Super central location, easily to reach all the main attractions. Hosts are extremely hostile and kind. We will definitely come back!

Wonderful staff, extremely friendly and helpful. Also, lots of unexpected amenities in the lobby such as coffee, tea and fresh pastries in the morning. Room was small but clean and had a surprising amount of storage with spacious cupboards. Incredibly central location also, ideal for visiting the old city or walking to the train station.

Walls are paper thin, you can hear everything happening next door. Not much street noise but other guests are noticeable. The water pipes are the worst offenders as you can hear every tap, toilet flush or shower in use. Bring earplugs if you want a good night's sleep!

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the old town. The owners are very kind and helpful, and the whole place has a wonderful atmosphere.

It is centrally located in the Old Town and close to all attractions, cafes, bars and restaurants. A very nice family-run business: warm and welcoming hosts; friendly and helpful staff. The room is bright, quiet and very clean. The lobby has a tea/coffee area: cozy and comforting on a rainy night.

Everything! Such nice people who take care in going the extra mile for their guests. Appreciated the extra level of security with 24-hour front desk staff, the availability of coffee and beverages in the lobby, the courtesy and helpful directions. Super clean, modern facilities. Hope to stay there again.

This old city town hotel is amazing, everything was walking distance. The staff is really kind, helps answering all the questions. The overall experience seems very homely and comfortable. We will for sure come back again.

If I had to pick out an issue, it would be that the walls are thin and you can hear people in other rooms. Sometimes it gets a bit loud.

Great central location. Lovely family run Hostel who were extremely helpful. Gave us a map with places of interest and suggestions of where to eat.

Room quite small for two people and the en-suite layout was awkward, (the front of the toilet was inches away from the side of the shower cubical). It was adequate for two nights. We would stay again but ask for a bigger room.

Perfect location in Ciutat Vella (close to everything like el mercado central, la catedral and el ayuntamiento), the room is extremely clean and cozy, the owner and the receptionists are wonderful and thanks to them our stay was truly amazing

Loved the location, the staff and the hotel was charming. Great water pressure in the shower. Close to the big market, restaurants and so many attractions.

My husband loves soft fluffy pillows so didn’t love the memory foam.

Property was in a great location in the centre of the historic centre. Property was secure and had a 24hr reception desk. Clean and well maintained, had a lovely communal area downstairs with tea and coffee available and pastries/cakes in the morning.

Sonia, her sister and all staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast from the family bakery was very enjoyable. Very central location in the Old Town. Room was comfortable and very clean. Air-con was appreciated.

Great location for all sightseeing on foot. Friendly welcome and friendly staff. Restaurants for breakfast and dinner are very close by. Good size room. Very quiet although directly in the old town. A little old fashion but we enjoyed the personal touch of returning the key to the reception when you leave the hotel. Always someone at the reception. We received a little present when leaving. Thank you!

Everything was enjoyable. The late check in the water and drinks available in the lobby. The luggage holding when our train ride to the next destination was pushed into the evening. The bed was a little soft but I'm a big fellow 230 pounds and am used to extra stiff, but sleep well enough to do over 20k a day.

We had a wonderful time in Valencia, and a big part of that was thanks to this charming, cozy hotel and its lovely staff. It’s a family-run hotel, passed down from father to daughters, and it has a special atmosphere filled with warmth and positivity. From the very first moments, we were warmly welcomed, surrounded with care, and given helpful tips on what to see in the city and where to have breakfast. Every morning, we were greeted at the reception with a smile and kind wishes for a great day. The atmosphere was delightful, everything was impeccably clean and tidy! Warm friendly welcome, host Sonia very proud of her lovely city and keen to provide a map and key information which helped us make the most of our 3 day stay. Perfect location, spitting distance from the magical Gran Mercat. In spite of central location it was really quiet and peaceful. We really appreciated the effective air con and toiletries provided in the spotless bathroom. Beautifully strong shower! Room made up every day but no pressure to get up early! NB booking.com states you pay extra for bedding but this is NOT the case. Welcoming entrance area with complimentary teas and pastries, low cost for coffee and cold drinks available 24/7 a nice touch. They were very happy to look after our luggage at the beginning and end of our stay. Friendly, helpful staff on the 24 hour reception. Very special family run hostal, been in the family for ages. Very homely but professionally run. Would return in a heart beat! Thank you!

Beautiful clean accomodation, in very close walking distance of everything you need! Hosts were amazing and hospitable, giving us lots of advice + tips for València, and even providing sweet treats in the morning for us to try. Couldn’t thank them enough!

The are was great -very central to everything .Lots of restaurants around and the host was extremely helpful . Lovely family business .Very safe and secure .

The room was very small and old and the shower was very small .Towels need an upgrade .There was free tea downstairs and cakes which was nice but you have to pay for coffee .We would prefer a kettle in the room .

Sonia and her familly were very nice and helpful! It was a pleasure to meet her. The hotel has a great location, the bed was comfortable and overall we liked it a lot.

It can be a bit noisy in the morning when the garbage truck is passing to empty the bins. But luckily we had to wake up around that time anyways, so it didn't bother us that much. Something I didn't like was that during cleaning they threw away my razor. I didn't appreciate having it thrown without my consent and without being placed in the bin. Regardless, this was a small inconvenience. I would still stay on this hotel again, we really liked it.
