The location and breakfast are great!

We were given a ground-floor room, which felt a little claustrophobic as the window did not open and faced a back wall.

Comfortable and spacious rooms, impeccable cleanliness and very good services for a 4-star hotel. Well-designed and modern style without being overdone. Very helpful and friendly staff. A truly pleasant and comfortable stay.

Room service for beverages was not available, but thanks to the great helpfulness of the reception staff — especially Madame Melina — everything was handled perfectly. Excellent service and a very pleasant experience overall.

Nicely designed, spacious rooms with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. Staff at the reception was super helpful upfront and during the stay. The location next to the U4 metro station is perfect to explore Vienna.

Great location and rooms on par for a four star hotel.

Pillows destroyed my neck, which made the entire trip a nightmare. The breakfast was expensive (22 euros per person) but there is a pretty nice and affordable bakery just beside it. Overall seemed a bit expensive for the price.

The location was super easy access to both buses and a train. The hotel was beautiful, with some cute amenities and more space than most Vienna hotels. It was quiet and staff was friendly.

Be warned this is yet another hotel that doesn't have a door to enclose the shower (there is a separate WC for the toliet.) So be advised you won't have much privacy if with another person.

Stylish, very calming, exceptionally clean, enough space, pleasant smell everywhere. Metro station right in the front, 20-min walking distance to main attractions. Would choose it again

We stayed in numerous hotels around Vienna through years, but this one exceeded our expectations by far. Everything was perfect - amazing and helpful staff, great bar (both drinks and food) delicious breakfast. Room is very spacious and well equipped. Al in all, 10/10. We will definitely be back

Everything was well kept. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room had access to an open balcony overlooking the “courtyard” of the property.

The room was a little too warm and didn’t cool off enough for me to be able to sleep well. But, we were able to at least open the balcony door for some air to circulate. But the balcony is a shared one between the two adjacent rooms to ours.

Modern hotel (Only three years old) with very well laid out room. Hotel has an attractive bar arear which served snacks including breakfast which was convenient. Hotel is very well located close to a metro stop.. Hotel is supposed to have a restaurant which is not open yet.

Service was terrible at this hotel. Long queues at reception. Terrible slow service in the bar. Seemed to have a major staff shortage with one poor person (Maria) running between the breakfast area and the bar.

Breakfast great. Staff friendly, helpful and professional. Room comfortable. If I came back Vienna I would likely stay here again.

We had a really good stay at the Indigo. I wasn't sure what to expect, and initially worried we were in a bad location, but after four nights I learned we were in a really good neighbourhood with easy access to public transport to get to all the sights. There are some really nice places to eat and drink around Pilgrimgasse and Margaratenplatz, and Schönbrunnstrasse, and Naschmarkt and areas a bit further away. Breakfast is superb, a very nice buffet, plius plenty of selections cooked to order. A good sized gym, and a nice bar.

We had a balcony facing room, which was nice, but felt like we sacrificed some privacy

Literally everything - from the location to the service, the staff, the facilities - perfect.

The Design the atmosphere was cozy and friendly. Room is perfectly clean and comfortable. Location five stars ⭐️ staff great! They have seen my son birthday and he received a beautiful cupcake collection with brownies and fresh fruits. Was a nice gesture!

Nice design and perfect location. The hotel is situated virtually in the inner yard garden. Very pleasant personnel. Good breakfast. It's rather new venue, so no wear out and I liked the overall design. And the spacious shower is top!

Floor sound isolation is rather mediocre. You can hear shifting furniture (chairs) and suitcases above. Also when the staff starts to clean other rooms, it can be pretty noisy. I needed to wake up early in the morning every day, so it was not an issue. However if you want to sleep longer, ask for the upper floor :-)

One of the best place I’ve ever stayed in Europe. Very clean, the whole environment was amazing. Breakfast was delicious and most importantly the staffs were super nice and helpful. I would come back again and recommend to everyone. Also in a good location to hang around. They have parking $30 Europe per night

Location was within walking distance of old town (approx 30 minutes), but there was a metro station a block away.

The hotel is very accessible by public transportation, it was clean with a pleasant scent, well-designed, and comfortable.

It was a wonderful stay, and next time we come to Vienna we will definitely choose this amazing hotel n.

Everything. It’s located perfectly to reach city center by foot. The room is big enough, it’s clean and has all you need for nice staying in Vienna

Nothing I didn’t liked.

My room was comfortable and had everything I needed for a great stay. I would have personally loved the option to order breakfast to the room, but this is just a wish, not a complaint. I enjoyed my time here!

The hotel is very hip and clean. It has this beautiful, quite, hidden garden and every room has access to it. There is a bus station right in front of the hotel and you easily reach the city centre. There is a supermarket, nice cafes and bakeries just few steps away. We had to leave early in the morning and could get breakfast from the bakery at 5:30. The private underground parking is excellent - easy to access, with big spots and direct connection to the lobby.
