Hotel SP34, Copenhagen

We loved that it was clean and well positioned. The staff were super nice and helpful, the nicest we met during our stays. Breakfast was great and the coffee amazing!

We loved that we got an upgrade, however we didn’t love the reason. Our first room didn’t have a working heating system. The second room did, but it was still quite cold, so bear that in mind if you’re visiting during a colder month, they can provide an extra radiator though, so maybe that can fix the issue! They had a crew fixing something somewhere in a space above our room so during 7 AM in one of the days there was a lot of noise and it disturbed our sleeping. There is also construction work in front of the hotel, but that is absolutely not their fault and it is easy to get in and out.

Rooms are basic, maybe too plain

Great location in city centre, with lot of restaurants and bars close by. Close to metro station and railway station. Very helpful and friendly staff. Between 17.00 and 18.00 wine on the house and free nightcaps from 22:00 to 23:00. Excellent breakfast with lot of choice of organic food and free champagne.. Restaurant Vaekst, within the hotel offers great modern Nordic cuisine.

We had a room overlooking the street and there was a lot of noise early morning from 0530hrs onwards with roadworks and bin men (not hotels fault!!!) Someone cut through a wire so WiFi in our part of the hotel only, did not work for 24hrs. After it was fixed, no issues! The curtain would not close right across our large window making the room not completely dark and preventing us from sleeping. Asked staff to assist and we were moved to another room this time overlooking the court yard. Really appreciated it!

The room was great, clean and had everything one needs. The free wine hour and digestive hour is a fantastic offer and makes sure people come back!

Central location, excellent breakfast, the complimentary drinks ‘happy hour” , buzzy atmosphere.

The room was in need of a fresh coat of paint the , the corridors walls and carpets a bit grubby .

The carpet on the 3 rd floor where we stayed smelled terrible and was off putting and appeared dirty and the gym was closed unfortunately

It was very centrally located. Lobby area had lots of comfortable seats and spaces. The staff were superb - warm, accommodating and welcoming.

They are in the process of renovating the property so the gym wasn’t available but we could access the gym in their sister hotel 700m away.

The breakfast was very good- organic and healthy options- nice service. Cozy athmosphere with good service, wine time 5-6 was nice to get people together to the lobby

Nice rooms, but very small, even standard room bed was narrow and room very small. Slippers and bathrope would have been nice to have! Gym was closed witch I missed duting my stay

Great location, clean and comfortable room with spacious shower, excellent organic breakfast, lovely barista, fabulous free wine and free nightcap hours in a friendly relaxed stylish bar area. All key tourist spots were in walking distance and it was only 2 mins from the metro for travelling to / from the airport.

The pavement in front of the hotel was being dug up when we were there which spoiled the initial impression but this wasn’t the hotel’s fault and it was an otherwise charming street with a gorgeous bakery nearby.

Lovely helpful staff, very smiley. Breakfast was good - Loved the wine hour in the lobby. Restaurant downstairs very handy as so cold when we were there. Reasonably priced for Copenhagen

Room was small but we were told that it was ideal because we were out all day breakfast was lovely great selection of food all organic in little jars nice presentation and a barista making coffee for you . It was a nice location 5 minutes from the metro nice and quiet really enjoyed our stay

Location was terrific. We could walk everywhere easily. Breakfast was fabulous but expensive Free wine between 5-6pm and free nightcap between 10-11pm much appreciated

Tea wasn't replaced or access to milk and no in room fridge. The only hotel we stayed at that didnt have in room coffee machine, however free coffee available in the morning at reception

Comfortable bed with excellent breakfast. Locations was great. Very walkable and a metro less than 10 minutes away. Free happy hour two times per day was an excellent touch as well.

Room didn’t have an iron/ ironing board. The room was also very hot. Had to leave windows open if I wanted the heat on, which I did because it was January.

Location, breakfast, staff, decor of breakfast area was a personal favourite! The property was having lots of work done to other rooms inc the gym, but it didn’t get in our way and we were offered an alternative gym option.

The in room shampoos and soap products…not good at all.

Location is great. Treats for gueast are great and make people to sit and enjoy. We loved the design. Breakfast was super tasty. Part next to lobby is prepared to work which we used.

Forgot to leave extra milk when changing the room. That's the only fault i could think of.

Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful; my first room had a weird, musky smell and they didn’t hesitate to move me. Nightly they have a happy hour and a night-cap hour which creates a nice vibe in the hotel. It’s also attached to Vaekst restaurant which is outstanding (highly recommend).

It’s tacky and run-down. Whilst the common areas like the lounge and bar are decent, the corridors are grey and feel sinister. The walls/ lifts are chilling and desperately need a coat of paint. The room felt like a 3-star motel room at best . For the Same cost, you can get much better quality in Copenhagen.

Looks nice and clean. The happy hours ara fantastic and make the hotel really lively and comfortable. Breakfast was very good and staff was likeable.

Very noisy from 05am from the street as garbage and other trucks were working. Also in panorama room the dark curtains were not able to be closed all the way so the lights is in your face allt night long. No refrigerator in the room

Family room felt a bit cramped. We had previously stayed in a larger room so we were a bit disappointed.

- • The room layout: upon entering, you step directly into the bed area. There were no hangers for outerwear, and only one power socket by the bed, so you had to choose between using the lamp or charging a phone. - the hairdryer cord was very short and jumped out of a socket. • The first room we were assigned was an attic room; to access one side of the bed, we had to bend down due to the sloped ceiling. • To be fair, the staff changed our room immediately after we asked the next morning.

The staff was amazing. They shared local recommendations, greeted us with a smile every time we passed through and kindly served us drinks.

The bed was a bit uncomfortable. It was too firm for me. But the room overall was great.

Lighting in room was too dark… very dimly lit needs brighter bulbs. Shower flooded the bathroom floor. Need a vanity mirror in the bathroom for apply makeup etc, as you are too far away from the mirror.

It’s not very clean - for instance my duvet was smelly (the linen was fine, just the duvet smelling of bodily fluids)…

Perfect location. Lovely staff and the hotel environment is just so welcoming. Great organic breakfast.

Rooms are a bit small for this price range. Bathrooms need some rework.
