Reasonable value
We stayed two nights. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location is convenient to walking in Vancouver. Given the cost of accommodation in Vancouver, the Burrard is reasonable value.
The room was fairly compact - just OK for three people. It isn't located in a particularly nice area - right by a hospital.

Overall, a great experience.
I loved the colour scheme, the paintings, free water refill stations, the courtyard, and the bed which was really comfortable. Service was really great.

It was good and bad
Excellent location, clean and comfortable. Friendly staff.
Noisy! They should supply ear plugs because between the loud exhaust, frequent sirens and the derelicts wandering the streets all night, I got about two hours of sleep.

We enjoyed our stay.
Bed was very comfortable, loved the Nespresso coffee pod machine in our room. The staff were helpful and friendly. Prior to us arriving provided lots of useful information of what to do in Vancouver. The location is convenient to downtown Vancouver and walkable to major attractions, Stanley Park , Granville Island, Canada place waterfront where tours can be arranged . Cafe Elysian next door and also the Burgoo Bistro. The meals there were delicious, reasonably priced and friendly staff.
Was a bit of siren noise due to the hospital across the road and the air conditioner was noisy but neither was bad enough not to spoil our stay.

We had a portable air conditioner in the room that was pretty loud. The room was also small.

just a transit stop only stayed one night, staff were friendly and received a room upgrade which was nice.
clean and comfortable, court yard looked lovely although we were not there long enough to use it. late checkout of 12 .00 noon which was nice.
a lot of homeless and questionable people in the vicinity, did not feel safe at night, reasonably close to downtown was better during the day.

Was okay... nothing wow.
Trying hard to be instagrammable. Looks good on camera, but the actual substance (quality of bedding, furniture, etc...) was average.
Street in front had homeless people living in tent... but that's Vancouver I guess.

Comfortable, central efficient staff, good overnighter
Central, clean, comfortable. Staff were very efficient with checking in and out. Good overnight accommodation. Handy to eateries and harbour.
An exhaust fan in the bathroom would be good.
