Excellent breakfast

Would have liked air conditioning but the fan did help

The location was super. staff was very friendly and helpful.

The bed was too hard.

Comfortable and friendly

Beautiful hotel in the city center, easy to walk to all the main attractions. I like the clean modern accommodations and features.

No A/C. I didn’t realize when I booked because I’m American and used to A/c being part of the facilities but not in Europe and I didn’t double check and it was hot mid 70’s. It was only 3 nights so we managed but would have been more comfortable with AC.

The hotel was very central, staff were welcoming and accommodating to us as a young family. The wine hour and nightcap hour were lovely and meant that we had a chance to meet and talk to other guests. The breakfast was also very nice and well presented.

The room was very hot and had no air conditioning which was a bit uncomfortable. I also found an old dried up contact lens on our sink, so I’m not sure a very thorough clean had been done between guests. Other than that the room was very comfortable.

The hotel location is perfect. The rooftop terrace is a must visit!

The age of the building meant there were stairs to navigate with our luggage the corridors were very dark (eco friendly)

Loved the staff and the location ,except for the fireworks from tivoli. Wine hour and night cap drinks appreciated and breakfast was great if expensive. Front desk people are exceptional and good humoured.

Room was way to small for a couple.

Windows didn’t have catches so if you want the window open it bangs and swings shut or wide open. I wouldn’t have wanted to have children in the room with me as it was a six floor drop and easily accessible as the bed was against it.

Location was perfect. Breakfast was delicious but poorly organised.

When we arrived receptionis forgot to activate our keys. It was really difficult to get back to reception without A key. All doors needed key and we found our way back to reception outside of the Hotel. Receptionist did not appologize situation at all.Also it would have been nice to get information about all the things in Hotel (how breakfast works, running tips and so on) lovely Hotel, but need to be more organized.

Happy hour brings guests together and breakfast

Excellent location close to Tivoli, metro, main shopping street and many restaurants. Super nice staff, yummy breakfast (portions are small though), free drinks served twice a day in the lobby.

Breakfast was really good. Breakfast staff were very nice and helpful. Happy hour with wine much appreciated! Mattress was very comfortable but the pillows were not! Very centrally located and not far from the Central station. Most of the attractions can be easily reached. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Booking in process was not the most efficient. The staff were trying to serve customers at the bar area as well as booking in.

Fantastic location. Room a bit noisy as faced the street and needed to open the windows to be cooler when sleeping. Breakfast excellent and staff very helpful.

a table in the room for putting items on would have been helpful. Beds a bit harder than used to.

Fantastic hotel in a good, central position. Very well presented rooms and with the bonus of a rooftop bar with entertainment. Helpful staff and with free wine and nightcap hours, what's not to love?
