Very good
I liked the room, the place. What it was lacking is a coffee machine in the room. Usually even the less expensive hotels provide all the rooms with coffee machines or boilers.

Entrance was beautiful.
Normal breakfast, beautiful entrance.
Juice was far away. Could not find youghurt. Coffee maschine was broken. Stairs down was not at all good. Ought to be on same level. Please fix it. Not good for older travelwrs no refridgerator in room!

Good for taking pictures
The location is very good and it's clean. The lobby looks really expensive hotel.
The price is a bit expensive. No kettle inside the room so we have to ask the bar every morning or everytime we wanted to drink tea or coffee. For the price they charge per night they could provide a free coffee at least for the guest if they don't provide the kettle.

The perfect place to stay, especially if you’re attending the opera.
Convenience! This hotel was close to transportation and all things Vienna. The staff was friendly, helpful and generous. The hotel was super clean and well cared for.

Great Location, Comfy Hotel
The room was slightly larger than other roons in this hotel chain.
As always, rooms are basic but clean and functional, love the urban design, locatiob, and breakfast. The staff were nice and wellcoming.

The hotel is in a good location and is very clean, modern, and well-maintained.
The price for a single is very competitive. The room was clean and had recently updated fixtures and furniture.
The cleaning staff were excellent.
My room, a single, was extremely small. Very little space to hang clothes, very little space to put an open carry-on suitcase. That said, it was workable with a bit of clever arranging.
