Beautiful styling in the room, wonderful bath and great amenities

Room for bags maybe not allocated in the space but a very minor quibblr

Everything was super nice&clean. The design of the room is wow and super cozy

The room was quite small and the position of the toillet is kind of crazy🤣 in front of the bed

Beautiful rooms and great location with a small but useful gym room and a lovely rooftop view of Vienna.

I thought the value for the price was a little off. Was expecting a little more room decor or interior design touches for the price I paid for the deluxe room. But it was very nice all the same.

Super nice and intimate hotel in playful Art Deco style mixed with elegant and glamorous Viennese touches. Superb location with plenty of shops and cafeterias along the street. And the metro station literally around the corner - wonderful! The staff were super friendly and helpful, we were welcomed with a glass of sparkling. And storing our luggage after check-out, so we could conveniently explore the city before departure, was free of charge. And the rooftop restaurant Chez Bernard is excellent!

Fabulous staff, comfy hotel with lovely rooftop terrace.

We like to walk everywhere so for us it was quite a long walk in and back from district 1 but there are plenty of transport options nearby

The property is beautiful. It was restored very tastefully, excellent value for money.
The location is excellent with many coffee shops and vintage shops around.

In short : we really enjoyed and hope to return ASAP

Excellent facility and great staff . Very convenient location and very comfortable from the bed to the very excellent shower .

The gym and sauna is not great so don't have high expectations . Also the patesserie associated with the property is very good but the coffee at z5 to 6 euros is just ok . It was lukewarm 3 days in. Row .

Fabulous design aesthetic. Staff were cheerful and helpful.Room was a generous size with a small couch and two chairs, bar cart and plenty of hooks for coats, etc. And they did not skimp on amenities- including eye masks, and an envelope with a condom and lubricant.
We loved this place. Located just steps from the metro, it was a quick three stops to st. Stephen’s in the city center. On-site bakery/cafe was excellent

Not a thing

The location was perfect- right next to the subway and the pedestrianized zone. We did not eat breakfast at the Motto.

Excellent customer service (drinks offered when we checked in :)) and beautiful and clean accommodations so I have no suggestions for improvement.

Charming hotel in an excellent location. Staff was friendly and helpful. We ate in the restaurant and had delicious cocktails and dinner.

I arrived in Vienna very early in the morning after a long overnight trip, around 5 AM, almost 10 hours before the official check-in time. I expected to wait or just leave my luggage, but instead I was warmly welcomed by Chris at the reception. He kindly managed to prepare a room for me much earlier, without any extra charge.
This truly saved my day. I was able to rest, recover, and actually enjoy Vienna instead of being exhausted.
But what made this stay even more special is the hotel itself.
It’s absolutely beautiful, located in a perfect area, and has such a unique atmosphere. You can really feel that everything is done with taste and care.
And most importantly - the people.
It’s rare to find a place that is not only visually stunning, but also filled with such kind and attentive staff.
I left feeling recharged and inspired.
This is definitely one of the most memorable hotel experiences I’ve had.

Location was excellent. Shops, Train and Tram stops are on your doorstep. Decor was beautiful, with eveything finished to a high standard and the added touches throughout the room
Beds are very comfortable.

It is about inconvenient to get food easily, especially early (before 7) morning
