The location, the ambience and how clean it was

The beds are very small

Great location, very clean rooms, and a very comfortable stay overall. We also really appreciated being able to adjust the heating in the room ourselves, which made the stay even more cozy.

The hotel staff was absolutely wonderful and made the whole experience feel warm and welcoming from the first moment. The breakfast was truly perfect I honestly could not imagine a better one. The restaurant staff, especially Sandra, were amazing. Every morning started better thanks to their kindness and energy.

Another lovely detail was the free sparkling and still water available at the reception at any time, which was incredibly thoughtful and appreciated.

The hotel’s location was excellent and very central, with Nørreport Station only a short five-minute walk away, making it very easy to travel to and from the airport via the M2 metro line. The nearby Copenhagen food market was also a great bonus, offering plenty of dining options just a few minutes from the hotel. I also enjoyed being close to the waterfront, which was perfect for relaxing and watching the sunset in the evenings.

A super cute hotel with a great location. The staff were amazing. Every staff member went out of their way to be pleasant, kind and super helpful. We got recommendations about the area that made our stay even more special. The breakfast was delicious.

I have stayed several times at this hotel now, the location is very convenient to my daughter’s apartment, the Metro and city centre. The staff are always helpful and friendly. I like the bar area and the room has everything I need. The bed is really comfortable.

The hotel was very centrally located, near public transportation. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

The breakfast seemed very expensive, so I only ate there once.

Great value for money. Hotel was really clean and modern. Room had everything we needed. Location was great. 5mins walk to nearby train station and walking distance to many restaurants and things to do. Staff were super friendly. Loved 'cosy hour' (1 free drink between 5-6pm), although would be even bette if you could pick your cosy hour so that you don't miss out if you're not back in time. Good wifi. Luggage storage is really helpful too.

Room was a little small when you have suitcases to open. They were fully booked so couldn't accommodate a double bed (had 2 singles pushed together). Breakfast was a little pricey at around £30pp but probably in line with Copenhagen prices for a buffet (cant attest to the quality as we didn't eat breakfast there)

Welcoming staff, luggage room was convenient, cosy hour was lovely.
Environmental focus was clear - eg whether to have your room cleaned or not.

Close to Norreport metro and train station and the food hall but the location felt calm

Towels were a bit small and the shower was not very strong
We had a bit of noise from reception and bar one night as we were located just above it.

Ibsens has the nicest staff, always ready to help. I got a room that I particularly like - 541 in the end of the corridor, comfortable and quiet. Location is excellent, breakfast wonderful. I am a regular, why change if things could not be much better.

Well, pricey. But that is Copenhagen.

The breakfast offered an ideal selection of options. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The staff hosted a relaxation hour at 5 p.m. with one free drink. One review said the carpets looked old, but I did not find them old at all! The hotel's location was ideal, in the center of Copenhagen. That made it worth my money.

My room was nice and clean. Everything I need including a kettle, some tea and coffee, sugar, was perfect after my long travel. The stuff is friendly. So, it was positive experience for me.

The beds were so comfy! They were fabulous. Breakfast was probably one of the best breakfasts we’ve ever had in a hotel. So fresh, delicious taste, lovely staff in the restaurant and setting. The staff in the hotel were lovely too. Best part about the hotel was cozy hour (or as my partner called it cozy time!) it brought everyone together and was a great vibe after a busy day to sit before the evening started.

Nothing really. The bathroom was a little small but you utilised the space well. My partner did keep tripping over the step all the time in to the bathroom but he is pretty clumsy!

It is a budget hotel (3 star), so judge it on that basis. However, it shares the facilities of the five star hotel attached and the three restaurants attached.

- Everything was very clean and the room was cleaned daily
- Very central location, walked everywhere
- Friendly staff
- One free drink for guests in the afternoon
- Everything went smoothly with our reservation

- The price was pretty decent for Copenhagen but the room was smaller than I expected
- At first I had some doubts for the shower because it's literally above the toilet seat but it was better than I expected, it didn't "flood" at all and it was drying very quickly
- I didn't like the permanent carpet on the floor, seemed a bit too outdated for me
- The double bed was small

Staff amazing from start to finish. Really welcoming and informative. Great location, few minute walk from Norreport station and a not too far from the all the attractions. Lovely local feel to the area aswell.
Room was spot on, clean and had everything we needed from a kettle, hair dryer and ironing board.
Secure luggage storage was available for us to store our cases upon checking out.

The location was excellent, the neighbourhood was also very nice. My travel was work related, so I chose my hotel to be walking distance from the venue, although it was also easy to reach the city center by foot. The metro station is also just a few minutes walk away.
The staff was also very kind and helpful. I liked the small bar by the bar and the option to grab a drink or a croissant during the day.
Bonus point for the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in!

It has nothing to do with the hotel… just the lack of courtesy from my neighbors and the slamming of doors.

Friendly and helpful staff, quite close to everything in City Center by foot, close to bus, train and metro station), easy to come and go from airport, comfortable room a d great breakfast.

Not much around compare to other streets and most places close early. But just in a few minutes you can get anywhere around.
