Everything was perfect; staff so friendly and helpful. The hotel rooms were cleaned thoroughly and had the nicest touches, which included tea and coffee delivered to the room on a complimentary basis, along with the provision of soft drinks and snacks on a daily basis.

Lovely boutique hotel, very close to the centre, so easy to get to main attractions and restaurants etc. Great breakfast, very comfy bed, lovely helpful staff. Wonderful stay!

Location and size of the room.

The lighting in the room wasn’t enough. There was noise in the morning from the adjacent school.

This is one of the best hotels I have been to. Its small (26 rooms) and I guess therefore staff is extremely attentive and makes you feel very much at home. The place is enchanting and well decorated. Middle of the city center yet quiet. Large rooms. Breakfast is extremely good and portions are large. Beds are changed daily if you should wish, as are all towels. Use of minibar is included as are tea and coffee. You can even choose between 5 or 6 different kind of pillows.

The pool is very small but doesnt beat the incredible experience of overall luxury.

Service was excellent as well as location. Room was huge with a nice balcony.

Not a huge fan of memory foam beds. By the second night my wife and I were longing for a firm spring matress. And while the free mini bar (non-alcoholic) was great, there was no coffee maker in the room.

Location of the place was great. Nice and cozy rooms. We even got a free upgrade without asking. Particularly, the service and the staff were outstanding. Seldomly seen this in other hotels. Definitely a place where you become happy.

Breakfast could be a bit more international but knowing that this is not the priority in these warm countries.

Absolutely nothing!

The Hotel is in a beautiful historic building that has been sensitively and stylishly converted in to luxurious hotel rooms. The room we were in had some ancient artefacts and there was a QR code to link to information on the excavation and conservation of the hotel. The staff were highly professional in their service, but still friendly and attentive to the guests needs. we will definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone of our friends.

Nothing. Swimming pool is no more than a plunge pool so don't expect more.

The service and location are exactly as described, and they offer a true 5-star experience. We loved the restaurant where we had dinner and tried their degustation menu.

The cleaners started cleaning at 8 am and used the vacuum in the hallway at 8 am. Unacceptable. They woke us up. Breakfast is average - they can do better , especially at the price offered the egg menu is poor.

A beautiful hotel at a great location from which to explore the old city. Friendly and helpful staff, all their recommendations of restaurants and other places to visit turned out to be great. I would probably pick the same hotel for a next visit to València.

Since the hotel is situated in a historical building, all rooms are quite different. It would be nice to be able to pick a specific room when booking. And I would suggest an offer of healthy treats in addition to (or in place of) the sweet treats that are put in the room every day.

The staff were exceptional. The hotel itself is stunning & full of history. We found it to be in a perfect location and only a short and cheap cab drive away from the beach/ business district. I would highly recommend staying at Caro Hotel & would definitely choose to stay there again if I returned to Valencia.

Loved the modern aesthetic embedded in an historic property. Absolutely beautiful!

The pool was somewhat tiny & the room a bit small ( though larger rooms were available so not really an issue w the hotel itself ).
