Hotel SP34, Copenhagen

For me the breakfast and accommodation was average

Water in the shower barely flows. Also there was some detector of co2 which really strong flash during the night and we weren’t able to switch it off

Nice atmosphere, wonderful breakfast, great location.

No aircondition, fan can't keep the room decent when warm/hot outside.

Handy location, not very central but not too far from Metro and Train Station

Bedroom was poorly appointed, dingy decor and badly lit. Corridors all very dingy too, grey being the predominant colour throughout on walls, ceilings and floors except for hotel reception and breakfast restaurant.

No refrigerator in the rooms. The rooms are too small compared to the price. Breakfast can be improved with additional options such as gluten free. No air conditioning.

Looking a bit tired. Needs redecorating and refurbishment Rooms at front of hotel are hot and noisy Breakfast is good but can be a bit chaotic

•Located in a tranquil yet central street, it’s easy to get around Copenhagen as a first-time visitor •I booked a Suite (overlooking the courtyard). Despite not having a ‘city view’, the Suite was so spacious, super comfortable and very clean •Great breakfast! And the waiters are lovely

•Don’t expect a warm welcome. After a 18-hour flight, I was disappointed at how unfriendly and unhelpful the two ladies at reception were

Good location. For the most part liked the design.

A bit narrow and small room…but sure..some charm in that. We missed a mirror in the room. Small bathroom mirror is not enough. Also when taking a shower, the whole bathroom floor get wet.

Noisy location - rooms were stuffy so we had to sleep with windows open and it was super noisy

Hotel had a great location as you could walk to most places in the center and it was also close to the railway station. Hotel rooms had a nice design. The breakfast was nice and late available which is appreciated during the weekend trip. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful.

The breakfast arrangement felt a bit crowded and chaotic during the weekend. However, the overall feeling remained positive.

Its really great but to the price we paid id expect something way more upscale

There was a bad smell coming from the downstairs kitchen

Great whine and liquer evenings when all the hotel guests gather at the lobby.

The room was very comfortable, the breakfast really excellent, the staff was friendly and finally the location in the city is perfect.

Lighting in the bedroom was far too dim and the shower wet the whole floor of the bathroom

Wine hour, excellent breakfast, short walk from station, stylish hotel bar, loads of bars & restaurants nearby.

Restaurant isn't really part of the hotel and was fully booked during our stay.

Loved the location, happy hours, breakfast, easy check in and all the staff were really helpful.

Unfortunately there was scaffolding right outside our window which meant we had to keep the curtains closed all the time. The workmen weren't noisy but they were there when we were getting up in the morning which was slightly off-putting. Obviously if work needs to be done there has to be scaffolding but it was rather disappointing that it was outside our window. It would have affected other guests too but our room was on the top floor and that's where the men were working.

The location was really great and the lobby area was a wonderful welcoming space. That being said the winehour was such a lovely perk and brought such a good vibe to the hotel.

The room itself was fine and bathroom was lovely but particularly the build in bed was grimy which isn’t very pleasant to experience.
