Arcadia Boutique Hotel, Venice

Location was great, there was nothing more to ask for at the breakfast buffet - a very good spread! There was a selection and hot and cold drinks in the room. The staff on reception were great with tips and recommendations, and would follow up on any requests immediately - very welcoming 😀. Couldn't comment on the air conditioning as we didn't use it, although the heating was very effective.

The room we had was right next to reception, and although it wasn't noisy we'd put in a request for a different one next time. The reviews about a lack of view from the windows are right for this room, but again it didn't matter to us as we were rarely there in the daylight! The fridge in the room was noisy.

The room is pretty, clean, and comfortable, and the breakfast is delicious. Each of the staff members was very welcoming, polite, and helpful. We would definitely recommend staying there.

Can not fault my stay, the room was nice and spacious, bathroom is on the small side though but still very usable.

The comfiest bed I have had after a week of travelling in Italy!

Breakfast was included in my stay and they had a large range.

The staff were lovely and spoke english. Offer a map upon check in and gave some wonderful recommendations on where to sight see and how to get from A to B.

10 minute walk from the train station and only over one bridge. Located around restaurants. And about a 30min walk to San Macro so it was less busy.

The staff offered to hold my bag while I did a tour on check out day, and offered ammenties to freshen up before leaving which was very kind.

Robes are a nice touch!

Nothing, cannot fault my stay. I had the room right next to reception. At times some conversations were abit noisy, but overall the rooms are well sound proofed. I was impressed.

Arcadia Boutique Hotel was lovely! 24/7 staffing was handy for our late check-in and the facilities were beautiful. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

A great location with shops restaurants and bars etc close by but quiet at night si a good night sleep.
Not a long walk from the bus station or train station or to St Marks etc. everywhere is in walking distance and beautiful back streets etc
Bed and pillows very comfortable so had a good night sleep.

Amazing location, style and comfort

Immaculate and beautiful interior of room and common areas. Delicious breakfast offerings in the morning. Staff was friendly and helpful at all times.

No elevator for baggage and there are cheaper options available for that type of hotel.

Great hotel that has been nicely renovated. The bed was comfortable and the space was adequate for solo or couple travelers. A less than 10-minute walk to Venice Santa Lucia station is also a big plus. Let me not forget the front desk people who are very welcoming and very accommodating.

The TV could be a little bigger, if I'm being picky.

Upscale hotel close to train station. Great location for day trips into city centre. Substantial breakfast. Elegant environment and spacious room.

Location is great, about 10 mins from train station. You do need to pass a bridge to get to the hotel tho, if you are with big suitcase, better hide the portable “human” taxi to help move your stuff. The hotel is relatively new, just few years old, used to be a palace, according to the staff there. We got breakfast there, and it’s great!

The only thing I say is that the room we got is very small. But I can’t complain since it’s Venezia.

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent and served in a beautiful, spacious room. The bed was comfortable.

Could have used a little more closet space. The room was efficient, but cluttered quickly for lack of space and storage.

We had a quick overnight stay before catching our flight. Reception staff were fantastic with airport trf and helping us get tickets.

Hotel is a short walk from the train station. also great location when you have to return to the train station or bus transfers to airport. Breakfast is serve on the primary floor upstairs. Breakfast is hearty and quite nice. Everything from fruit , eggs, meats, cheese, pastries, pancakes and more. Help from the front desk is tremendous. Staff is tremendous. Very helpful making sure you are comfortable advise you how to get to everywhere you desire to go. I have stayed here many times. Elena, the new young lady at the front desk, was hired in January and she is great!!!! Best choice is adding her to the team. Francesca is always the heart beat of the hotel and has been there for about 20 years. You will love your stay.

We were surprised that we had to take our luggage by stairs . If bags are heavy as ours were it’s not very pleasant .

This a wonderful boutique hotel. The staff were great and very helpful. Even providing u with a map of venice if required. It has a very beautiful lounge and dining area. It's located 2 min away from a waterbus stop very handy for trips down the grand canal or to murano island. Would definitely stay there again if we came back to venice

We were greeted by the friendly reception staff who gave us a lot of detail and a map to help guide us around. The room and bed was a good size with a substantial bathroom. Well equiped for a small hotel.
Buffet breakfast was in the lounge/bar area which was a nice intimate size and the staff were helpful.
Location was great as it was away from the main square but close to the railway station and the Gugile water taxi jetty.

Remember, if you use one, to bring a face towel as these are not provided.
The rooms nearest reception can be noisy if other clients aren't considerate when checking in late.
We liked being away the Piazza San Marco but it is a good 25-30min walk to get to it so worth thinking about getting a water taxi 24 or 48 hours pass.
