Great hotel with great location and staff
The location perfect, the staff are very supportive. The rooms are great. We had some issue with 1st night in which we could not sleep at all due room was so hot and ac not working, on second day we changed room and it was perfect.

Location, nothing else
I do not recommend this hotel! Maybe 10 years ago Park Hyatt Vienna was a luxury hotel, but today it is NOT! I travel a lot for work and have staying in hotel to compare it to. This hotel is my biggest disappointment in Vienna. The service and room were so bad that I decided to cancel my stay in this hotel after 2+ hours after checking in. Outdated rooms, old bed sheets that has been washed too many times, which is now like in a cheap hotel (my bed had stains - maybe blood stains, I have attached a photo) and old pillows with smelly dust and you constantly want to sneeze. In addition to everything, the room service menu is terrible. If you come from a long way, like me, and you want to rest and have dinner in the room - it is unlikely that you will succeed. There are only 4 main dishes on the menu: 1. Salad with chicken, 2. Sandwich, 3. Burger and 4. Pasta. That's it, only 4 positions!!! And this is a 5-star hotel! I ordered 2 dishes: 3. Burger and 1. Salad. They were both terrible. The service was poor - on an old, dark and sticky tray - like in cheap 2-3 star hotels. The terrible appearance of the dishes matched their terrible taste. The chicken did not smell fresh, and the cutlet and bun in the burger were burnt - even black (I am attaching a photo). As a result, the hotel employee took away these dishes - because it is impossible to eat them. This is not a service - it is despair and hopelessness. This hotel has forgotten what hospitality is and what hotels are for. No comfortable bed/pillows, no tasty food, no rest. The rooms are old and worn. The locks in the lockers are broken (photo attached). A separate and important problem of this hotel is the lack of its own secured parking. Hotel employees park the car in a public parking, where everyone have access from the main street. There are reviews on the Internet about car thefts in this parking lot. Summary: The price, in my opinion, absolutely does not match the quality that this hotel offers.

The location of Park Hyatt is fabulous. Right in the center of the main shopping district. A five minute's walk to the best restaurants, shops, monuments and flavor of the cities culture. Loved the vibe around the hotel.

Amazing rooms with wonderful service at a great location
Outstanding location, wonderful service , particularly by Marie-Theres, the duty manager. Upon request, they were able to give us the room early which is was helpful to us.The room was thoughtfully designed and organized. The staff were helpful, kind and friendly.
The cost was high, but they delivered in terms of top notch service.
