Exceptional
This is a gorgeous hotel in downtown Vancouver with helpful and friendly staff. Highly recommended, especially if you are interested in a more boutique feel. Loved the free bikes!

I would stay at this hotel when in Vancouver and I would recommend it to family and friends.
The Le Tableau restaurant is part of the hotel and their food was wonderful. The pastries were delicious for breakfast.

A very pleasant boutique hotel with an exceptional staff.
The hotel is centrally located and adjacent to a decent restaurant. The rooms are of a decent size with a window which actually opens. What sets this hotel apart is its staff. Every employee we had contact with was exceptionally helpful and pleasant. There is also a very nice, clean fitness center.
There wasn't anything that I didn't like.

I didn’t want to leave
Everything. Great location - a 5-10 minute walk to the pier. Also a 10 minute walk to the cruise terminal. Beautiful facilities - our room was gorgeous with lovely views. We could see sea planes and cruise ships. Every member of staff was so friendly and helpful - I wish I could remember his name but the male on reception who checked us in was so lovely. The staff had sprinkled rose petals all over our room as we were celebrating our honeymoon and left us a bottle of Prosecco and some macarons. We also loved that the hotel has bikes to borrow to save on renting any. I loved every second of our time here, I didn’t want to go home.

We were impressed and happy with our stay. We would come again.
The service from all the staff, security, and cleanliness were amazing!!!
I would have liked a breakfast included. The coffee and lemon water were very convenient. On the way to the airport at 6am, I would have enjoyed a croissant or muffin.

Perfect location with an excellent staff that always exceeds our expectations.
We chose The Loden as our home away from home to celebrate our 30th Wedding Anniversary in Vancouver, BC.
We are so glad we did. The staff went above and beyond our expectations to help make our anniversary a very memorable event! We had a surprising and unexpected upgrade that elevated our experience.
We were so enthralled with our stay we have recommended The Loden to family, friends, co-workers and anyone who enters our orbit.
We look forward to the next time we can visit such a wonderful city and a use this fantastic hotel as our home base.
