View from terrace and central, yet quiet location.

The room on top floor with terrace was very small. Nowhere to put down anything. There was no bedside table, table, shelf or cupboard. But there was an unnecessary wall mounted TV. Terrace/ balcony is awkward to access.

Great location with 2-min access to public transportation. Clean and well-ventilated room. Really comfortable bed. I really enjoyed the eco-friendly direction of the hostel and amazing atmosphere.

There were lockers but with no keys. I was confused when next day I asked the manager about it she only suggested to buy a key. I have never had such experience. No one told me when and where to pay for the kitchen. It would be great if there was an option or info during the check-in. No hooks near the bed or outside the bathroom. I had to use my selfie stick for my jacket...

The amount of facilities and the coziness and liveliness as the place is always buzzing with people of all ages. The beds are surprisingly good (I was a bit sceptical about bunk beds), and the service and staff is amazing and helpful too.

The wait for the elevators as there were so many people. That's about it

The location was nice, short walk to get groceries and food, and also not too far from popular tourist areas like Nyhavn.

The room was very small, and the bathroom could have been cleaner. Also hand towels were not included.

I was lucky enough to get a beautiful view. All the spaces were fairly clean. Everything needed was fairly available.

Payment to use various facilities was not mentioned upfront. Parts of the building needed maintenance.

little privacy, blue alarm light lightning the room the whole night, no chance to turn it off. the bathroom door was made of glass and very noisy every time you open it. To use the kitchen or store luggage or lock the locker, you have to pay extra. the pool is very small, you have to pay per hour and there where a lot of people, no possibility to swim. there was no space for relax or leave your belongings in the pool , if you dont bring your locker.

The rooms were very clean when I arrived and the Check-In was very easy via the App "AeroGuest Online". The people working there were always very friendly and helpful with any kind of information.

Everything was ok

Location 30 mins to central station. Tiny but perfect bright rooms. Staff lovely. Upbeat happy vibe. Gathered well for all age groups. Fixnt have breakfast but saw yogurts and sandwiches etc available yo purchase.

Changing room for pool is tiny.

The location, staff and facilities (such as the activities organised there) were all great. The beds were comfortable too. I would go back here. It really reminds me of Next House, but this accommodation has a pool and Next House has a rooftop terrace.

The automatic light sensor was close to my bed (bed 1, bottom bunk), so whenever I accidentally moved my foot a little too much to the left the light would turn on. This happened a few times in the middle of the night. My duvet cover had a small stain on it. Other than that the hygiene was fine.

Would have been great to have the toilets and showers on each floor. Also the door to the bathroom in the room doesn’t close good, so there’s an issue with privacy.

It was a bit strange having 6 bunk beds in a room that was private just for two people.

Lacking some shelf/table in the room and perhaps some more quiet area in the lobby/lounge.

Hostel was very clean and close to the city center.

An employee knocked on the door even though it wasn't time to leave the room yet, didn't give us a chance to get ready and went straight in, which made us very uncomfortable. Because we stayed in a women's dorm room we could have been naked and we would have preferred at least a female employee to come in.

Superb location, really close to city center and tivoli gardens. Nice youth atmosphere, really friendly staff.

It has the best years already behind - everything works, but is quite worn out (for example water in our toilet going through after flush - promptly repaired). Also sleeping in top floor beds not super safe for kids - there is no barrier against falling down.

Common areas with sofas were you can chill; also a kitchen,cinema, TV, swimming pool and a small gym.

There were people on a long term in the room I was assigned to and they had wat too many belongings (suitcases, food, etc)on the floor. It was even difficult to walk inside the room. The gym is being charged on a daily basis, compared to Next House Hostel (same owner group), which charges you one time per stay, same as they do at Steel House with the use of the Kitchen.

great location (close to central station, tivoli, city center etc.), many offers from hostel (bike rental 130dk per person for 24h, luggage storage 60dk for 24h etc.), super comfortable beds. we had a private double room and the size was great for 4-5 nights.

there was just a towel per person which was okay but the shower didn’t drain really well and flooded our bathroom. more towels would have been available at the front desk for a surcharge.

The staff were very helpful and approachable. Rooms and facilities are nice and clean.

It was very clean with good facilities and nice capsule beds in the dorms.

The ad did not make it clear that there were facilities you had to pay extra for access, e.g. the kitchen.

Loved how helpful the staff were. Loved the swimming pool. Loved cycling around Copenhagen on the bicycle I hired from the hostel.

The location was good, close to Tivoli gardens. The bed was comfortable. The hostel was well-equipped.

Everything has to be paid additionally - leaving your luggage is paid additionally and there is no lock on the lockers in the room if you don't rent it.

Steelhouse Copenhagen has a *LOT* of facilities, so it's great especially for people staying for long periods of time. There is also a cafeteria so you can have breakfast or get a bite straight from the lobby!

The room is a bit small with very little room to walk around. The big bed is nice, but I prefer to have a pure single bed just to have more room to walk in the room.

comfy beds, budget-friendly breakfast, entertainment options, very close to the central station and couple of minutes to a main station, and overall excellent value for the money!

fridges were completely packed, bring own lock, room 111 toilet needs to be fixed, and the need to pay to use the kitchen.

Good enough as a hostel

The beds were comfy, rooms were clean and location was amazing.

The room was boiling hot, was sweating every night. Bed had a hair in... I didn't mind but just letting you know.

The poor WiFi. The WiFi signal was great at the common areas in the ground floor but I got a room in the top floor and the signal there was very weak and constantly going off.

The hostel is very new, my bed was very comfortable and cozy. You can walk easily to any sight in the city

Value, relaxed vibe, easy check in and welcoming staff. Having a swimming pool was a big bonus with children.

The common areas of the hostel are very nicely decorated. It's a great place to relax after a day of walking around Copenhagen, listening to music, and having a beer. There are also many games available, although we didn’t use them. The shared room with the beds was clean and comfortable. However, the beds might feel a bit tight if you are over 180 cm tall. The hostel is very close to the train station (about a 5-minute walk) and also relatively close to the bus station (about a 20-minute walk through the lively Meatpacking District, full of restaurants). It’s also within walking distance of most tourist attractions. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would definitely stay here again when visiting Copenhagen. Next time, though, I would probably choose a private room because of the bathroom situation. I would recommend booking a private room, especially for a longer stay.

While the idea of a bathroom in the shared room sounds nice, the design was not very functional. The toilet and shower were enclosed with sliding frosted glass doors that were not soundproof at all. Because of this, we felt like we were disturbing the others in the room (both nights, someone was already trying to sleep before 10 p.m.). One afternoon (around 4–5 p.m.), I returned to the room just to shower and use a hairdryer, because I didn’t want to risk waking up other guests in the evening or the morning.

Bunk beds are pretty hard to climb up and down from. Could do with a shower mat to help keep bathroom dry since it's pretty small. Our shower drain also didn't really work which flooded the bathroom. Frosted glass door and automatic light in bathroom is frustrating in a dorm as the whole room lights up when someone goes in. Key cards didn't work very well to work lift or open dorm door.

The room was clean and we had plenty of room for our family in a private room. The room was a good temperature and quiet. The location of Steel House was great to meet our families needs. The car park facility was really useful. There were great overall facilities to use.
