Great location, between the old town and the river. All the central attractions and touristy areas were within walking distance, and for everything else there was a metro station and tram stop only a minute away. The room was very comfortable and well decorated. The shower was lovely - one of the most amazing shower heads I've experienced and superb selection of toiletries:not only was there conditioner (which isn't a given in hotels these days), there were multiple types of shower gel to choose from! And they were all from nice big refillable pumps - rather than those fiddly little single-use plastic things.

There was a problem with the drain in my shower and once I'd finished, I realised water had poured out into the room itself. Having said that, the staff were lovely: when I was out for dinner, they cleared it all up and it was nice and dry by the time I got back. Aside from that, the TV didn't have any streaming services like Netflix etc, so I didn't really bother with it.

Nice old building, nice staff. The breakfast was good. The hotel is just not mote than 10 minutes walk from St Stephan’s dome. It was quiet except for the refurbishing that the staff warned us about.

The shower does not have to be litterally in the room. We would prefere some privacy when it cones to the bathroom. The shower had a glass wall facing the room. The pillowes were not so comfortable.

the hotel is in the perfect location, the room was nice and clean. The breakfast is superb, the people were super nice and friendly, very helpful and relaxed. The reception even prepared for me a nice breakfast as I had to leave at 4am....!!! this is much appreciated!

The only problem was that the window was looking inwards the building facing the the other rooms or apartments...You could harrdly see the sky. But overall this is a minor.

Cleaners congregate and talk to loud early in the morning.

Hotel is very close to the center, 10 mn walk distance. There is a mall (wien mitte) also walk distance (around 5 mn) from the hotel. You can easily reach subway or tram in 1-2 mn. Neighborhood is nice and safe, there are some constructions but the noise never annoyed us. The hotel offers a free drink per guest from the hotel bar and drinks are delicious. Hotel is very clean and not too crowded. It was very kind of them to keep our luggages before check in and after check out time so we could visit the city a little more.

The room. It was a bit small than expected but enough for 2 nights. The shower and toilet are located side by side and they share a door. Both are transparent. There is a curtain in front but if you shouldn’t expect privacy. The sink was in the middle of the room which wasn’t very practical. I send messages to hotel -via booking- 1 month and 1 week ago before our stay to see if there is any chance for an early check in but I couldn’t get any response for any of my messages.

Location is just great

whilst we were there the hotel was under restoration therefore a bit noisy if are in the room during working hours

Only My Room next to reception and bar , little noisy.

The hotel is very green, cash-free, great restaurant/bar, amazing location.

We were notified about the noise coming from the roof (they are preparing for the summer season) and that’s fine. However, there is a lot of noise coming from elsewhere, like corridor or simply outside, and from quite an early morning.

They updated me for a room with a bigger bed and oh my god! The bed was a cloud ! The staff were amazingly nice and kind! Mickeala and Julia were exceptional

The location at the center of Vienna. Also, It is near the airport bus. The breakfast was amazing. The bar has really tasty creative cocktails.

The location of the hotel is fantastic and the décor is very stylish.

There is no secure luggage room and the information about the room sizes is misleading.

Clean, cosy room, friendly staff and a lovely healthy fresh breakfast each day.

The room lacked a kettle and a fridge - could get ice for drinks but it’s nice to be able to have a hot drink first thing in the morning.
