Great place to stay, all the facilities are available within the hotel, and the best option would be larger rooms on the 5th floor!

Every think was fine ! i think this hotel is especially beautiful in the summer , we were there in the winter.The breakfast is excellent .there are two saunas

our windows did not look out onto a beautiful street , but onto tram tracks

It's not our first time staying at 25hours, and it won't be our last: perfect location, unique taste, design, and experience. The staff is superfriendly and helpful. We had difficulty in the bathroom with a broken tube. They changed our room without checking it in minutes. The breakfast selection is still great.

The cleaning was not perfect. The room had a dirty feel. There were long hairs under the soap dispenser in the bathroom. Second night as well. It was not noticed during cleaning. We have been coming here since it opened, and it is clear that the furniture and carpets are starting to wear out. It is slowly getting time for a little tune-up.

The environment is so cool. This hotel is creative and cozy.

We had a wounderful time! Nice check in, spacious room for two women, delicious bed and sheets, great shower, very good breakfast ( any time we arrived staff were working to replace the goodies, people at the door very gentil). The hotel was packed for the holidays and even so, everything was perfect. Lifts working properly. Nice rooftop for drinks or beer too. I would stay here again, for sure!

Great location and room layout, with everything needed for a comfortable weekend stay. We visited in January, and the only minor issue was that the room was a bit cold.

The sauna was great! The general facilities were very comfortable, clean and very cool. The location its also great. The staff was awesome and kind.

The room service of the restaurant didn’t work because the restaurant was too busy and there was no alternative to it. We went down to order and the staff of the restaurant was rude. That was the only note we had.

The Staff at reception were very helpful , there was a missunderstanding with the shuttle from the airport , but they took care of it and we were nicely surprised . The food in the restaurant was ok , also during the breakfast . Location is great for sightseeing and easy accessible from metro stations.The design of the hotel is very comfort and vintage .

Unfortunately there are a lot of things that have to be improved . 1. Everything is very expensive for what you get in the end. 2. Service in the restaurant was bad expect a young male who's name I can't remember know. 3. We were two families with 4 children. For the 2 hours per day that we were in the hotel they were very bored. The staff made them remarks why they were noisy instead of being kind to them and try to interact . After all they are also GUESTS of the hotel. 4. Unfortunately I can conclude that this hotel is more PET friendly rather than Child friendly .

the hotel is so unique, the designs are so beautiful 👍and makes the person feel home . every detail in the hotel was amazing and the breakfast was so yummy, a lot of varieties and options . loved the bar Der dachboren at the eighth level, was a very nice place and extraordinary drinks👍😍. the location of the hotel us so helpful, in the middle of the city and attractions were easy to reach nearby. definitely this hotel is a must to experience in vienna.👍💥✅️

Lovely clean well presented hotel. Facilities very good. Room was a good size, comfy bed. Bathroom was lovely. My room was far away from the lift and stairs but enjoyed this as it was quiet. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Mini bar included and refilled daily if you wanted was a lovely touch.

Maybe some tea/coffee facilities in the room would have been good but overall perfect stay.

rooms while perfectly adequate for a short city trip ("25hrs") are not very roomy and especially the lack of space for luggage and clothing is a bit of a bother. (suitcases can be stored under the (raised) bed but this is not very practical. While very friendly and attentive, Vienna offers better value-for-money breakfast opportunities, and the evening Italian restaurant is OK but nothing to rave about

Fabulously located, tastefully unique interiors. The place is walking distance from amazing restaurants and attractions in Vienna. Great running routes if you like to run .

We liked the colourful and imiginative interior of the hotel and rooms. The staff and the servive were very kind. We had some small surprises like some drinks and snack in the mini bar for free. All in all we were satisfied and will choose this hotel again upon our next visit to Wien.

The only drawback is the mattress, which was very hard and we could not sleep well on it.

Amazing location, within walking distance of the very city centre. A public garage right across the street, which is very convenient. Nicely designed with all the details. Great breakfast as well. Definitely recommended, I'll book it again when in Vienna for sure.

It was nice, clean, and comfortable. The location was very convenient — just a few minutes’ walk from the main tourist attractions, and there is a metro station nearby.

There is a €75 deposit fee that you must pay during check-in, which is not indicated anywhere

Staff are friendly and helpful. Wellness area was nice and great ease of access to city centre. Restaurant in lobby had nice food, even if a bit pricey. Rooms are tidy and daily cleaning was appreciated.

Rooftop bar was amazing but party Friday night went on until 2am with very loud music and we needed to be up early for excursions

Fullfield Design, very unique details. The breakfast was deversed selection, fresh and healthy. Very comfortable bed and nice bathroom with shower. Very clean and new furnitures. I’ll come back! The hotel position is one of the best place In Vienna. The Metro station is near, and beautiful parks surrounds it.

Fifth time at the hotel and going back for sure! The atmosphere is sparkling and breakfast is fabulous.

I found parking very tiny and on the pricey side.

The stuff was very helpful, the location was very good , the spa were very good. The evening restaurant was excellent.
