Reception staff on arrival were really helpful and attentive. Rooms were a really good size, with kitchenette if you ever felt like preparing your own food. Hotel is in a great location just opposite the market and so much to see right on the doorstep. Valencia is a fantastic city and felt really safe even late at night. Will definitely go back and head straight for this hotel. Thank you Gaida and the rest of the hotel team.

Great location, very helpful staff and a great apartment. Special thanks and appreciation to Gabbi on the front desk who went out of her way to make sure we were fully settled and our needs were met. Excellent choice for family stays.

We have stayed here several times, during Fallas and loved it the location is perfect to be able to be in the heart of the city. Easy access to get around the festival and see all of the sights. really good choice for breakfast and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Having the spar was a bonce as you do a lot of walking so coming back for some time to relax in the afternoon before you venture back out for the evening.

Everything was amazing. Eva was so helpful assisting us with the location. It was a little difficult to find but if you follow their directions rather than trying to use goggle maps exact location, you'll find the hotel. The rooms were beautiful and provided a stunning view across the square. The windows were very thick so you couldn't hear much noise. The Spa is also great considering it's in the middle of the city. Couldn't recommend more!

Having a kitchenette was super helpful as we can cook some light snack/dinner when we are staying in.

The pillows are super soft and thin, would be better if it is a bit more "padded". The pressure in the bathroom for the rain shower was very low, so we didnt ended up using it at all.

Staff was fabulous. Spa was clean.

Hotel staff was extremely professional but at the same time very friendly and always attentive to my needs. upon check in i had a zoom meeting and they made sure my connection was up to my needs. I was given an apartment with a good size bed, kitchenette with living area, two bathrooms. I had everything I would need.

Towels!!! It was a shame the towels were so hard and thin. I think it is high time for them to retire. and there was no bath robe. For me towels were a deal breaker. For the money you pay, definitely the must provide softer and better quality towels. no one likes to wipe themselves with cardboard.

Beautiful new hotel in an old building. Large spacious room with full kitchen facilities and very comfortable. Right in the centre of Valencia close to the main market and near many of the famous sites. Surrounded by bars and restaurants.
