We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel and couldn’t be happier with our experience.
From the moment we arrived, the staff were exceptional, incredibly kind, professional, and always willing to help. They consistently offered solutions, great recommendations, and support with restaurant bookings, taxis, and anything else we needed. Their warmth and attentiveness truly made our stay special.
The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable, making it a pleasure to come back to after a day of exploring the city.
The location is simply unbeatable. The hotel is right in the heart of Valencia’s old town, everything is just a few steps away. The Central Market, Valencia Cathedral, beautiful squares, charming streets, boutique shops, cafés, and fantastic restaurants are all right around you. It’s the perfect base to enjoy the true spirit of the city.
Breakfast was also very enjoyable with a good selection and a relaxed, pleasant atmosphere.
We truly loved our stay here and will definitely be back very soon. A big thank you to the wonderful team for making our time in Valencia so memorable.

Spotless, modern apartment with all the amenities. Service from staff was excellent, really made the difference. Always helpful and smiling, nothing was too much trouble - iron & board, washing pods, drying rack, late check out! Nothing was too much trouble.

Great size and very nice apartment for our family of four, super clean and comfortable. Amazing location if you like to be in a lively area with lots of restaurant options and many beautiful sights close by. Super nice staff.

Location, size of the rooms, cleanliness, service, friendliness of staff, quality of food at breakfast, the spa and gym facilities. Everything was on point and a fabulous stay.

It would be good to have English breakfast black tea bags at breakfast and in the room. Hotel only had earl grey.

Very good hotel. Perfect location. Just beside the center market. Very delicious breakfast and modern room. And there even has small kitchen inside the room, it’s very convenience for family. Nice and kind staff, very comfortable hotel. I will choose here again when I come next time.

Room provided was beyond our expectation, we had small kitchen with stoves. The facilities of the hotel are modern and SMART TV is easy to connect.

We arrived early and Gabi on réception sorted luggage storage for us,which in effect, gave us a full extra day to explore Valencia.

Location is great! You are in the middle of everything. We walk to most places we visited. The room was a comfortable size and the bed was really nice.

The kitchenette wasn’t very well stocked.

The location is perfect, right in the center, right by the market. The staff is kind and helpful. The breakfast is à la carte, with an exciting selection. The room is spacious and the soundproofing is quite good, despite the fact that life in Valencia goes on late at night.

The lighting is not perfect. The furniture is a bit worn and the cleanliness of the shower could have been better. As could the water pressure.

It is right in the center of all the action!!
The staff was just amazing . Eva and Lina were just very very efficient , pleasant and so kind.

I would prefer a buffet breakfast, I’m a vegetarian who doesn’t eat eggs and I was limited to a very small bowl of fruit and toast either tomato for breakfast, they only had fruit, green or earl grey tea so I had to go and buy my own tea bags, and they only had strawberry jam, no marmalade which seems off when the streets are lined with orange trees
