what i love about this hotel is the location, it´s in the city center and it feels like u´re in the middle of a place and is super duper easy to get to a place close to u, restaurants, cafe, shops...etc. And what surprises me is that i mentioned my arrival time not exact time, but round about u know. As i got off the taxi nearby the hotel (*not exactly in front of the hotel, but nearby coz the hotel entrance area is located on the pedestrian area where usually the transportations are prohibited) and the staff found me and asked me if im that person staying in this hotel, this definitely surprise me :) and the staffs in the hotel are very detail, explaining about ur stay and their restaurant inside and i like how they interact. And most importantly they are very helpful manner. And the million dollar question is if it´s worth to come back again? yea i think i will
i have tried their breakfast which is A le carte, the breakfast was only ok to be honest i thought it could be better, coz DO&CO Hotel-München breakfast is superior than in DO&CO Hotel-Austria, more balance food texturing.
The room is spacious enough which i like, but i think the room needs some ideas of fresh decor coz the room looks abit dull and abit old. maybe a fresh new idea of decor would make the price worth paying but this isnt really a big of a deal though.
there were 2 occasional days that i woke up by the noise outside hallway, it was early in the morning and i could hear people´s footsteps walk pass ur room door to the elevator and actually the footsteps are quite loud. i think it´s better to have a noise-proof.

Fantastic location in the heart of Vienna. Our room was great, comfortable bedding and great shower. Liked the Nespresso machine in the room and nightly chocolates from Demel cafe.
Access to room on 6th floor really close to reception and restaurant reservations. We were stopped severals times before getting to door.

Location was perfect! and the view was amazing! cleanness was really good and some staff were so helpful and professional. the food in the terrace restaurant was unbelievably delicious. definitely will come back to this hotel!
there was no privacy in the bathroom specifically the shower room.
few staff were rude and showed some bad attitude.

An amazing stay in a luxury hotel in an excellent location!
You couldn't ask for a better, more central location. The staff that I dealt with were very friendly. The room was fantastic with an amazing view and super clean. Easy to walk to all major sights. Loved my stay at this amazing hotel.
For the price you pay for a room, breakfast should be included.

lovely stay with good shopping spots
big toilet with separate toilet and bath, and bath tub available. nice toiletries, superb location, train station is just below the compound, and hotel smacked in the middle of the shopping street and across the Cathedral. Concierge service was excellent, Svena made it perfect with her hospitality.
lobby was very small, and air con of lobby was down, so cooking fumes from the restaurant next to it were consuming the area. but thankfully it was a temporary issue.

The staff were very helpful & friendly.
Definitely my choice of stay whenever I land in Vienna
Breakfast option at the hotel was not up to expectation therefore wouldn’t recommend.

Perfect location, comfortable room and very helpful staff.
The location is right at the centre of Vienna by St Stephan’s cathedral and our room overlooked the square. Beds comfortable, quite funky design but room spacious. Note: Our room had 2 steps between bathroom and bed area. All the staff very helpful, ate twice in the restaurant on 7th floor which was excellent. It was easy to walk on the wide traffic free sidewalks to all the main attractions. Highly recommend this hotel.
Shower needs a sliding door as difficult to open.
