Wonderful staff, very welcoming and accommodating

Amenities a little dated. An accessible plug for phone charging is a basic thing these days

All the staff were wonderful and especially restaurant, reception and spa staff were welcome and very professional

The receptionist at the spa was a bit annoyed with me having lost the keys to my locker which would have to be opened by a maintenance person (this was understandable given how busy it was over the holiday period) but did retrieve my swimsuit and did it quickly and was very pleasant subsequently.

what an excellent facility. loved every minute we spent there, from the ambiance, christmas decorations (which were absolutely gorgeous), to the diffuser in the lobby and it's excellent central city location!

the restaurant seems to have some problems scheduling, and if i had not double-checked on our tea time, which i had reserved a month or so earlier, we would not have been booked. i' not sure what the problem is, but if you're going to use the hotel restaurant, you need to make your reservations carefully and follow up.

Beautiful hotel location was perfect for a weekend trip with friends. Close to restaurants and shops of all sorts. Staff were beyond friendly. Can’t wait to go back.

Location and staff excellent

We were given an upgrade but room was a little tired. Don’t expect to see frayed carpet between bathroom and bedroom. Shower very dated. Bath in bedroom very dated. Would be concerned about moisture.

Great staff - friendly and amusing porter went out of his way to help me find the Hop-on Hop-off bus stop! Great location near interesting tourist sites, the park across the road, and the Art Gallery. The decor is colourful and comfortable - just like home! Breakfast was great.

1. I had to ask a staff member to come to my room and show me how to turn on the television. It was difficult to find programs I like to watch in the evening - CBC News and British dramas, for example. 2. I invited guests to join me for dinner in your restaurant. Unfortunately, the chicken dish was bland, and the duck dish was tough. Best things were the pasta dish and the sticky toffee pudding!

The hotel is in a very central downtown area which is perfect for just about everything. Although it is on a busy road as soon as you pass through the doors you enter another world. Friendly staff who do everything to make your visit special. We were very impressed with the directions and ideas given to us by Denys and Martin. The lounge bar area is delightful with nightly entertainment.

I would have loved to have had a swim but you can’t have everything!

Loved the Wedgewood hotel. Bed was extremely comfortable decor tasteful in keeping with the style of the hotel. The spa treatment I experienced was exceptional with a highly capable therapist. There is a lovely bar where we enjoyed bar food on the evening of our arrival which was ideal after the fatigue of a long haul flight. The location at the centre of downtown Vancouver is a major plus in getting to know the city

Our two night stay was quite expensive

From the initial greeting. the seamless check-in, and the assistance with luggage through to our departure, the staff were all exceptional. Also loved the decor throughout the hotel, and the extra touches - for example the freshly baked cookies and water delivered to our room.
