Hostel Combo, Venice

Room was a great size with lots of storage options and good air conditioning. Bathroom was also a great size and had everything you needed. Breakfast was good each morning with different options and a coffee machine. Whole hotel was very clean.

Fantastic building and facilities with many common areas and bars, offering discounts for residents. The location was fabulous in front of a large plazas which is not overcrowded while it has fast access to the Blue line from/towards the airport via public water bus

The room decoration and setup is quite basic, closer to a hostel (which may have been in the past) while the price per night is nothing close and more of a 4 star hotel.

Superb location. Beautiful buildIng. Great canal views.from room.. Great staff. Great vibe. Huge rooms. Very clean Our third time here.

Stairs in room hard metal and very steep. A fall would be damaging. Some rooms have downstairs bed which is better. Heating off in early May too soon. Not such good value as it was in the early days. Getting a big pricey.

The accommodation was central and the staff were amazing and very helpful. We were travelling with a 2yr and the staff put together the cot for our 2yr.

Great location near the canal, with an interesting view. If you like old buildings, you will find this one fascinating. Great courtyard and coffee area.
Loved the room. Good sized bathroom. Good breakfast.

Had to wait a long time to get a table in the breabreakfast room. Some of the 'hot' breabreakfast products were a distinctly unhealthy luke warm and had clearly been sitting around a long time, neither hot or cold. Although a friendly staff member replaced the products when mentioned, it meant we had to wait a long time for fresh hot products.

Spacious room, nice shower room, plenty toiletries. Lovely courtyard and garden. Plenty of space everywhere. Very historical building recently restored and renovated.

The Hostel is amazing, we loved everything about it, beautiful building, nice spacious room, clean and comfy. Very nice breakfast with many varieties, the hotel was close to every thing which was a plus.

This location is perfect, set in the quieter part of Venice though only a short walk away from the centre. The staff are so helpful and available 24 hrs. The room itself is excellent with utensils to cook and clean. Overall, a wonderful experience staying here.

Beautiful historic property.

Convenient location for the ferry terminal from the airport and for the Vaporetto around the islands. Excellent facilities. Large property so was a bit of a walk to find our room but we had an amazing canal view a 10-15 min walk from the grand canal. Would definitely go again!

Lovely atmosphere the moment you walk in - a real community feel with plenty of space and options to relax in (bars, cafe, atrium etc). The room with the view of the canal was beautiful. Everything was really well spaced and thought out and we had everything we needed. The welcome drink and discounts in the cafe bar were an unexpected treat.

The noise from the canal in the morning can be quite a lot depending on the day but a good set of earplugs makes up for it and the view is worth it.

Brilliant location. Minutes from the Ferry / Water Bus Dock (incl . Airport line) and only about 15/20 minutes walk to most of the famous Sights. Just far enough out to get away from the Masses of Tourists around those areas.
Very spacious room with separate living/kitchen area and big bathroom as well.
Really easy and quick check in and out.
Big bonus as well the Combo Bar and Restaurant, really great food and relaxing atmosphere after a busy day sightseeing.
All in all a really great place and we would definitely stay here again if we decide to come back to Venice.

The building was beautiful, loved the courtyard. The beds were comfortable. The staff were great.

The kitchen could have done with some more cutlery, also a kettle would have been handy.

Location for arrival from VCE airport. F.te Nove "A" is the 2nd stop of ALILAGUNA Blue Line.

Location for departure from VCE airport (on Sun, about the end of the festivals). F.te Nove "A" is the last 2 stops to VCE airport. The ALILAGUNA Blue Line does not reserve seats for next stop, which means they may skip the stop if they are full. I waited 2 rounds but could not get on (30m each). I started to panic and left the queue to look for a water taxi but had no luck. If this happens to you, it is better to return to the hotel to ask for staff assistance - either call a water taxi, or arrange a car transfer from train station (but you will need to walk to the train station, at least 20m).

It is a beautifully restored piece of history. Great location, easy to reach the city centre, but very quiet neighbourhood. Good restaurants and COOP supermarket nearby.
Got a library, plenty of space to chill, work, read and a nice courtyard.

Housekeeping could do a better job. Breakfast was very average.

The staff were wonderful and friendly. The restaurant that was right next door was very nice and the staff there also quite friendly. The rooms were kept very clean, and this was nice. Safe area, we had a wonderful time. We stumbled upon an art market on the Sunday right without the building courtyard area. This was very lovely! Close to vaporetto which was a very fast and wonderful day trip to Murano. Walking distance to everything!

While I found the hostel beautiful, it felt a bit pricey especially because the room was like a student dorm. An interesting dorm, it felt like we were on a ship! If breakfast were included, or a small coffee pot were in the room this could have made all the difference and brought it to the next level. However, this would be the perfect place to book an event or have many people meet up for a conference. I was daydreaming about it the whole time!

Everything really! Few steps away from New Foundation Alilaguna Blue line Waterbus stop,which is 35 min away from the airport.
Breakfast was rich and accomodation super clean and modern.
Room was serviced daily.

It was very clean, staff was very helpful and location was perfect.

beautiful room, high ceiling with a loft that has cupboards where you can unpack your gear and store clothes. There is also a coat and show rack at the door for layers. Bathroom with shower, bidet, and hair dryer - lots of sockets for your gadgets. The grounds, in fact the whole place is amazing. there is a nice orchard in the courtyard and smart seating both covered and open so you can relax there any time in any weather. In our room the window opened onto a quiet canal. There is a fridge which we stocked with snacks, but you wont be in the room enough to worry about coffee machines or anything like that. Simple but very decent breakfast selection to set you up for a day of missioning around (we did about 25K steps a day. Location was perfect! out of the bustle, but close enough to it. Restaurants in every direction.

why do i have to not like something? for me this was better than expected. Some reviews talk rubbish about it being too loud in the bar - nonsense. Italy is a loud fun place, if you want quiet dont go to a city, go stay at a spa in Germany or in a remote mountain lodge in the alps.

We loved everything about the accommodation, great to be in a quieter area, very clean and everything was spot on. Super easy to get to via boat from the airport. Happy to recommend this highly!
