Arcadia Boutique Hotel, Venice

Room was fresh and clean. Interior was beautiful. Breakfast food variety was small, but sufficient. Everything we needed was there and it was all fresh and delicious. Hotel is located near bus and train station which made it easy to get in and out of city.

There is a renovation of the facade going on right now which made our window not usable and view non-existent. Everything else was great :)

We spent amazing 3 days in Venice and despite the business from Carnevale the hotel was always quiet. Beds were comfortable, bathroom facilities clean and with all you needed, staff very welcoming and helpful and breakfast was amazing! Sadly being gluten free I could taste all of the yummy food provided! Staff provided gluten free toast upon request.

Everything! Claudio and Francesca in particular were just amazing , so kind and helpful! And this was one of the most beautiful hotels I have ever stayed in! Every little detail, including toiletries, was opulent, classy and truly Venetian! The location was lovely, in a quieter part of Venice and close to some great restaurants and off the beaten track paths! We would definitely stay here again!

The people were very friendly and the hotel room was beautiful and very clean. Breakfast is highly recommended. we really enjoyed our stay in Venice. They helped us well and advised us where the most beautiful sights are.

My breakfast was not included, I asked if I could have breakfast anyway one day, and seems like there was no enough space for others who didn’t have the breakfast included. Not an issue, but I was expecting a little bit more flexibility. The AC was centralized. I like when I can choose my own temperature in my room.

Our stay was amazing…we loved it! The unique atmosphere was just what we needed. The location to the S. Lucia train station, the hotel staff and their knowledge of the area and things to do, were simply the best! The breakfast and cappuccinos were a nice addition and much enjoyed. The little terrace was a place we had to our own and enjoyed. Thank you to everyone at Arcadia Boutique Hotel!

We received a warm welcome from Erica on the front desk. She was extremely helpful. Our flight arrived before the regular hotel check in time; however the hotel allowed us access to the room, as soon as we arrived. This was much appreciated. As expected, the room was small, but was clean and comfortable. Our room overlooked the main street which was very busy; however our room was quiet. Both the A/C and wi-fi service worked extremely well.

The room was a little tight with 2 suitcases, but we managed fine.

Good hotel near the central station, but in a relatively quiet area. Still a lot of restaurants nearby, train station is 7min walk, waterbus to the airport is 3 min. Staff is great and very friendly. Breakfast is nice, in a very beautiful room.

Rooms are quite small, but this is to be expected from many Venetian hotels.

Everything! Hotel is beautiful, the staff work really hard and keep high standards throughout, very friendly and knowledgeable too, they helped us with our airport water transfers and gave some recommendations of excellent places to eat! Location is perfect to explore, about 25 min walk from St Marks but thats perfect to see the beautiful city! 2 min walk from the Guglie water stop if coming from the airport by water taxi. Rooms clean and comfortable. Beds comfortable. Very good breakfast. Would definitely recommend and would absolutely stay here again!

Historic palazzo in great location

Excellent location. Staff were all very professional and courteous. I can’t say enough about the staff, they were amazing. The hotel and rooms were very opulent. Absolutely loved our stay here. Would highly recommend and will definitely return.

Was in a good position close to shops, restaurants etc. Our room was small but quaint and was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was excellent. There was always room to get a table of choice. There was a good selection of food both hot and cold to choose from.

We stayed at this property two nights before our cruise and one night at the conclusion of our cruise before we flew home. Cannot say enough how amazing it was. Gorgeous boutique hotel in a prime location and the staff was excellent!
