Wlan was not so good

The room was comfortable and clean. Very spacious bathroom and really hot shower which was nice after really cold days outside. The location was also great and easy to be in the park or city center within a few minutes.

The walls are super thin, and we could hear everything happening around us.

Friendly Staff, superb location and v.quiet. Excellent vegetarian restaurant attached to hotel...stunning vegetarian cuisine.

Breakfast not great for vegetarians.,. Please separate our eggs and bacon!! Would really appreciate access to English speaking news channel if at all possible but appreciate that we're in Spain, so not a huge deal.

Manager, Angelo, was friendly, fair and understanding. Great location.

The "triple" room with a much higher daily rate in the Booking.com is the exact same size as the double room. A third bed in the double room takes up a lot of space in a small room and the 33% increase is the rate is not justified for the same size room with an extra bed.

Convenient location. Comfortable bed. Good shower.

Drinks very expensive in bar, though it was not under the same management as the hotel.

We liked everything including a large room with little balcony, bottle of water everyday, large bathroom, great location, 24 hour concierge and good linen

Centrally located, walking distance to all the historical sites, etc.

Very transparent acoustically: we could hear chairs moved, toilets flushed and people talking in other rooms. Something to be aware of if you are a light sleeper...

The room was very warm, and as it was located on the first flor, overlooking a small patio and facing a door, opening the window was unsafe.

We only stayed one night pre-cruise but easily reached hotel close to the old town

Breakfast was very good and the location was excellent.

There were some small issues with the room- noises from the toilet and dripping air conditioner. They were helpful and tried to fix them, but the problems were a little irritating.

Comfortable hotel! They also organised pick up from the airport for 25 euro which I very much appreciated!

The location is excellent. Members of staff were very helpful. Comfortable beds and large, very clean rooms. Breakfast offered a range of options including some hot food. There was even a kettle with a choice of green tea and chamomile tea bags.

Public space is limited but in all honesty we don't go to hotels to hang out in the public rooms

Room was still being cleaned on arrival - we had to wait for 30 mins in the hallway.

The hotel is within walking distance from the centre of the old town. It is also close to the park converted river that runs around the north of the old city, which is also great to explore. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room had character and was spacious. The bed was really comfortable. We were able to open the window as it was a hot night. Everything was clean. Only criticism is that there was no fan in the bathroom. Breakfast was more than adequate, with the variety and quality. The coffee could have been better.

The room I stayed first night had a window which was opening to air condition place. A very bad luck. Than I changed my room. Ask your before you arrive to hotel. You may have a bad luck like me.
