Ca’ Pisani Hotel, Venice

Beautifully presented, wonderful staff all in a vibrant location close to restaurants, supermarket and transport options but away from the tourist crowds and congestion.

The location is excellent especially having a 2 minute walking access to the Academia Bridge /Vaparetto as well as Zateree/ Vaparetto/Alilaugana and the Geudeca . The overall design of the furnishings and interiors was of the highest quality design , especially the Art Deco feathers. The room was very comfortable - good design features and lighting. Comfortable bed .Very good breakfast.

The high quality of design throughout the hotel is exceptional , one feature though which would be helpful is to have a hand rail to assist in getting in and out of the bath.

Really loved the location right by the Acadamia bridge - amazing sunrises and sunsets over the bridge. It's a great hotel, with a really friendly and helpful team and a 24 hour reception. We were on the 3rd floor so made good use of the 3rd floor terrace. Excellent breakfast choices. Would definitely stay again and try a room on the first floor which had a lovely seating area outside. No kettles in the rooms but you can ask for one.

Air con was glitchy but hopefully it was fixed when we left.

Excellent staff / concierge

Not all the rooms have good views, most look straight into the building/street next door, so be aware that there is not much natural light in those side rooms. This could have been explained on the website. But, the concierge was great and changed our room to one with a better view and more natural light, which was excellent.

This hotel is a gem. Our room was very large and had two full bathrooms! Breakfast was very good. The neighborhood was quiet and lovely to walk around. And only minutes walk to sights. 14 min walk to St Marks. They also have a free private boat ride to the glass factory in Murano. From there super easy yo take the public waters to burano.

The reception staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. It’s in a fantastic location close to the main sights but also very quiet.

There wasn’t much that I didn’t like to be honest. It felt a little dark in our room and we weren’t advised about the Turkish Bath or rooftop terrace when we arrived.

The air-condition system in the room was quite noisy

Very well appointed and aesthetically pleasing with original art deco furniture and artefacts. Breakfast room well designed you could sit in or on the outdoor terrace.

The hotel is a great location, perfect central without crowds a tourists at the doorstep. The design is timeless, art deco, and funky, true eye for details and the extremely professional staff have well trained and rehearsed systems in place that ensure great service.

Our room had a strange creaking sound that we couldn’t solve, that’s about it.

Thay staff was really friendly and helpfull, that was great! The room was made and cleaned beautifully every day! Super!

Expensive - Room was totally fine but no view and in the roof.

Everything!! The staff are amazing. Lovely touches like turndown service in the evenings, and shutting the blinds. A little lavender bag placed by the bed to aid sleep, was v thoughtful too. Beds are super comfy, great having inner doors to separate the bathroom, and main door to the rest of the bedroom. Meant that I could move around the room without waking up my son. I misplaced a ring, and the cleaning staff found it - I hadn’t even reported it missing! Would definitely go back again!!

The hotel is uniquely decorated. Each floor has a slightly different theme. The staff was extremely welcoming and helpful.

Excellent location. All personnel is very welcoming and nice. Room very comfortable with a nice view on a garden. Super quite and relaxing but also close to the city center and all the museums and restaurants. Highly recommended !

This accommodation was absolutely brilliant and I cannot recommend this place enough. The breakfast was lovely and the room facilities and the little details were very touching. 10 out of 10.

Great choice of breakfast. Everything was lovely. Good coffee. Very friendly, helpful staff. Very convenient location. We got the water shuttle from the airport to Zattere stop and the hotel was a short walk from there. (5 minutes)

Bedroom next to a lift shaft. R27 woke us up v early every morning. Useless tv.. Italian only.

This was our third visit to this hotel. Great location, the staff were very helpful with restaurant reservations and directions etc. Good selection at breakfast, comfortable room.

Our room on the mezzanine level was sumptuous and quiet. The location is excellent for getting away from the crowds but with easy, quick access to e.g. San Marco square via the Ponte dell'Accademia. The staff were exemplary! A lift gives easy access to all floors and the roof terrace.

It is located on one of the outer islands, which was more suited to us. We loved the location and how it was possible to walk it everywhere from there, a km or max 1.5 km to everywhere. Staff was very friendly and helpful! No complaints at all, would love to visit again ! Tip- the ac was too warm for our liking, would have preferred it to be cooler, which it was on the first night but not the second night.

Great clean room and location

Fantastic location - very comfortable room with excellent bed and blackout, and pleasant public areas. Really helpful staff too. Ideally placed between Lattere and Accademia ferry stations, but still very quiet. This area of Venice is very nice indeed. Breakfast very good and restaurant always uncrowded.

My bath/shower was a little difficult to get in and out of (I am a bit crumbly...). I gather there are rooms with a walk-in shower, and I would choose one of those if I stayed here again. Nice cosmetics/shampoo though - not just the stuff in a vat...

Extraordinarily friendly ,caring, and comfortable. Really convenient from the airport and railstation. The vaporetto stop, Academia is a short distance from the hotel. The little gifts to our room were appreciated

We had an amazing stay in this superb hotel. I was celebrating my birthday there and the staff did everything to make it extra special - they helped us with booking a restaurant, and surprised us by upgrading our room to a suite and leaving a complimentary bottle of prosecco in the room. The staff were all so helpful, lovely and thoughtful, really exceptional service. The room was fab - huge comfy bed and large bathroom with a separate shower and jacuzzi tub. Excellent buffet breakfast with lots of choice. Loved the gorgeous art deco features and antiques around the hotel. Location wise it was perfect, away from the busy centre in laid back Dorsoduro, but only a couple of minutes from the Accademia bridge across to San Marco and there are two vaporetto stops nearby. Thanks so much for making it an unforgettable trip to Venice, would happily stay again.

No kettle in the room

Really comfortable room, warm with extremely comfortable bed/pillows. Superb location within short distance of some of the great attractions of Venice. Great value for money. Staff were exceptional with some terrific tips on how to get the most from a short visit to (in my opinion) the most beautiful city in the world. We will definitely return.

Honestly, no complaints. Our visit to Venice was wonderful, thanks in a good measure to Ca Pisani.

The Location was excellent and the staff friendly, professional and made us feel at home. We Loved the art deco decor and all the holiday decorations. Now, for the breakfast … WOW just wonderful with all the options. The staff in restaurant were very accommodating and the decor was so beautiful.

The bathtub which is extremely dangerous to get in and out of. The room would have benefitted from a desk and it could have been larger. The glass entertainment center where TV was housed did not compliment the room.

The only odd thing was the layout in my bathroom. You had to side a big mirror door to squeeze in to get to the toilet & bidet. That covered the closet so you had to slide it back to get into closet. Very awkward.

Gorgeous hotel, exceptional design, super comfortable and quiet. Really great location only two mins walk from the Peggy Guggenheim collections, surrounded by a vast array of great places to eat. Right off the Grand Canal. Very easy to reach by either public transport (water bus) or water taxi. Finally, last but definitely not least, a wonderful staff who treats you like family. Every single person here really cares about their positions, from the man who helped us with the luggage to the reception team (superb) to the guys in the breakfast room and bar. I can’t wait to return.
