We stayed at the partner property - Novecento which is very close to Hotel Flora in the San Marco district.
Room was spacious and elegantly furnished, well serviced room. Breakfast included - was tasty and well presented.

Location is excellent - close to the waterbus stop (also for the airport ferry) , 10 mins walk from Plaza San Marco.

A lovely family-run hotel with a boutique feel, in excellent location. It has a wonderful garden which is sure to be a delight in the summer but was equally lovely in winter. The staff were really great. Of my many trips to Venice this stay was by far the most memorable.

I stayed for a week and grew a little tired of the breakfast, which is quite basic, although excellent. Probably wouldn’t have felt that way if I had a shorter stay.
I would have also liked a kettle and tea in the room.

Breakfast was delicious and location was superb round the corner from designer shops

It’s in a great place where it’s not too crowded and there is such a charm about this place. I’m going to go back next time.

Everything was exceptional

Beautiful, quiet, old age charming hotel with a nice back garden and walking distance to everything.

I made the booking last minute so I don’t know what it would have been otherwise. But my room was right next to the cleaning supply closet and i could hear the cleaners outside my door all morning.

Beautiful small hotel run with warmth and lovely detail touches. And it’s quiet as it sits at the end of a small street away from the hustle and bustle.

It’s a perfect location and like their other properties, everything is perfectly appointed. Love their breakfast…and the garden is perfect. Their service was wonderful all the way through. Love supporting a family business

Hotel Flora is stunning. The interiors, the garden, the rooms, everything is so tastefully done and it's clear a lot of care and intention has been put into the property. It's situated in a very central, busy part of town, but the hotel is super quiet. This was a huge plus for us as we could easily get to great restaurants, neighborhoods and other areas of interest. Diego was so helpful and helped us map out our time there, offering tons of recommendations and general guidance to get the most of it. The room itself was quite spacious and beautiful, bed was very comfortable. Sadly we were only here for one night and will definitely be back!

Truly gorgeous secluded hidden gem in the heart of San Marco. Breakfast delicious, very charming rooms with nice Ortigia products, comfy bed- we loved our stay!

lovely breakfast provided in the courtyard garden, extremely helpful and friendly staff. Very short walk from the ferry and San Marco Square. My brother and his wife recommended this sport, and now I recommend it as well.

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Flora! They gave us a bottle of fizz for our honeymoon stay, which was absolutely wonderful. The staff are some of the best staff I have encountered, incredibly friendly, and extremely knowledgeable.

We stayed 2 nights, and followed much of the advice that was given. I would say that the hotel is in the best spot in Venice. 100yds from Harry's Bar, in the middle of the best street in Venice, and extremely accessible jetty's for catching the public and private vaporettis.

Centrally located, but tucked down a lovely little street. The garden was exceptionally adorable, and the staff was extraordinarily welcoming and helpful. So pleased that I didn’t stay anywhere else!

Hotel Flora is a special, boutique property, exuding charm and the warmth of the family that owns and runs it. The garden is magical day and night, perfect for breakfast or a late afternoon/evening aperitif. The location is perfect for exploring Venice, with expert guidance for tours, dinner reservations and anything you might need. Perfection!

Location is unbeatable- a short walk to Piazza San Marco, but tucked into a quiet alleyway. Lovely garden patio for breakfast and cocktails. Bed was very comfortable. The vibe and decor is warm, stylish, eclectic, authentic. The staff was kind and helpful. We enjoyed evening apertivos and antipasti on the patio with the other guests after a long day of touring and shopping.

Very small room and bath with unappealing views. Breakfast for two (included) was cut fruit, yogurt, and sugary granola, served in 6 separate small lidded glass jars, along with a basket of pastries, a chunk of baguette, and a card informing us that this is what Itallians eat for breakfast.

The staff was so welcoming and helpful.
The courtyard garden was the prettiest setting for breakfast each morning.

We loved the location, friendly staff, and delicious breakfast at Hotel Flora! The garden is charming and makes for such a fun place to start the day. Conveniently, there are docks nearby, making it easy to catch a water taxi when arriving or departing with luggage.

When we arrived, our room had a noticeably strong smoke smell. With fabric-covered walls and no fans in the bathroom, the space often felt humid and heavy. Thankfully, the windows can be opened for fresh air. Some rooms are also on the smaller side, so keep that in mind when booking. While the hotel itself is beautiful and unique, our room didn’t feel especially comfortable—and after a long day of travel, it wasn’t quite the experience we were hoping for.

Beautiful sanctuary in the best location. Very helpful staff without being intrusive.

Bar hours could be extended. We would have used it more if it had been open longer and it was a shame as it was so pretty.
