Fabulous Hotel; Great Location; Highly recommend
Hotel is in a great location. It is very clean and room is very spacious and well laid out. It was perfect.
The only 'thing' that was somewhat different, any maybe future guests should know is that when you arrive, the reception is on the 6th floor. There is no formal reception, just an area next to the restaurant, and there was some chaos as soon as we arrived. Thankfully we had checked in online so our process was swifter than those of others. Otherwise, it was fabulous.

Lovely experience and highly recommend.
Beside the excellent room and the most incredible view of St. Stephans in front of my panoramic windows, I want to give a shout out to the staff who took care of the faulty bathroom doors. The sliders would not close all the way and the slats would not close either. I mentioned this to the staff the following morning and the fixed both doors like new before I returned! Excellent attention to getting things fixed! Bravo!
I would have preferred to have walked through a real lobby and see the staff every time I left or entered the hotel.

Perfect stay for Oktoberfest
Very central right in the middle of the city. The hotel breakfast so good and their attention to us impeccable. You can walk everywhere and we had a van and they park it for us. Valet parking excellent as well.

View, shopping and ease of access.
Good location easy to reach by train. The view of the Church is pretty amazing.
The staff were a bit dismissive when asking about restaurant bookings etc but when we had a lighting issue in the room they attended very promptly.

The location and the view were outstanding, and the valet guy was so so nice
The walls were a bit dirty and the flooring could use a little paint. Also barely any light in the bathroom and the tv didn’t have sound even after we complained. Alsoooo nobody told us in advance that there is a pool available so we didn’t bring any bathing suits

Nice hotel with good service
Perfectly located hotel with friendly staff, great breakfast and clean, comfortable rooms.
The only downside is that it could use some renovation, as the rooms look a bit dated and would benefit from upgrades. Overall, a good stay.

The stay was incredible, Vienna is lovely. Our biggest issue was that the stay was too short!
location is excellent. Central in Vienna, walking distance to almost the entire city center. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms were beautiful!
The entrance is slightly confusing as it is not a traditional Hotel entrance, but located on the 4th floor of the building. We had to search for the entrance and ask for directions to find reception. It is not clearly market.

The location was excellent, especially for a family stay.
We had a great stay! The location was perfect, especially for a family — everything we needed was nearby. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and everything was in perfect order. We felt comfortable and would definitely come back again.
