The location, very central and offers many facilities.

The bedroom was very warm and beds exceptionally hard.

The gym was way too small.

Loved the the happy hours because they brought people together and created a great vibe. Breakfast was delicious and loved the high-quality ingredients/organic focus. Roof deck was beautiful. Decor of the rooms was cool.

The condition of hotel overall was a bit rough around the edges (e.g., dings in the floor boards, scuffed paint, worn carpets, etc.) Staff were pleasant, but a bit aloof. Rooms were very warm, even with heater off.

breakfast room was quite narrow and the air was close. I could not find out how to keep a towel that was only used once. Each day towels were exchanged, although I did not lay them on the floor. Towels on the hook is normally the sign to keep it, and there is no need to change (enviromental sustainability?)

Friendly staff, breakfast, happy hour and nightcap hour. The roof terrace and the views from our room were excellent. Very helpful staff and very sociable hotel. Great location.

Only thing that frustrated us was that you had to keep resigning in for Wi-Fi and it logged out very quickly apart from that everything was perfect.

The hotel itself was very nice, clean, really friendly staff. The location was perfect for us, only a few minutes walk from the train station and major sights. We took advantage of both the wine hour and the nightcap hour, such a nice bonus, and they were very generous with servings. We were barely in the room so the small double size wasn’t an issue for us, but not a lot of space for 2 suitcases! The breakfast was a mixed bag for us, we loved the smoothie options, but the choice of food wasn’t great for our tastes.

The space used for breakfast was quite small, and it was very chaotic most of the time.

The room was very comfortable, quiet & cosy. The toiletries were lovely too. The wine hour was wonderful. We loved the breakfast. Fresh & super tasty.

We didn't like the shower being part of floor, it made the floor surrounding it very wet.

Excellent location and very friendly and attentive staff. Everyone spoke perfect English which was very helpful. The rooms were comfortable with a good amount of space. The wine and tipple hours were excellent and the rooftop bar was lovely. We would very happily stay again.

Comfortable hotel in a great location. Really loved the boutique feel of the hotel and unique perks such as wine o clock (free wine between 5pm-6pm) and nightcaps (a free nightcap between 10pm - 11pm) which I’ve not come across at other hotels. The staff were great and very quickly helped us resolve a minor room issue (a slightly too firm children’s bed and no safe in our room) and upgraded us to a suite. Both rooms were great, the first was super cosy and stylish, the second more roomy and equally stylish. We particularly liked the modern bathrooms and the comfortable beds. The hotel is very central and close to the main shopping street (Strøget) a metro station (Rådhuspladsen) and the canal. It was a great hotel for our first visit to Copenhagen.

Great location, nice friendly staff. Spotlessly clean. No wardrobe in room , could do with a clothes rail.

Excellent breakfast

The staff at the reception and the breakfast saloon were very friendly and helpfull, also the room careers do their job very well.

The receptionists are also working as barmaids and barmen nearly all afternoon and night ( allways very busy) they sometimes forget your wishes, so double check is necessary when asking for something. They may change the breakfast menu with some intervals, it may be boring to eat the same menu for seven mornings.

I didnt like the sink that’s directly in the room with the bed… makes no sense.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Free coffee on arrival and great recommendation for lunch. Afternoon drinks in the lobby and fresh breakfast buffet makes Hotel Danmark a very comfortable place to stay for a few nights. Location is perfect.

Great vibe

Location, location, very central to get to know the sites walking and very close to Tivoli Gardens and central train station and the main shopping street, as well. Happy hours with drinks and music at the hotel lounge! Very healthy and delicious products for a very tasty breakfast!

Fabulous breakfast and location. Always a warm welcome.

The fitness facilities were so limited and in demand with other guests that I could not use them - and this was the reason I chose the hotel. I could not adjust the room temperature and did not sleep well as it was very hot.

Very close to the centre and to most attractions, the breakfast was very nice. The Staff were amazing, could not fault them at all.

I had specifically asked for a room with 2 single beds, to my disappointment only a double was available, tried my best to get this changed, but the hotel was fully booked. When a customer asks for 2 single beds, they should make sure this is available, there are reasons behind this. Only thing i could fault this hotel on.

Convenient small distances inside. very silent, both internally and for external traffic noises.

In bathroom and room no machine assisted ventilation. water pressure was miserable in shower.

Very nice breakfast. Great location walking distance from the station and sights. Loved the on the house wine at 5!

The black bed frame in our room 304 is too large for the small room and dangerous in the dark being bIack I banged my head on it

Perfect location, walking distance from central station. Next to Tivoli park. Walking distance to city centre, botanical garden, Nyhavn and shopping street! Hotel staff were very helpful and nice. One person was Latvian speaker- this was super! We enjoyed wine hour- this is nice compliment from hotel Nice rooftop- especially during summer.

The hotel is modern, great location and has some really great offerings. Such as free coffee in the morning and happy hours. The staff were also very kind, helpful and sociable.

The room was tiny, meaning the sink was right by a bed and not in the bathroom. I don't find this to be hygienic. There was also a lot of hair in the shower, which was not very clean.

Copenhagen is beautiful. Hotel Danmark is in a good central location. Rooms comfy. Staff are so good. Very helpful. Very generous.....particularly when pouring the "on the house" drinks in reception between 2200-2300 hrs. Breakfast choices were many, and of high quality. Also, it was my partners Birthday whilst we were there. With literally 2 mins notice, a gaggle of the restaurant staff were at our table, singing, with a cake and candles to boot. It was a very nice touch. Thank You

Not that the wine happy hour is the main (only) reason to stay here bit it certainly is a nice touch and very sociable! Stayed here several times and doesn't disappoint. The ambience and feel of the hotel is very pleasant and the staff are really friendly and helpful. I like the breakfast here as the way they serve it gives it an individual feel that oozes attention and care. Its a charming place and very close to the main square in the centre of the CPH; rooms are generally quiet at night and although on the small side they are plenty for a lone traveler.

Location one of the best, staff very friendly, breakfast very delicious with many organic options, we enjoyed the happy hour with free drinks it is a great idea, instant communication via WhatsApp before arrival

bathroom was a bit cold and the shower area too limited practically over WC, strange smell in the corridor outside room, nothing to celebrate my wife’s birthday although there was a note in my booking and not even a small cake with candle, someone used the hairdryer in the bathroom and it went down with smoke & the result was everyone to get out the hotel at 6am since fire alarm hit and fire fighters came-there should be some kind of communication with the room to confirm if it is something serious before this mess happens

Room was small but very clean and had everything we needed so not a complaint.

Perfect location. Friendly staff. Clean. Free coffee and tea in the mornings. Free wine between 5-6 pm. Free nightcap from 10pm. Stylish hotel. Comfortable mattresses. Nice bar area. Beautiful rooftop terrace (although we couldn't use it in the weather) 10 min walk to the station. Staff advised us on local restaurants. Walk in shower. Large toilet near luggage room. You could use it to change before travelling home.

*There is no option to opt out of room service. They seemed to hit our room around 9 just before we were leaving. Would have been nice to have the door sign to decline room service. *The rooms were surprisingly small, we had to side step to the bathroom, ok for couples i guess but if you ask for a twin room (which we did) your beds will only be able to move around 60cms away from eachother. *Rooms were a little too warm, (perhaps personal preference) but if you're in bed before 12 the clock tower chimes very loudly every 15 mins up until midnight so you can't open a window. *Very dark rooms, not ideal for applying makeup. * Sink is in the room and not the bathroom. *single beds were very small.

Great location, great breakfast, great staff.

The ‘superior’ room we booked did not even have a chair in it so we upgraded to a fab room, very spacious. There is a strange arrangement of stairs when you come out of the lift on each floor, giant steps, to get to the rooms.

Lovely clean room, bar area was really stylish and welcoming (free drinks 5pm-6pm & 10-11pm - great surprise!), amazing breakfast that was fully organic! Brilliant stay, would love to stay again and will recommend to friends!
