Nolinski Venezia, Venice

Nolinski obviously put care and effort into every aspect of their lovely hotel, their taste is impeccable and they invest the same effort in caring for their guests. I felt pampered just by looking around the room, and truly spoiled anytime we interacted with the staff. You don't get a strong sense of the original Venetian Stock Exchange that houses the hotel, but they make you feel like you were one of the original investors!

Just a caution: the golden "pool" on the roof is more of a large whirlpool, not for morning laps. And the card keys failed regularly, giving us a chance to tromp down to the front desk to check out the gorgeous lobby and library bar at all hours.

Everything was perfect starting with a room upgrade to a great room comfortable bed excellent toilet the location is just perfect just in the with few steps to main attractions

Reaching the property was bit difficult due to no sea access but it’s not a big problem they try there best to make it easier for you

Wonderful located! Staff were genuinely sincere, interested to help where ever and very friendly. Front desk went out of their way to arrange excursions tailored to our needs. Good, knowledgeable recommendations were made. Breakfasts were sublime. Restaurant very good. Bar excellent.

Brand new hotel , amazing design and ambiance,excellent staff and service, very helpful to whatever we asked for. The quality of the food in all their restaurants was in high end standards! Also the location Super!

We recently spent 5 amazing nights with our 2 kids at the Nolinksi Venice. It is beyond any doubt one of the best 5-star hotels in the world. The hotel is not just a hotel. It's a step back into time into a Venetian palace with all the modern, luxury comfort you'd expect from a first-class hotel. No matter what issues we experienced inside and outside the hotel, the team at Nolinksi went above-and-beyond to find solutions and help us be happy. We felt like presidential-level guests at every level. Melania and her team did an amazing job. If you are travelling with children to Venice to explore this historic city, make Nolinki part of that unforgettable experience. You won't regret it. The breakfast service in the dining room is also nothing short of breathtaking. The food selection and quality were both exemplary. The ambience, service, and music were combined to make a first-class, luxury experience beyond comparison. It feels like you are stepping into the dining hall at Doge's Palace. We recommend Nolinki Venice without any reservation! Thank you!

The pool- it's too small and shallow to be cold!! If you can't swim in it- it NEEDS to be warm/hot!! Awesome rooftop space though- the perfect spot to watch a thunderstorm! Also the restaurant we were recommended by the concierge delivered poor service. They barely looked at us, and threw the menus and food at us, then requested a tip at the end! (just for the hotel to know).

Staff were exceptional, from front desk to restaurant (breakfast and dinner) to the bell boy who got us to our water taxi very very early on our day of departure. Rooms were gorgeous. Junior suite was a great size, it included all the amenities we could possibly need and was beautifully decorated.

It’s was just perfect and the staff were attentive and helpful

The staff were very attentive and picked us up, straight from the water taxi and guided us around the hotel to the registration and our room. They had taken note of it being our honeymoon and had designed the room with a set of romantic features and champagne. The concierge helped book us a well-designed trip to Murano and Burano islands. The bar staff were very friendly and engaged us in conversation. Breakfast was of high quality and they were accommodating, even when we were late. We always felt like we could rely on the staff to help arrange a taxi or provide information for anything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

The Nolinski Venezia was beautifully designed, with a cozy colour palette and a spacious layout. Staff was very friendly and offered excellent service, breakfast options were plentiful and high quality, and the location was fantastic, only 5 minutes from St Mark's Square and 10 minutes from the Rialto bridge. The hotel was also kind enough to offer us an upgrade to a suite.

The only minor downside is that there was no canal view, which could be expected given the price.

We had a wonderful stay from start to finish. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The staff were incredibly welcoming, helpful, and attentive, making us feel right at home. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions.

The access from ground level to our room involved using two lifts and orientation could be a little confusing. Our particular suite didn’t benefit from views or a great deal of natural light. That said I feel that many others, particularly on the higher floors, probably do. Our particular room did suffer a little from noise the street and from the hotel courtyard - although this didn’t impact hugely on our peace.

The hotel is positioned in the hart of the city near by all the major attractions. Top location! There service you receive is fist class and beyond. We have been in many different 5 star hotels but Nolinski experience exceeded our expectations by far! It is the best experience to visit Venice and we will definitely back soon. The attention to every detail is amazing and the kindness of the staff is beyond amazing! The breakfast is an absolute must if you are staying in Nolinski. It was the best breakfast I’ve had in years and the service and atmosphere was fantastic. We celebrated our 25 wedding anniversary and it was pure perfection! We will be definitely back and will look up for other Nolinski hotels when traveling for sure.

Everything is a the highest level. We loved our room with the most comfortable bed and sheets. We thought the breakfast was incredible, a wide selection and all fresh and tasty. And perfect location. After staying here we will look for other Nolinsky hotels in europe.

Beautiful hotel - stunning - in an excellent position - so close to St Mark’s Square. Staff very friendly and helpful. We were upgraded to a junior suite, which was wonderful, thank you. The room was small, but perfectly-formed and the bathroom stunning. Beautiful bar with lovely cocktails excellent bar staff (expensive drinks, but worth it). Would definitely stay there again. I agree with the reviewer who said a gym would make it absolutely perfect, but that’s just me - and the other reviewer, of course!
