Literally everything, it is an exquisite stay with warm and considerate staff.

It’s more expensive than I normally prefer to pay, but well worth the value of the experience

Great location with easy walking to tourist sites and good restaurants nearby. Friendly staff, comfortable room, ample storage for belongings. Would stay here again happily.

The hospitality, location, staff at the hotel. We felt welcome the moment we arrived. They were so accommodating and helpful with requests.

Good location, good restaurant downstairs. A good place to explore downtown. Great amenities in the bedroom, with a bathtub and a window that gives a lot of light inside the bathroom. Functional gym, not a lot of equipment but good for cardio at least. Flexibility of the staff regarding check-out. Possibility to valet your car.

I wish I could stay longer.

Check in, valet parking, service were all excellent. Room and bathroom were spacious. The shower was separate from the bath tub. Toiletries were excellent products and plentiful. Great tv and internet access.

My only criticism was that the food could have been better.
Our room was right on David and on Saturday night it was quite noisy. The other two nightstands were quiet

My state was too short to take advantage of any of the facilities that warranted the price point.

It was a beautiful hotel, really boutique feel in a great part of town. Beautiful room, great shower and just all round lovely. Lovely cafe and restaurant attached.

The staff were super friendly and very accommodating

I booked a suite for 3 adults but there was no actual sofa bed but the lounge was huge and the staff sent up pillows and a blanket

Loved this hotel. I think it's going to be my new go to in Vancouver. Perfect location, extremely kind staff, rooms are amazing and comfy, and you're greeted with a glass of sparkling rosé. They also have e-bikes to lend out. So I think it's the perfect spot to stay in Vancouver.

Location was great and the beds were comfortable. Everything was clean and smelled good on property.

A bit tight for two people and their luggage.

Good location, spacious room. Staff acknowledged our anniversary with a bottle of sparkling wine. Good equipment in the gym. Good shower. Attentive staff in the bar.

The bed was not comfortable. Seemed well used to us for a boutique hotel and should be replaced. The toilet was far too low.

Unbeatable location, steps from the Skytrain and in the middle of Yaletown restaurants and shops. Right near the waterfront walking and cycling routes. The staff were uniformly friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable, stylish. Bonus was real milk in the fridge to go with the Nespresso.

Ventilation noise in the bathroom was constant, but this is a minor issue.

great location in the heart of YaleTown, great access to downtown and plethora of restaurants and coffee shops in the area.

Great location- close to Metro and the lively Yaletown restaurant district. Walk to harbour ferries for Granville Island, English Bay etc. Spotless, modern and luxurious linens and bath. A welcome glass of chilled rose sets the tone. Valet parking at entry

missed the instructions for parking out front - and ended up x3 times around the one-way streets to access. Finally had to stop & call reception. Best access - down Davie from Homer St.

Windows in toilet opening towards the street takes some getting used to.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was bright and comfortable. Beds wonderful. Used city bikes to ride out to UBC. Beautiful and easy.

Had to have the curtain down at all times as the bathroom faced out towards the building across the street. It was fine, but for my teen son, he wanted more privacy, so had to have curtain pulled down.

The location is great: Yaletown has lots of excellent cafes, restaurants, shops all within close walking distance. Also close to river taxis to hop to Granville Island amongst other places.

The room was large, bed very comfortable, and a great shower.

The breakfast offering could have been more varied but what we had was delicious.
Cost of hotel-specific parking is pricing but car felt secure.
Otherwise nothing we did not like.

Loved the big bathroom window where you could see the street while brushing you teeth, and of course close it with a big shade whenever privacy was needed! Oh, the heated floor was awesome!!!

The fast charge gadget was Nice, but didin’t work. Also, I had to turn off the lamps manually because the switcher didn’t work too.
