Room size small but Finishes were excellent Great sauna and spa

Hotel Motto was amazing! We had a beautiful room with everything you could think of for a very comfortable stay. We ate dinner at the hotel restaurant, the food was perfect and the staff were faultlessly friendly and efficient. The front of house staff are welcoming and helpful. The building is very well designed with great interior design. We also tried the hotel bakery downstairs - incredible. Location was very nice, There are great shops and cafes nearby but easily walkable to everything else -the museum quarter etc and extremely easy for underground trains.

We would have liked the option of some firmer/fuller pillows which I am sure they would have provided if we had actually asked.

A la carte, good but expensive

We loved the beautiful and very cool decor, the little touches, the great sound proofing, excellent room temperature control and the balcony. We also loved the restaurant upstairs and had a very memorable dinner at Chez Bernard as well as breakfast every day. We didn't get to use the terrace but it looked very inviting and had an amazing view. We had delicious bread from the bakery downstairs and all the staff were knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. We also loved the fitness room and sauna. The hotel was in the best spot for shopping, transport and restaurants. A wonderful stay!

Very high quality rooms and restaurant. Staff were super friendly and very helpful.

The hotel was comfortable and well appointed. The fixtures, fittings, decoration and bedding were all very good quality. We had an inside room with a limited view of an inner courtyard but this did not detract from our stay.

The light switches in the room were very confusing and we often played switch tennis to find the right switch for the right light.

The Hotel is simply amazing in all the ways, location, cleanliness, perfect staff.

The staff were very helpful. The cleaning was good but towels, tea bags and milk were forgotten on day 2 - and a bottle of cleaning fluid was left in our bathroom.

Exceptional service! Everything from the location & reception to the room, other hotel facilities and the rooftop restaurant was great.

Very comfortable beds and good showers. Despite being on a busy shopping street, very peaceful due to good double glazing. The “chic” rooms are a good size, and well equipped. Right next to a tube station and a 15 minute walk from the centre.

Faultless. Wonderful place and the Chez Bernard is a great chillout for the end of the night. Staff were extremely hard working and so friendly.

Great location for bus and tube. Fabulous room decor, helpful staff and good amenities. Room TV was able to cast from mobile which was handy. Room soundproofing was really good.

Beautiful hotel

Great location, cosy and comfortable rooms. The restaurant on 7th floor has great vibes and nice for a drink in the evenings.

Breakfast is not included (which we knew) but it's a little too fancy for a holiday hotel breakfast - crowd is a little posh so you need to "dress up" for breakfast. Housekeeping isn't great. They do the beds and give you fresh towels but don't actually clean the room nor the bathroom. Our sink area was completely untouched during our entire stay (4 nights). Floor was never cleaned. So much dust in the cupboards.

The only thing that could be improved is the smell in the toilet. It seems that the door and wall fabric cladding absorbs smell, with result the smell to stay trapped inside the toilet. But overall and regardless of this, our stay at Hotel Motto exceeded our expectations!

Don’t go expecting a big spa…it’s absolutely tiny. Can only fit 1 person in the steam room and only 2-3 people in the sauna. Limited room in the bar too, make sure you book

The room was very warm for March. We had the air on cool but don’t think it was working properly. Very noisy outside early in the morning.

Facilities and our comfy room were great -- we loved the bar and restaurant and the boulangerie, too. We would definitely come back.

Loved being close to the U3- so easy to get around. Loved the bed, soundproof windows , shower and snack bar. Very beautiful and comfortable room. The spa was great!

The quirky , arty feel was so much better than anything I could have imagined! Refreshingly different and unique .

I have no negative comments save the fact that a small sitting/ reading room for residents would have been a welcome addition to the hotel . As there was nowhere to relax apart from our bedroom and of course the wonderful Chez Bernard restaurant.

The property was so thoughtfully designed with little touches here and there that make you smile. The staff were all so helpful and pleasant. We upgraded to a suite and it was just delightful. We will be back. Highly recommend.

Very modern hotel and room with an unreal restaurant. Staff were friendly and deco was cool. Generally just a nice place and very trendy.

Sauna wasn't hot and doesn't come on until later in the day, I like to have a sauna in the morning. Also a bit out of town so a 40min walk but can also jump on the tube, which we should have done more.

The facilities at the hotel were good especially the spa area,did not have breakfast so cannot comment on this. Location was good and really easy to get there by public transport.

This is possibly the nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The entire hotel is beautiful. Great location, subway access & bus lines are right outside and it’s a quick trip into the tourist areas of Vienna. Tons of shopping and restaurants in the area however things didn’t seem to stay open that late. Both the bakery & restaurant at the hotel were fantastic. Staff were very helpful, gave lots of good recommendations for dining, drinks, transportation.
