Good location and very clean

Nice room and facilities

The location was excellent for me: i used every day the VALENBISI and by bike I could reach everything in 5-10 minutes. And the Mestalla was 5 minute WALK away. The staff, the gym, the breakfest - everything is 5*+

There was no shower cap in the bathroom, or I have not found it :-(

Very quiet room. One problem - with the heating system - was promptly repaired and we were given some compensation for the initial lack of heating. Location is excellent for the shopping area, river walks, multiple restaurants such as Askua, Aragon 58, Casita de Sabino and Casa Roberto, and concert/opera facilities. The public areas are clean and well maintained.

For football fans - major teams stay here when playing in Valencia. Tight security and no disturbance...

Option of a decent coffee and croissant as alternative to the full breakfast.

Beach area a taxi away as was Casa Montana, which is the oldest restaurant in VLC and well worth a visit as well (booking essential).

Very nice breakfast. Good shower in the bathroom with excellent products. Service was very attentive at reception, concierge and restaurant. Nice entertainment in the lounge in the evening.

The bedroom had a noisy airco that could not be turned off.

The location was good with lots of public transport options and easy access to the park. The room was nice and big and the bed huge! The hotel was tastefully decorated with a lovely central courtyard and a great gym and indoor pool. Nice bar with seats in in the courtyard.

The “coffee making machine” in the description was just a kettle with instant coffee and scant teabags, we had to keep requesting tea bag’s from reception as housekeeping didn’t top them up. It’s a shame they don’t have an outdoor pool as the weather was gorgeous. Nowhere to top up water bottles.

Staff provided minimal assistance and we had to ask a lot of questions to get information.

Upscale place at a price. Nice bedroom, very comfortable bed. Best shower in hotel size and water pressure!

Building and decoration while upscale a cold to my taste. Perfect for G7 meeting . Not full of charm if you are there to visit true area.

Immaculate service provided by the staff from the front desk to the restaurant to housekeeping. It was nice to return to the hotel’s courtyard every afternoon to relax and enjoy tea. The location is within walking distance to the city centre and old town which makes it accessible to major attractions without being too crowded and noisy.

First of all, staying in a Westin is an experience. The bathroom is nearly the size of the bedroom, and the bedroom is large. There is a walk-in shower, a separate toilet, a tub and an enormous space with mirrors and sink. The art deco interior design of the hotel is just gorgeous. The king-size bed is like a giant raft that takes you off to sleep. The people working there are super helpful and the building and the grounds (especially the interior courtyard) are extraordinary. We also found it conveniently located in terms of the old city around where we spent much of our time.

It’s an oasis in a busy and hot (when we visited) city.

Only tiny things: low pressure in the shower, though lots of water from the rainfall shower head. I would have expected some body lotion to be in the room but there was a card saying to ask for anything you were missing, so not a complaint.

I appreciated the slippers and complimentary water, the fitness center and sauna, as well as the bathtub and amount of space in the room.

Lobby, all the premises, room were very nice! Breakfasts are delicious.
However the feature of this hotel is its inner yard. It's soooo spacious and cozy! Like an oasis. You forget that you are in a city! Everything is green, fountains all around. Comfy sofas.
We walked to the city center and to the Science Museum - it's about 30 minutes through the nice park with palms and parrots :)

The view from our room was not very attractive, I think it's better to have an inner yard view.
Service at breakfast could be better.
