Great location

Standard twin room was very small.

The location, the room, the breakfast were all wonderful.

My only complaint was we reserved the deluxe, panoramic view room which overlooked the st and each morning at 6am the laundry truck would unload right outside and it was SO loud for half an hour.. Our friends moved to an interior courtyard room, which we should have done. They said it was quiet so recommend requesting that over the view.

Great location, smart and tasteful rooms, several social zones for the guests on the ground floor, complementary wine between 17.00 and 18.00 - brilliant!

The hotel is in a great position. It’s very comfortable and has a lovely ambience in the very relaxing lounge bar area especially late afternoon and early evening during the wine hour. The rooms were spacious and very well equipped. The staff were all so friendly and went above board to help with any enquiries. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

A little road noise but it’s in a city centre so only to be expected.

Wine and night cap hours were a much appreciated bonus for the stay. Staff was really helpful with restaurant tips and extra cleaning of the room. Nice restaurants also by the hotel but would have needed a reservation ahead for the fancier one. Walking distance to almost everywhere.

Room had a sewer stink when we entered but the staff did their utmost do get rid of it and it helped. The room was marked as a twin but was actually a double which wasn’t ideal for two friends but luckily the bed was wide. :D

Design, breakfast and wine hour, location

Street facing room was noisy early morning, our cars keys stopped working multiple times and had to keep getting them updated

Location was excellent. Cozy vibes. Nice sized room and bathroom. Heated floors in bathroom felt like a luxury. Wine and cocktail happy hours nice touch. Coffees at breakfast were perfect.

Confusing layout of rooms and floors. Not a lot of good local choices for restaurants. Rooms are tight.

Really stylish Great organic breakfast

Comfort -- from the beds and bedding to the very high quality furniture in the lobby. Excellent organic breakfast. Fine location walking distance to many attractions.

The selection of drinks at the bar could be bigger. The inside air seemed very dry. The pump mechanism supplied with the in-room toiletries often broke down.

the cocktail hour and nightcap hour were a lovely way to meet other travellers in Copenhagen and share experiences. The staff were friendly and warm . The breakfast was amazing !

I was upgraded at the last minute (for free!) to a deluxe double room which was very comfortable, clean, and modern. Bed was super cosy. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was very diverse, fresh and delicious. Loved the free nightcap before bedtime :)

I initially booked a single bed hotel room, but the staff notified me that they upgraded me to an apartment which was so spacious and clean. It had all the necessities I needed and the view was stunning. I’m so happy that they upgraded me. The location was a close walk to all the stores I needed to go

Downstairs restaurant (not related to hotel) can be noisy and play music loudly till midnight.

the location was good. It was easy to access from the airport with m2 line. Although I donot drink much alcohol. the wine service between 5-6pm and tripple servicr between 10-11pm was a nice touch. There was free water everytime and coffee in the morning

stayed in room 115. The layout of the room was not well planned. Small wardrobe for two especially for a long stay.no shutters for the wardrobe. misplaced mirror cannot use Bad layout of bathroom. Big space but a very very small bathroom sink. everytime you wash, around becomes water. Small bin for bathroom and room. No danish pastry in the breakfast very lean and mean organic breakfast.no mini fridge. may be it was noted and i didnot pay attention.

The location, the amazing breakfast, the staff, the bikes and to be able to get everywhere in a few minutes.

Everyday the housekeeping went to such kind trouble in dressing the blankets in a different way and hanging the fresh towels differently. That was a lovely, attentive plus. What could be improoved is the floor cleaning and the mirror.

Room was a little on the small side. The shower was a bit annoying. Difficult to get constant hot water. And the water that did come through was weak as only half nozzels worked.

Very central location, with great facilities. Easy walking distance everywhere. The wine hour was a fantastic touch and a great atmosphere.

I loved the happy hour as people would sit together and engage with the staff and different guests alike. Loved that the staff was a mixed crew, people from all backgrounds, including Mexican, which was a lovely surprise.

Absolutely everything. Highlights were the free wine hour 5-6, of course built most of our days around this. The organic breakfast was amazing, complementary Prosecco. A free upgrade for my birthday. Staff were fantastic and guided us around the city. Close to transport links. Nothing more could be done.

Really loved my stay! Though perhaps small for any larger person, I found my room was very comfortable and had everything, including a selection of delicious Danish teas along with the boiling kettle. The bathroom floor was warm, which was incredibly cosy and pleasant, and helped with the drying of towels. This really impressed me. My view towards an inner courtyard was also lovely and although the location is rather central and near a big road, it was very peaceful.

It seems the stairs were mostly for use for emergencies - I couldn't figure out how to get to breakfast using the stairwell which I could locate near my room (had to use my card to exit that stairwell but it only worked to unlock my floor, not the ground floor). Hence, usually I had to wait for the elevator to get anywhere, which could be a bit frustrating if I was in a rush.

I wish the house cleaning had been a bit better. They did the minimum in cleaning our room each day. Laundry services should be provided to Ben on holiday weekends.

The location of the hotel is great. The staff is also really nice and friendly and we loved the vibe and atmosphere of the hotel. The free wine hour is really nice and fun. Breakfast is nice, but when you stay for 6 nights like we did we kind of got bored with it. But we loved the fresh fruits, the fresh juices ans really fun to start the day with a glass of bubbles. But we really noticed a different level of service in the breakfast depending on weather you sat upstairs or downstairs so we tried to be downstairs. The bed is very comfortable and the room felt nice and warm.

It wasnt easy to sleep, the room was very loud as it was so near the street and also the curtains dont close all the way so it doesnt get properly dark. Also because of the outside noise it was impossible to have the windows open at night. The wifi did not work at all. Its also a bit of a weird hotel. Some parts are really nice while others feel very old and worn.

One of the best hotels for the price. Location perfect. Personnel, although generally very young, is very attentive and helpful. The breakfast is top.

The room had a very high and dominant sloping wall. But you quickly learn to live with it.
