Avogaria 5 Rooms, Venice

Good location for us close to the ship Terminal.

Very expensive for the type of room and facilities. Was not portrayed correctly in the advertising. The bedding was not comfortable especially the pillows.

Good location, near the canal and easy walk from the train station.

Quite an expensive stay without breakfast which could be purchased separately. Noisy room with other guests banging upstairs until 1am in the morning. The first room we were shown had a broken loo seat and was quite a small room, we were then shown to a much larger room downstairs which was much better. Daria was helpful booking us a taxi and explaining where to go for dinner.

Great location, good size room and comfortable bed.
The staff were very welcoming and helpful and gave us restaurant recommendations. Would definitely recommend if you want a stay in Venice that is away from the touristy areas.
You can relax in the quiet streets and browse the art shops. The Guggenheim Museum is worth a visit too.

This place was a gem. The staff were so attentive and nice. The room was such a great design and loved the patio. The bathroom was wonderful and loved the tile work. The staff was so helpful answering any questions we had about the city and provided us help with modes of transport as well as restaurant advice. Also loved that they welcomed us with water and a cool towel.

The only downfall about the whole place is the location. Quiet a hike from some of the main areas.

The staff were the most amazing part of the stay!! Prompt responses to requests/questions and quite accommodating. The location is great, being off the beaten path. And the private patio with breakfast served there was AMAZING

It’s position, its elegance and also its quirkiness. The owners and staff could not do enough for us! Recommending restaurants- best ways to get from A to B. The breakfasts were an absolute treat, espresso served in petite demitasse cups, fresh eggs, pastries, prosciutto - everything done with such precision and care.

The room was nice and the staff was friendly. The room was clean and nicely furnished.

The room didn’t have WIFI and the AC wasn’t working. The light outside was also on the whole night, so one had to make sure to properly close the curtains.

Flexible room booking with a discount…. and a lovely surprise with a room with a private garden in the end, a true luxury in Venice! Kind and helpful staff, very spacious room, decorated with taste and a touch of craziness. A small gem with a strong personality. Quiet area in Dorsoduro, yet very accessible with Vaporatto line 2 and only 15 mins walking from the Academia Gallery and the Grand Canal.

Nothing really, reactive and helpful staff even with a late check check in.

The Garden was really nice as we were kindly upgraded! Daria was really helpful, as she has taken care of me and my friend. And recommended few places near Venice. Everything was really close by and great location .

Everything from the welcome with a cold towel for cooling down and a drink to the checkout went smoothly and always with a welcoming smile at the reception. Our room was incredibly beautiful, clean, comfortable, and equipped with all the necessary facilities, making 'coming home' after a day out always enjoyable. During our stay, we were always very well assisted through the virtual WhatsApp reception, which greatly helped us in finding the easiest transportation options, advice on local top dining spots, and general questions about our stay. If we visit Venice again, we will undoubtedly book here again.

There was not a single thing we did not like about our stay here! The only suggestion that might further improve the hotel is the addition of an in-house washing machine/service. But again, that is an additional suggestion, not something that was bad or falsely advertised.

This is a well managed property in venice , it consists of a 5 rooms to be rented, the owners/staff was really helpful and helped us with the mistake i made in reservation . thank you very much .

location was also nice as you can get a taxi to the airport after 5 minutes of walking.

This is a ground floor room with four beds and a small garden, the small garden was amazing for smoking , the rooms is big and comfy .

no washing machine in the room, other than that it was a very pleasant stay

The front desk staff were outstanding, and the virtual reception through WhatsApp was fantastic. We received a much appreciated ice cold face towel, complimentary drink, and nuts whilst we were being checked in. We were able to go to our room early and wow, what a room and private garden!! The bed was so comfortable, and the double shower, well, I can honestly say it was the best I've ever experienced!! The whole ambience of the hotel was authentic, and listening to the church bells from the garden was simply perfection. I would highly recommend staying here...room 2 👌💞
The water taxi is literally minutes away, and the bus station is about a 15-minute walk with only a few bridges to cross with cases!

The hotel was located in a hideaway spot and away from the crowds. Our room was beautiful, and since there are only five rooms in the hotel, the attention to detail and hospitality was spot on!

Booking.com failed to mention this was an 18+ hotel, and I was shocked when I was told when I showed up with my small children. The staff were accommodating and made it work as it was only for one night.
