The hotel is located in the Old Town and is walkable to most of the important tourist sites. We had a comfortable stay and the room was very spacious and clean. Breakfast had a good spread and catered to different tastes.

Hot water for the shower was a hit-and-miss situation. Hot water and then suddenly cold, then repeat. We request the front desk to fix it and they did, but it only got a little bit better.

Very nice hotel, we upgraded our room and had a nice outside terrace., underground parking, reserved for guests bis also a plus. We will be using this hotel in the future when ever we visit Valencia

The hotel's location is excellent, central, and there's a paid car park right next to it, but it's very close to the hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean. The bathroom was spacious and clean. The staff were helpful.

Our room was on the back side of the hotel, and the other building was very close. There are many restaurants at the back, and when you try to open the window to air out the room, a lot of food smells come in. We couldn't open the window to air out the room at all.

We stayed in a junior suite which was huge and well appointed. It was the equivalent of a large one bedroom flat. The hotel is really well located in the City centre close to the North railway station and the main square. There are masses of restaurants and bars nearby but even though we were staying during the Falles festival we weren't really disturbed. Breakfast is excellent and the lounge area is good for a short break. If the bar looks to be unstaffed don't be deterred as the staff will rapidly appear to serve you. The rooftop bar was closed when we visited due to the weather and the off season time of our visit.

Excellent location—close to the station and city center. We really enjoyed our stay. The breakfast menu was great. Also, if you request it at the front desk the day before, you can get a discounted buffet price. So it’s better not to include breakfast when booking through Booking.com.

We stayed during Fallas and the location of the hotel is excellent, walking distance to the main square as well as across other areas of old town. The hotel itself is in a smaller street and once inside, it's actually very quiet :) Our room was spacious and clean and we loved the flexibility for a late-checkout for a very decent/low cost

While our room did have a window, it was situated at the back of the hotel in a smaller alley, directly facing another building so the room was quite dark throughout the day without having a view. Having said that, it did provide us with VERY quiet nights so could also be considered a plus (especially during Fallas)

The hotel is very well located, being less than 5 minutes from Plaza de Ayuntamiento. The hotel room was very spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the cleanliness was exemplary. The breakfast was very varied.

The location is excellent. Close to Xativa metro, the main station, and all grand market, etc.

I struggled a bit getting the right temperature for the shower, but that may've been my incompetence.

Lovely hotel in great location, easily walkable to all the main sights.Fabulous, spacious bedroom and bathroom with balcony doors. Wide range of fresh food at breakfast. Very helpful and friendly staff. Sunny roof terrace on 6th floor a welcome bonus (lift available).

The location is perfect! Near old town, you have many nice bars and restaurants near the hotel and is not so noisy. The superior room was very big, clean and comfortable. The staff was extremely polite and friendly, they helped us with everything.

The breakfast was not as diverse as we expected. They did not have any fresh vegetables, we asked for it everyday and nothing changed.

Great position in city. Comfortable and quiet room. We enjoyed a relaxing breakfast each morning.

Room was a bit dark as we were at the back of hotel overlooking a narrow courtyard. Problems with hot water in the room which wasn’t fully resolved during our stay. Bottled water in the room would have been appreciated.

The staff were exceptional. All the people were friendly, helpful and efficient. The hotel itself is in fine condition and the location in the centre of the tourist area is convenient. Strongly recommended.

We arrived early and the reception were very helpful in accommodating an earlier check in. Room was spacious, modern and overlooked the street which is pleasant with orange trees lining the street. The location is excellent. Travelling by metro from the airport the hotel is a few minutes walk from Xativa station. Also close to the city centre and the main sights. The breakfast at this hotel is excellent. Many choices of breakfast you could wish for. Have to say the staff at breakfast were brilliant, Helpful and everything was well stocked all the time. Our bedroom was cleaned every day with new towels etc.

The bathroom is beautiful, new and modern. However the system of the tap on the handwash basin is awful. One can not close it without a lot of water would got to outside the basin from one's hand.
