Great location, beautifully decorated and lovely staff
Nice welcome. The receptionist was training but was absolutely trying her best. She kept apologising which she really didn’t need to, she was very friendly and helpful and her colleagues were supportive and helping her when needed. Good teamwork.

Excellent, would highly recommend a stay here
Great location, perfect to walk to lots of attractions. Hotel was exceptional, the staff are very helpful and the bedroom had everything and more that you may need.
I loved that there was a kettle for the tea drinkers, along with a coffee machine. Attention to detail is excellent.
If I was being picky, ln the gym, I’d like the treadmills to be easier to access as they are currently in the corner, but it’s not a deal breaker!

Get the suite if you can! Beautiful room with a view!
Amazing location, gorgeous decor, comfy bed, gorgeous view of the city from our balcony!
After the staff couldn’t deliver our “welcome amenity” the first night, we had to ask three times to get it (cava and chocolate) and finally did on our last night there.

An excellent hotel in central Valencia
Really good reception to the hotel, and got some excellent tips of places to go. All the staff were excellent, and the lobby bar staff were all exceptionally friendly. The place has a really good vibe and is a fun place to be. Our room on the 6th floor was a good size, very clean and well equipped. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was pretty good with plenty of selection. The hotel was in a brilliant location with easy walking to all the major attractions in the old town.
The pillows in the room were more foam than feather, so not the best.

Brilliant staff. Exceptional hotel
If I could give it 6 stars I would and I don’t say this lightly as I travel a lot for work. staff were incredibly positive and helpful. Gave me a glass of carva whilst checking in. Location was perfect and the hotel is modern clean and the bed felt new and comfy

We required gluten free options and whisky available at breakfast, little appreciation for cross contamination. Chef was not willing to make fresh meal to avoid this issue when the same food was available in the buffet

Great location and facilities with average service
Location, decor, facilities including gym, room size and amenities, great comfortable bed.
Room cleaning service was random (cleaned some days and not others). Ordering food via the 1001 room service number was impossible as no one answered. The QR code that was supposed to connect to the room service menu (no hard copy in the room) did not work.

Magically quiet for being right in the center
We stayed during Las Fallas and we were really impressed with the soundproofing of our interior room. I did a split stay with another hotel and this one was hands down much easier to sleep! Everything else was just lovely too. Has an incredible bartender at the lobby bar. Great stay overall.
That I could not fit a giraffe bathrobe in my suitcase. That was so cute!

A beautiful stay in an excellent location, made even better by the exceptional staff.
We had a wonderful stay at Only YOU Hotel Valencia. The staff were exceptional! kind, professional, and attentive throughout. The location is outstanding, and breakfast each morning was delightful.
The overall cleanliness could be improved a little in some areas. There were some stains on furnitures and mold in flowers vase.
