Fantastic staff.
Staff where fantastic. Our room was very big with a great bathroom and lovely bed and soft bed sheets. The spar was a bonus after the marathon to relax the legs. Breakfast was good. Felt like we where well looked after. Would stay again.

Great location, lovely and quiet room, beautiful bath and bath products, fantastic breakfast, friendly staff.
The bed in Room 309, closest to the window, sagged towards the window. Perhaps you could check the mattress and base, as something may need to be replaced.

Great Location / Very Clean / Helpful Staff
Great Location, Staff very welcoming and helpful. Chocolates to room in the evening was a nice touch.
Arriving by car, it was difficult to find the one hotel loading space in front of the Hotel. We drove around the block twice and realized someone was in the one space, so parked illegally to unload - didn't get booked, so all ok in the end.

Execeptional hotel in the center of Valencia
Knowing that I was celebrating my 40s, they went above and beyond by upgrading my room and surprising me with champagne, wine, and a birthday cake. I couldn't have asked for more.
The comfort level of the mattress was outstanding; it was so cozy that getting out of bed became a delightful challenge! The location couldn't have been better, offering everything one could wish for.
The staff were exceptionally polite, adding to the overall positive experience. The sauna and spa facilities were fantastic, providing a perfect way to unwind. The room itself was not only spacious but also impeccably clean, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
The breakfast spread was delightful, with everything one could need readily available. All in all, it was a memorable and enjoyable experience that exceeded my expectations.
Looking forward for my 50s :-D

Artour and chiara were fantastic, artour just sorted it all out could not have done without his expertise, had a absolute brilliant time , totally looked after from the staff I would definitely book here again and I will advise my friends of the jewell in valencia fantastic thanks again JD
Maybe a coffee machine in the breakfast room, as the staff did struggle when it got busy in the morning s apart from that nothing, fantastic 😀
