The room was comfortable and hotel location was good. Sandwiches at the bar were very good. Coffee shop was good too.

Fabulous waterfront location, great facilities and very comfortable room. Exceptional Concierge service, so good being able to message back and forth. Shout out to Carla. And loved the bar.

It would be good to have some smaller ebikes to cater for shorter people.

Upgraded to Gold level for Thai visit - completely different experience - but of course pay for it

Room 633 like being ina fish bowl and as had to close curtains so people by oool or in conference centre couldn’t see you it was dark

Service was great, the staff are friendly and the facilities are clean.

The bed is too soft which we noticed after 2 nights. The shower didn’t drain well and the tub was difficult to unplug.

Excellent location, fabulous rooms

Upscale, first class, close to the convention center, clean and convenient. The exercise room, not tub and lobby lounge were all beautiful facilities

Front door bump was always a surprise

Gorgeous place. Got a room with a view of the harbor and mountains. It was spectacular. The bathrooms are huge, though my room only had one sink which was a bit odd. Stand up shower was nice, but small. The king bed was super comfortable. AC worked great and kept the room really cool. Windows had black out curtains and shears that operated by wall control. All lighting was also controlled by the in-room tablet or wall controls. Daily room service. Excellent lobby vibe with live music. Pool and hot tub with views of the mountains and sunsets. Very quiet in-room. Check-in staff was very helpful.

A few picky things. Bathroom only had one sink. No bidet on toilets which at this price point there should be. Carpet was a bit worn and had bumps feeling a bit cheap. Lighting could not be dimmed, only on/off which ruins some of the ambience. While there is a fridge, it's filled with drinks, so no place for your own items.

Location, lounge and pool. Walking for restaurant and shopping

Breakfast and room was excellent.

Great location near the cruise terminal. You could spend hours looking at the busy harbour (cruise ships, ferries, sea planes, ships, helicopters, pleasure crafts…). The Gold lounge is really worth it. The lobby lounge in the ground floor with bar and restaurant is always busy and buzzing.

Staff is hit and miss. Some are very efficient, others less so.

Our room was spacious clean space with two large beds; the bathroom had wonderful bathtub and modern design

Excellent hotel near cruise terminal

The location is great. Staff was very friendly and available when needed. It has a fabulous room, with a big bath, and prompt room service. Great lobby bar.

No seated breakfast options before 7 am.

The bed was very comfy. The room was very comfy with a great large window. We like the teas in the room (green tea and herbal tea). The room was very clean, with comfy robe. The shower was relaxing. Free Wifi. We like that the hotel is located right across the Vancouver Convention Center, so it is convenient for our meetings. We also had diner in the Botanist restaurant in the hotel: our food was yummy and pretty (burrata beet salad, steak mushroom and potato puree, miso sesame chocolate mousse), but pricey.

The harbor view was a bit blocked by the Vancouver Convention Center building in front. However, we like the large window in the king room, and we like the nice little view on the Canada Place street.

It is a beautiful hotel. The rooms are beautifully appointed. Bathroom is like a spa.

A truly exceptional hotel. A lot more modern than many other Fairmonts, with a great lobby bar, constantly buzzing with a nice crowd. But the biggest difference is the team: every single one going above and beyond to make the guests feel welcome and comfortable, nothing was too much trouble.
