quite, relaxing beds too, and good temperature.

Head waiter in the restaurant below where we have breakfast, for the night shift though, was rude.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean and comfortable.

I had a room looking out onto the courtyard. It was quiet until Thursday night when the music from the bar below was pumping and was really loud until quite late 11pm/12. Breakfast was delicious but felt chaotic with not enough space for people to sit or manoeuvre. It was on 2 floors with food downstairs. We got up to get more food from the buffet and when we came back to the table someone had taken our place!
I loved that I could open a window but didn’t like that there was no safety mechanism. I appreciate it would ruin the design but it’s Not suitable for children.

The room was comfortable. We asked to change rooms and the staff were accommodating. Breakfast was very good; lots of choices and healthy. the location was excellent and there was easy access to the major areas in town. Appreciated the 'happy hours"

There was a lot of construction in the hotel and the breakfast area was cluttered (at breakfast) by photographers.

The breakfast was amazing, the staff was lovely, the wine hour and the general ambiance was awesome, and the rooms were cozy and comfortable.

We had some minor issues with making the AC work, but nothing concerning.

The hotel has an excellent location: it is very well connected to everything, features beautiful facilities, and offers a very good breakfast. In addition, the staff is very helpful and friendly.

The air conditioning was not working. The first night was horrible because of the heat, and on the second night we had to leave the windows open just to get some sleep. Luckily, there was some wind during those days. In addition, the body wash was not replaced upon our arrival: there was only a small amount left, and it ran out after just one use. Fortunately, we had brought our own. For the price we paid, we expected a much better experience.

he breakfast was plentiful and, most importantly, accompanied by very good coffee served at the table. The breakfast room itself is also special - as if you were dining in a greenery-filled garden pavilion.

Unfortunately we didn’t find the ai4 conditioning control in the morning so slept with windows open. It is a very noisy street!

Great location, smart and tasteful rooms, several social zones for the guests on the ground floor, complementary wine between 17.00 and 18.00 - brilliant!

The hotel is in a great position. It’s very comfortable and has a lovely ambience in the very relaxing lounge bar area especially late afternoon and early evening during the wine hour. The rooms were spacious and very well equipped. The staff were all so friendly and went above board to help with any enquiries. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

A little road noise but it’s in a city centre so only to be expected.

Wine and night cap hours were a much appreciated bonus for the stay. Staff was really helpful with restaurant tips and extra cleaning of the room. Nice restaurants also by the hotel but would have needed a reservation ahead for the fancier one. Walking distance to almost everywhere.

Room had a sewer stink when we entered but the staff did their utmost do get rid of it and it helped. The room was marked as a twin but was actually a double which wasn’t ideal for two friends but luckily the bed was wide. :D

Design, breakfast and wine hour, location

Street facing room was noisy early morning, our cars keys stopped working multiple times and had to keep getting them updated

Location was excellent. Cozy vibes. Nice sized room and bathroom. Heated floors in bathroom felt like a luxury. Wine and cocktail happy hours nice touch. Coffees at breakfast were perfect.

Confusing layout of rooms and floors. Not a lot of good local choices for restaurants. Rooms are tight.

Comfort -- from the beds and bedding to the very high quality furniture in the lobby. Excellent organic breakfast. Fine location walking distance to many attractions.

The selection of drinks at the bar could be bigger. The inside air seemed very dry. The pump mechanism supplied with the in-room toiletries often broke down.

the cocktail hour and nightcap hour were a lovely way to meet other travellers in Copenhagen and share experiences. The staff were friendly and warm . The breakfast was amazing !

I was upgraded at the last minute (for free!) to a deluxe double room which was very comfortable, clean, and modern. Bed was super cosy. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was very diverse, fresh and delicious. Loved the free nightcap before bedtime :)

I initially booked a single bed hotel room, but the staff notified me that they upgraded me to an apartment which was so spacious and clean. It had all the necessities I needed and the view was stunning. I’m so happy that they upgraded me. The location was a close walk to all the stores I needed to go
