Fast and fabulous Lu only stayed one night but had a great view amazing bathtub and the most comfortable bed!
Location perfect access to the float planes
I checked in early but had to wait for my room even though I requested an early check in. I never received a text or email saying it was ready and when I went to the elevator my key east working.

The valet person in the hotel door "Patric" was a very nice and supportive man. He is always smiling and offers an umbrella and water every time we go out.
The location is super, and they gave us a van to drop our luggage to the Cruise Sea port, which is 3 minutes driving.
The concierge was helpful and recommended & booked nice restaurants for us.
The view in the room was good and normal and they clean & prepare the room twice a day.
The restaurant on the 2nd floor was super.

We loved the fun atmosphere and the beautiful facilities
Great staff, lovely facilities and perfect location. The lounge bar was a happening place and we were happy with our rooms
A bit slow on servicing the rooms meaning that we could not check in on time… but the manager gave us a small discount and was very apologetic

Beautiful hotel, great location
Ease to get to Stanley park (with bikes) for the kids. Easily walkable or drivable to things we wanted to do. Concierge booked us into capilano without a specific time which gave us more flexibility. Staff is friendly, service was amazing.

Location of hotel and also the helpfulness of the staff they were great. Loads of food and drink options.
The fire alarm went off and it was a false alarm which meant we spent an hour and half in the morning getting out and back in. Could complain as fire emergency but still with family was annoying

Very helpful and attentive staff. Very nice room and comfortable, to say the least.
Room service was sometimes difficult to get ahold of. The fire alarm went off at 2:30am in the morning, causing everyone to leave the building and return two hours later. I received a bath robe with blood on it.

Felt like I was a movie star.
Great view of the waterfront. Loved the roof top pool. Great staff and service. Really are pampered when you stay here. Great safety protocols. Loved the valet service. Treated like royalty.

An oasis in the city
The marble bathroom is stunning!
My birthday was made a bit more special with the bottle of Prosecco and chocolates and I really appreciated the card everyone signed when we dined at Botanist. Our meal was beautiful. Lunch by the pool was terrible relaxing. It was the perfect escape.
