25hours Hotel beim MuseumsQuartier, Vienna

This is an eclectic property in an excellent location, with a wonderful breakfast and steps from public transportation. The rooftop terrace has great ambiance, although limited options for appetizers.

While this isn't a major criticism, and while it's not the most expensive hotel in Vienna, it's also not cheap, and I would have expected not only shampoo but rinse to be provided for the price.

Good location

Way overpaid for short taxi ride to train station. Not sure if it was the hotel staff issue or taxi company, but they mistakenly thought I was going to the airport and insisted I pay for the airport fare which was triple the cost of my actual ride to the train station.

Stayed at the 25hours in Dubai earlier this year and loved it, so I was excited to try this one too. It didn't disappoint. The details are everywhere, every corner a small surprise, right down to the shower mat. Rooms are fun and warm, the circus-y design is bold without trying too hard, and the staff were lovely: kind room upgrade on arrival and a generous late checkout. Great spot near the MuseumsQuartier too. Real character, top to bottom.

Perfect match 😌 that was my first time in 25h hotel branch and the first time in Vienna. The room was fun, but very logical, comfortable and big enough. Really good rooftop cocktail bar and nice pizza downstairs. Congrats to the 25h team for the great work, soundtrack, movie choice and sense of humour. Everything you actually would like to take with you home, they sell in the shop.. and yes, the location in Vienna is the museum quarter ♥️ all the public transport is within 5 min walk. I’ll be back 😎

We absolutely fell in love with this truly extravagant hotel. It offered a wonderfully relaxing stay, with a delicious selection of healthy breakfasts and incredibly tasty dinners. The views from the rooftop bar were simply stunning, but my favorite part was the Mermaid Cave. It was the perfect place to unwind at the end of the day—whether enjoying the steam room or sauna, indulging in a Turkish bath, or getting in a workout at the gym. We loved every moment of our stay.🇦🇹❤️

location was excellent and overall vibe. Staff were very good

The AC did not work rooms were very warm and uncomfortable. The mini bar was not replenished when we arrived - coffee machine facilities would be positive

The decor of hotel is very cool, all circus themed. Staff on check in and departure were very friendly. Spacious bathroom with ample supply of toiletries. Large shower. The room was on the small side but excellently laid out, beds were very comfy and easy open windows for airing. Ate in hotel restaurant which was lovely. The rooftop bar was excellent with great views. Brilliant location in museum quarter. Mini bar in hotel room was free and restocked daily as needed.

We were near a door to other corridor which banged occasionally but this was a tiny fault!

The staff were all lovely and friendly! The rooms had so many little extras and felt really homely and comfortable. Finding a yoga mat was a real treat! The roof top bar was lovely and the restaurant downstairs served wonderful food. The location was perfect for walking to sites and getting the metro too.

Small room with no space to place your things. Small bathroom with a "window" into the room, which felt weird. One could close the shutters but it still felt off.

I am very satisfied with this hotel and the room. This wasn't my first time here, and I’m so glad I decided to come back. It’s a charming hotel in an excellent location—both beautiful and comfortable. The parking was also very convenient, which is a big plus. In short, I highly recommend this lovely hotel!

The only thing I personally missed was an espresso machine in the room, but that’s probably just because I’m a coffee addict! :)

Everything was perfect; beds were really comfortable, the hotel was close to the museums we wanted to visit, and the staff was really nice:)

Fun decoration, comfortable rooms, nice & well equipped bathrooms. And most of all: great location, close to the inner city, Spitelberg and most tourist attractions. We had a good stay.

The concept is not really clear: during daytime it’s more an hotel, and during the night a discotheque. What is really not convenient for the guest who would like to sleep. And what means that there is in reality no hotel bar…

Excellent location steps away from the metro and to popular museums. The bed was comfortable and the room was sized reasonably well for the price. The bathroom was spacious and clean, and the shower had hot water with great water pressure. The downstairs spa was so cool to go down and enjoy after a cold winter day. We enjoyed the complimentary beer in the room and the rooftop bar. Would definitely recommend.

Sometimes the water from the shower spilled over to the bathroom floor.

The location is very convenient, making it easy to get around. We loved the modern, playful concept of the hotel — stylish but still very comfortable. Breakfast was good with plenty of options, and the hotel is definitely family-friendly. Our room was spacious and bright (we stayed in the Panorama room), spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. We had a great time and would happily stay here again!

The location and sauna are great.

The gym is in a very bad state. Half of the machines are not functional and generally very poor set up.

Location is great, the hotel is at walking distance to almost all major sighseeing places in Vienna. Nice restaurants and bars around. Very good spa and fitness area. Breakfast was also very nice. The room itself wasn’t that spatious, though I have booked medium plus room. Generally clean. Rooftop bar has a wonderful view and great atmosphere.

Everything was amazing, from the staff, to location, cleanliness, comfort... It was so good. The sauna is great, the bed was like a cloud, and a mini bar is included. It was so worth it.

Great place to stay, all the facilities are available within the hotel, and the best option would be larger rooms on the 5th floor!

Every think was fine ! i think this hotel is especially beautiful in the summer , we were there in the winter.The breakfast is excellent .there are two saunas

It's not our first time staying at 25hours, and it won't be our last: perfect location, unique taste, design, and experience. The staff is superfriendly and helpful. We had difficulty in the bathroom with a broken tube. They changed our room without checking it in minutes. The breakfast selection is still great.

The cleaning was not perfect. The room had a dirty feel. There were long hairs under the soap dispenser in the bathroom. Second night as well. It was not noticed during cleaning. We have been coming here since it opened, and it is clear that the furniture and carpets are starting to wear out. It is slowly getting time for a little tune-up.

The environment is so cool. This hotel is creative and cozy.

We had a wounderful time! Nice check in, spacious room for two women, delicious bed and sheets, great shower, very good breakfast ( any time we arrived staff were working to replace the goodies, people at the door very gentil). The hotel was packed for the holidays and even so, everything was perfect. Lifts working properly. Nice rooftop for drinks or beer too. I would stay here again, for sure!

Great location and room layout, with everything needed for a comfortable weekend stay. We visited in January, and the only minor issue was that the room was a bit cold.

The sauna was great! The general facilities were very comfortable, clean and very cool. The location its also great. The staff was awesome and kind.

The room service of the restaurant didn’t work because the restaurant was too busy and there was no alternative to it. We went down to order and the staff of the restaurant was rude. That was the only note we had.

The Staff at reception were very helpful , there was a missunderstanding with the shuttle from the airport , but they took care of it and we were nicely surprised . The food in the restaurant was ok , also during the breakfast . Location is great for sightseeing and easy accessible from metro stations.The design of the hotel is very comfort and vintage .

Unfortunately there are a lot of things that have to be improved . 1. Everything is very expensive for what you get in the end. 2. Service in the restaurant was bad expect a young male who's name I can't remember know. 3. We were two families with 4 children. For the 2 hours per day that we were in the hotel they were very bored. The staff made them remarks why they were noisy instead of being kind to them and try to interact . After all they are also GUESTS of the hotel. 4. Unfortunately I can conclude that this hotel is more PET friendly rather than Child friendly .
