Location excellent service

Everything was nice, hotel located in a wonderful area. You can easily use metro or walk to the city centre.

Bit too pricey

We absolutely loved the location of Hotel Indigo Vienna – Naschmarkt — everything is within walking distance: Naschmarkt, the aquarium, and even the Opera is just about a 15-minute walk. The rooms are clean, stylish, and thoughtfully designed despite being compact. The staff was very friendly and responsive. We also appreciated the housekeeping-on-request concept — it worked perfectly, as any request (towels, cleaning, etc.) was handled immediately.

Very comfortable and stylish, great shower, great location right next to U bahn, lots of cafes, shops etc nearby. Seemed like a really good area to be.

Would have been nice to have some of the tea, water etc refilled during the stay.

I liked the size of hotel - boutique but spacious- and the rooms. They are comfortable.

I would make it 100% non smoking. The balconies all interconnect and some guests use these balconies to smoke and talk without consideration to other guests. If you leave your window open you can easily have cigarette smoke wafting in. If you close the window you won’t get the smoke or any noise - noise proofing is good. I’d like to see more cooked savory options - vegetables beans etc . I liked that the kitchen will prepare eggs for you but the staff didn’t come take my order and the portion size was tiny! My recommendation would be to go out and have breakfast elsewhere. These are all smallish points and overall we did enjoy this brand new hotel and would return!

Super nice, clean and well-decorated hotel, with good connections to the city center. The rooms were clean, super comfy and quiet, and the staff extremely helpful throughout our stay which made the experience even better.
We initially planned to stay for a short duration while traveling in Austria, but we liked the hotel so much that we asked to extend our stay. We even had our NYE dinner there.
Overall, it was a great surprise and we really enjoyed it!

Although not a negative for our stay per se, but the service at the lobby bar and the restaurant downstairs were missing... We had dinner, coffee and drinks at the lobby bar on several occasions, and it was always a 'meh' experience. A slow and understaffed bar that also lacked the charm that the front desk reception offered. Same thing for the restaurant during the NYE dinner (although I can imagine this was a stressful event for them).
Still, there was a visible contrast in the service on that regard.

Modern design hotel. I really liked that there are a lot of green plants in the hotel. The staff is very nice. For breakfast, there is a great opportunity to order food from the menu.

The room was clean and spacious. The bathroom was nice but could have used more hooks to hang our clothes and towels. The front reception staff and housekeeping were friendly and helpful. The hotel was located close to restaurants and the subway station was across the street. Some attractions were about 20 minutes walk from the hotel. We would stay at this hotel again.

We booked dinner at the Pilgrim hotel restaurant on Xmas eve. Our table had the 3 course set menu for $ 70 euro each. The duck was overcooked. We waited over an hour before we received our appetizers. The staff were not trained very well. The service was very bad and the staff were not friendly. We were constantly reminding the staff that we were still waiting for drinks, the next course etc. We had to tell 3 or 4 different waiters that we haven't received any food or drinks throughout our meal. We understand that Xmas eve is a busy night at the restaurant, but it is no excuse for the bad service we received. A simple apology would have been nice or a discount offer on our meal would have been appreciated.

I stayed in 4 different hotels during my vacation in Austria and Indigo had one of the best rooms/views of them all. Same with the breakfasts! Great place!

The laundry service was way too expensive and took wait too long. Other hotels had better prices and turn around time.

We were given a ground-floor room, which felt a little claustrophobic as the window did not open and faced a back wall.

Comfortable and spacious rooms, impeccable cleanliness and very good services for a 4-star hotel. Well-designed and modern style without being overdone. Very helpful and friendly staff. A truly pleasant and comfortable stay.

Room service for beverages was not available, but thanks to the great helpfulness of the reception staff — especially Madame Melina — everything was handled perfectly. Excellent service and a very pleasant experience overall.

Nicely designed, spacious rooms with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. Staff at the reception was super helpful upfront and during the stay. The location next to the U4 metro station is perfect to explore Vienna.

The location was super easy access to both buses and a train. The hotel was beautiful, with some cute amenities and more space than most Vienna hotels. It was quiet and staff was friendly.

Be warned this is yet another hotel that doesn't have a door to enclose the shower (there is a separate WC for the toliet.) So be advised you won't have much privacy if with another person.

A great stay all things considered.
