Wedgewood Hotel & Spa, Vancouver

Charming, quiet, oasis-like hotel, right in the middle of the city. Generous room, wonderful attentive staff and the best hotel bar/lounge we have visited in some time. Excellent food and overall very good value.

We liked everything.

The service was fantastic from start to finish. The staff really couldn't do enough for us, which was much appreciated (including packing our car up when we were leaving). The location was also super for all of our Vancouver activities.

The rooms were a little tired looking compared to the rest of the top notch standard and felt like they were in need of a refurb. The bed was still super comfortable!

Fabulous boutique hotel with a superb restaurant and Lounge bar. Feels like home.

The only thing that was frustrating was the lack of Tea mugs in the room. The used ones were taken but never replaced!

Lovely comfortable room with interesting decor. The staff were super helpful and friendly.

The elevator was a little scary and stopped between floors briefly on one trip down to the lobby.

Excellent dinner in the lounge, very classy

We were upgraded to a penthouse room for only $300 more per night, very luxurious. The dining and bar were phenomenal with a classic vibe, nice layout and décor, excellent staff and menu. Concierge and front desk courteous and helpful.

The staff is exceptionally welcoming and goes above and beyond to ensure guests feel at home. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, and the hotel's central location puts you right in the heart of all major attractions.

The only thing I wished the rooms had were microwaves.

Every experience we had at the hotel was great.. Lounge was spectacular, our room was great, and the staff went over and above to assist. I would definitely recommend to anyone staying in Vancouver.

Our room was a bit dark, but that was a very minor inconvenience.

What a wonderful experience! The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay. They spoiled my son with treats and helped us book two amazing dinner reservations. We will be back soon!

Stunning hotel in a great area. Elegant and comfortable. I could easily stay a week.

This is a terrific luxury hotel with lovely furniture, comfortable beds and an extraordinary location. The restaurant downstairs is excellent. We also got a terrific deal on the stay which is always nice. The staff are very personable and accommodating.

The soundproofing around the door could have been better. It rattled a bit when other doors in the hallway opened and closed and you could hear people in the hallway just a bit too much.

The room, facilities and restaurant were all excellent. What truly stood out though was the staff, in all divisions. They were efficient, super friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome and looked after. Congratulations team!

Staff were warm and friendly, helpful. Overall ambience was nice. Location accessible to many areas. Enjoyed restaurant and good service continued there. Brief trip so didn’t use spa services. Would return of course.

In our suite, shower could have been better. Handheld shower head a little awkward to use. Could hear some elevator noise in our suite but moderate. Overall, little to nothing we didn’t like.

Staff extremely helpful and cordial, the rooms have been renewed and look very nice. Breakfast was excellent

Beautiful hotel, amazing staff, central location. Superb dining in the lounge and restaurant. Spacious room. Graciously allowed us to check in very early at no costs. Super large comfy bed, tall ceilings, balcony, lots of storage space. Daily water and cookies. Attentive house keeping. Looooved this hotel.

The hotel is a bit dated in terms of interior decor if the room and bathrooms. The room feels a bit tired. A renovation can make this hotel one of the best in the world. Our room was only in the 3rd floor so we had some noise from street.

This is a wonderful, full service luxury hotel with a focus on service. My room was large and had a great bathtub, excellent water pressure for the shower and a really comfortable bed. The staff really focus on no questions asked quality service and the location is perfect in the center of downtown Vancouver. I got a great deal from booking.com but even at full price this is probably worth it. Oh ... and the restaurant, Bacchus, has been one of the tops in the city for years.

I dunno ... parking is expensive I guess? but this is Vancouver ... what do you expect?

All the food was super delicious. We couldn’t ask for more absolutely amazing.!

The room was never cleaned properly and we stayed eight nights! The hair was still in the shower from the day before, the drinking glasses after three days, they were still in the room! The heating unit was noisy!

Excellent location, amazing staff, would definitely stay again when in Vancouver

Unfortunately our room overlooked an alley and it was noisy at 6 am every mornings due to garbage trucks beeping etc. I do understand that this is part of staying in the centre of a city but a bit more sound proofing on the windows would help. Only 1 type of each tea bag in the room, and being English we do like our tea done properly!!

Great location

A very warm and welcoming feeling as soon as you walked through the front door.The staff were all excellent , nothing was too much trouble. The restaurant looked just perfect and our bar food was good and delivered in good time. The bar area was traditional and cosy with a real fire.

The rooms area little dated and tired in places. our bathroom was quite small with a shower over the bath tub. We were next to the lift which was a little intrusive for me, a light sleeper.

This stay was absolutely wonderful. The staff upgraded and moved us to another suite after an issue with our original room. They were gracious, and generous. Loved our stay and will return any time we stay in the City. Beautiful skyline views, magnificently comfortable bed.
