Location was perfect. Staff were great Room was comfortable and clean We were in a small double, and it was small, but exactly as expected. The pizza restaurant a few doors up was nice!

No air conditioning, but a Dyson fan was provided.

It's a modern boutique hotel with a very cool and yet cozy vibe. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was wonderul. Hotel staffs from front desk, breakfast, bar to housekeeping were all very professional and friendly. The location was fantastic -- it is 50m walk from the Arlanda Express platform. It was a breeze to arrive and depart for Stockholm Arlanda airport.

There wasn't an individual controllable air-conditioner unit in the room. This is kinda expected for most of the hotels in the region. But it was really nice that there is a somewhat air ventilation unit that circulates the air, which made the room a lot cooler than some of other hotels we stayed at the region. There was also a small fan provided in the room. We didn't feel that we were overheated going to bed.

Location is perfect and old town attractions are within a walkable distance. The breakfast was superb. Staff were friendly. We requested a double bed and got a King.

Parking options are limited and very expensive.

No aircon in room so was very warm despite fan. happy hour is a nice touch but only includes wine. A beer would have been nice.

The food was organic and really good. I thought the specialty coffee's at breakfast. 5-6 pm complimentary wine and 10-11pm complimentary spirits was a really nice touch.

They did provide us with Dyson air conditioners which helped but would have done with stronger ones. When asked for a twin room we had to wait until arrival to be told there wasn't any available. We could have been notified before as we did book a few weeks in advance.

Staff was amazing, room was cozy and very clean. Location is also great, everything in a walking distance. Best breakfast, almost everything was organic and it was very tasty! Rooftop bar had a great view and it was a nice addition to our stay in the hotel.

In the room the sink was not in the bathroom, which made it feel a bit tight and weird to wash hands in the same room we sleep in.

Overall, this is a very nice hotel within walking distance of many excellent attractions in Copenhagen. There are two 'happy hours' offering a selection of wines at 5pm and spirits at 10pm - all free. Additionally, because I stayed in a "suite", I could enjoy free drinks throughout my stay. There's a roof-top bar which was very busy in the evening. I had a "suite" which was not really a suite - it was a large room with a seating area (settee, two chairs, coffee table) but it did have a full en-suite with a bath and rainfall shower. I got a good deal from Booking.com and feel that I got good value, compared to the other rooms. All of the rooms were clean, well equipped and comfortable and had a large bed. Breakfast was a selection of cold meats, cheeses, bread, cereals, yoghurt, fruit, eggs and quite tasty! All of the staff were nice and friendly. Copenhagen isn't cheap and I suspect that this hotel, in its prime location, is what you get for this price. Overall, I enjoyed my stay at Hotel Danmark - just maybe don't go when it's really hot!

The rooms are smaller than you might expect and lack air conditioning and, due to the hotel's central location, there is quite a lot of noise on the road outside. The superior rooms are small and the bathroom only has a shower and toilet, with the basin in the main room.

Lovely hotel - has character

Great location, we got the tram/metro link straight from the airport to the main square and the hotel was barely 3 mins walk. The additional touches like free wine hour and night cap were great, especially enjoyed on the rooftop bar. They also provided additional toiletries on request - ear plugs, face mask etc which was nice. It was walking distance to the main shopping strip and Tivoli Gardens/theme park too.

We hadn't paid for breakfast with our booking but decided to give it a try - it was very nice with a great selection, however was more expensive than we expected (it's been a while since our trip but I think it was approx 30 euro each)

Bed totally filled the end of the room so I had to crawl over spouse to my side. Warm so had to open windows to loud outside. Furniture a bit used. Slow elevators.

The room was SO small, even though I did not even book the smallest one. If I got the right room I feel a bit misled by the pictures, there is no way a chair would have fitted into that room.

Great location and room. It was big enough for my husband and toddler and I, with a bath as well.

Room was a little tight on space but on the flip side was well furnished and a generous and beautiful bathroom. Room size was therefore a very small compromise overall.

We had an enjoyable stay, relaxed atmosphere, would stay again. Excellent location. Room was a little dusty behind the bed area, and the wardrobe was damaged. I personally think it's a bit weird when the sink is outside the loo, but other places have this too.

The basic double room was small and had we known how small it was we would have booked a bigger room.

The location of the hotel is great, I chose it because it’s a short (5-10min) walk from the train station. Despite being so central and close to everything, it was very quiet at night, as my room was facing the backyard. I stayed at room 603 (superior double room) and I thought that EUR320 per night was way too expensive for that room. It was pretty small and the bedroom itself quite dark. The room was a built quirky - once you enter it, you stand in the extended hall / bathroom and there is no door between the bathroom and the bedroom which makes it pretty tricky if there are two people staying there. It was pretty disappointing that the room didn’t have basic things like a complimentary bottle of water, coffee machine and coffee capsules. It was good for overnight stay but I would expect more for the price I paid.

The hotel staff were extremely welcoming, and the free drinks throughout the day were a very nice bonus. The location is brilliant. You're literally in the centre of the city, and within walking distance of almost everything you need.

Room was very small, smaller than website led to believe. Too small for two people if spending more than 1-2 nights. I recommend upsizing or traveling alone.

The staff were welcoming, friendly, and very helpful. The hotel is in a great position to explore the city, and the free wine and night cap are very welcome after a full day sightseeing.

Rooftop terrace was great. Breakfast was excellent and location was perfect. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. Happy hour is a great bonus.

The pillows were too small and soft and rooms were very warm at night. The futon in the room kept tipping.

I booked this room after my Airbnb was a failure, and after two days of getting around in town, I understand where things are, so I quickly switched to a boutique hotel within centre. I usually tried to avoid big chains, as they seem to have the same style per country or city. Hotel Danmark seems to be quirky and cool, so went ahead after a few days of search and struggles. The lobby is very very informal, the bar till is your check-in and check-out spot. So everyone who is drinking at the "lobby" entrance bar, would also be an audience of yours. So depending on how you like about this level of openess. The hotel is an old building conversion, the lift is small and cozy. The floor is not even, which involve some staircases within one corridor, so not necessarily kids or elderly friendly. For me definitely not, coz I had two heavy suitcases that need to be carried by myself. Due to health and safety insurance/police they have in the hotel. Please this is not like any other boutique hotels you might experience with other countries, so please be mindeful of this. Apart from that, there is a very rusty looking roof bar available for like some serious breeze, bring your own blanket. There are few nice coffee near the area so I didnt' try breakfast. Can't comment. They do seem to be very generous with their night cap offering of one or two whiskey or early evening free glass of some drinks for who like to drink. I missed both chances as I was out either meeting people or too busy trying other things out of the Copenhagen. They have a small storage for those who wish to keep something there til you are back from other European short trips. Which is very nice and handy. So overall I would give 8.5-8.8 of 10.

Uneven floors and lack of ramp in front of hotel and no one is there to help you ...unless you managed to struggle your way into the entrance door first.

The hotel is well located, it was clean and tidy and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was great, a big variety of things.
