Palazzo Venart Hotel, Venice

Unique historical property .....completely renovated for contemporary needs while keeping the cache of its history. Excellent Michelin 2 Star restaurant....extraordinary service.

Really lovely small hotel. Fantastic service. It is located on the canal and away from the crowds. If you like small hotels and like walking - which we do - it was excellent. This is the first time we have stayed in a 5* Italian hotel that has met or exceeded our expectations. They are usually poor value with obsequious service and you leave feeling disappointed.

The only thing was that we had a room with a terrace but there were no parasols for shade so we found it too hot to use it. We did speak to the manager and she said they will probably get them for the next season.

Fantastic hotel with beautiful rooms! But even better is that they’re in room dining and breakfast is served by a Michelin starred kitchen! Worth every penny!

My husband and I are on our honeymoon ard Italy and we spent 3 days 2 nights here and absolutely loved it. The location was fantastic. It is close enough to the central but not so close until you lose privacy. I love that it felt like we were in our own quiet private little piece of paradise. The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious. Breakfast was fabulous and the staff were all so very kind and attentive. The GM Luana is wonderful, helpful and so very sweet. To add icing on the cake, the team surprised us with a card, balloon, wine and fresh fruits as a welcome/ happy honeymoon gift. It was a really thoughtful gesture and added such an extra personal touch. We will definitely recommend this hotel to our family/ friends and would come back again .

The staff was very helpful, the room was gorgeous and very comfortable. Quality products were used for breakfast and it was delicious. I definitely recommend!

Beautiful, small property right on the canal but in a quieter neighborhood away from the major tourist crush.

I would have preferred a breakfast buffet rather than the a la carte breakfast.

Everything was superb - We travelled off the Orient Express into this hotel and it was all just perfect. The General Manager at the hotel went out of her way to make us feel so special. Thank you to her and to you all for making it amazing xx

The hotel was impeccable, and the staff very helpful and responsive. The location was great - it wasn't too close to the really busy parts of Venice, but wasn't too much of a walk. It was also well located to the vaporetto. The facilities were generous. The room was very comfortable, clean and welcoming.

We had a slight let down at our final breakfast when the order for one of us was forgotten. Because we were in a rush to catch the water taxi back to the airport, we went off hungry. The staff subsequently dealt with our feedback very well, however. Otherwise, the quality of the food and service was excellent.

This was a consummate hotel experience. Everything was fantastic -- the room, the grounds, the food, the people. We had a fantastic time. The only quibble would be that the wifi seemed to hate Apple products and we had difficulty connecting consistently. By the same token, that left me more time to be at peace at this wonderful property.

The wifi., But gee, that like saying a cloudless sky could be a touch more blue.

I booked this hotel to celebrate my son’s 21st and it turned out to be the most amazing memorable stay. Located in a quiet part of Venice yet a two minute walk to the centre. The decor was amazing, breakfast was beautifully cooked and presented, the staff were so pleasant, friendly and welcoming. No matter who was at reception when we returned each day, they were ready with our keys, knowing exactly who we were and which rooms were ours without ever asking. Everyone helped make this a stay that will be very hard to forget.

Everything that is promised is delivered and more. It is impossible NOT to adore Venetian jewel. Caring and attentive staff, divine rooms and joint areas, and the Michelin * GLAM Restaurant make this a standout! Bravo 👏

Everything! The property was incredibly beautiful, the food was exceptional, the staff was so nice and helpful and the attention to detail of everything was hands down what made Venice memorable for us.

When booking Palazzo Venart, we knew standards would be very high. But the service surpassed all our expectations. The staff here is extremely dedicated, attentive and always willing to go the extra mile. This has made our stay in Venice memorable. Of course, the place is beautiful, with two charming little gardens. We loved the quietness/ away from the crowds feel it provides. We will definitely be back!

I enjoyed everything, but the location and the helpfulness of the staff were the best parts. The room was so wonderful! The breakfast was also very good, but nothing exceptional.

Very nice place in quiet area, with perfect breakfast experience. Its real palace, incredible! Everything was on high level.
