The staff are amazing. The facilities excellent. The feel is very zen. Clean lines and muted colours, but with a warm cosy feeling. Thankfully we chose to have breakfast. It was delicious. Thanks so much for your oasis.

A wonderful hotel in a great neighbourhood of Valencia. The team was super friendly and helpful. The hotel is carefully designed with lots of attention to detail. Loved our stay and would totally recommend. We stayed in a penthouse which was great. The pool was welcome to cool after exploring the city. Having biked to rent as well made exploring easy.

It would be nice to have access to the pool later than 8 (especially in summer) but that's a small detail. We loved our experience.

Wow this hotel is gorgeous! Stylish decor, comfortable, really helpful and lovely staff, perfect location walking distance from everything and in a cool neighbourhood with lots going on. Despite being in a lively neighbourhood you didn't hear anything at night and we slept so well. The staff were so helpful that when we left something they contacted us immediately to arrange to send it on before we'd even realised we'd forgotten it. Would 100% recommend.

A small, beautifully furnished boutique hotel in the heart of Ruzafa - a great city location when staying in Valencia. We were luckily enough to have a studio apartment, which is perfect for a longer stay, especially during Las Fallas. It is self-contained, with facilities to prepare your own meals, and more relaxing than staying in a hotel room. Everything is walkable or an easy bus or metro journey. The staff are friendly, there when you need them. On the whole you are left to do your own thing, treating the hotel as your home for the duration of the stay.

From the moment you walk in, everything is amazing- the smell (they have their own candles), the interior, the friendly staff. Also I was there during Fallas, so it was busy on the street at night, but the room was way more soundproof than I expected. A big plus!

Very clean, beautiful aesthetic and helpful staff.

The hotel is very comfortable and clean, making it a perfect place to relax. It’s also super accessible, just a short 5-10 minute walk to the city center, which made exploring Valencia so easy.

One of the standout features is the bike rental service—a great option for getting around the city efficiently. The hotel itself has an amazing scent, which adds to the overall welcoming and relaxing atmosphere.

The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. A special thanks to Gwenn, who took the time to explain everything there is to do in Valencia and provided us with fantastic tips that truly enhanced our trip.

The property hosts and all the little details made this hotel - welcome drinks on arrival,
Umbrellas for the rain, fortune cookies for NYE and the water & drinks station on an evening was all the extra touches that went a long way.
Coffee was good and decor of hotel super modern and chic designed

The location was ok and not too far from the centre to walk but the street it is on and surrounding buildings made the hotel loose its spark

The friendly and helpful staff and the beautiful breakfast. It was very relaxing and a warm comfortable stay. The location was perfect, just a little outside the busy areas but a perfect starting point for exploring. The local shops and eateries are numerous and offer a great choice. Highly recommend ....

Wished we could have stayed longer.

The personal attention provided was off the charts. The breakfast was limited but high quality. The coffee was superb. The location was surrounded by a myriad of restaurants.

When some idiot smoked in his room and set off the fire alarm at 1am, it was incumbent on the guests to call the staff to turn it off as the staff were only there until 8pm. There should be a way to have the duty staff automatically alerted when the fire alarm is set off.

The location was in a great neighbourhood, close to transport links, and walking distance to the centre. It was beautifully styled with all the expected facilities. We especially enjoyed our morning coffee.

Perfect location within walking distance of the main centre. Lots of lovely cafes, bars & restaurants nearby. The property is very modern, spacious room with good air con. Very quiet at night facilitating a great night sleep.
