The room was spacious, clean and modern. Overall it was a very nice stay. The stuff was very polite. Location very central, also next to a metro station taking you to the airport.

I felt the location is excellent, very centrally situated, allowing us to walk to most of the old town attractions such as the chathedral, the Sarranos towers, the bull ring, the markets etc. We took a cab to get to the Science expo though. The rooms were clean, spacious, and larger than usual showers. Extra points for the very comfortable beds and very quiet rooms. Staff were courteous and happy to assist.

We enjoyed a wonderful time at this beautiful hotel. The location is perfect as it’s so close to everything. The rooms are spacious and beds are very comfy. The electric kettle was a welcome bonus. The staff were exceptional. We will definitely return.

Breakfast was great with a good spread. Service staff were very helpful and attentive. I would also like to compliment the bar staff. He was excellent and very professional.

The hotel was very good, with a perfect location, close to the center and near the main historical sites which were within walking distance. The parking was excellent and with an elevator, you could go directly to the room. Cleanliness was exemplary. Above all, the staff was very cooperative and friendly.

Location is amazing

The hotel is located in the centre of Valencia and walking distance to everything. The room was huge and the beds super comfortable and a plus that I could choose my style of pillow.

My only issue was the breakfast with limited options considering the hotel is 4*.

Perfect hotel. The Suite was amazing. Living room, seperate, bedroom and lovely bathroom. Best shower ever! Great location Staff friendly and very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend.

The location is great, near the main city square, metro and train station. The breakfast was very good.

In a four star hotel I expected to have a hairdryer (as it is in the description of the room) and more toiletries available in the room.

The rooms were not fully soundproof and could hear noises from outside. Pillows were discomforting. But everything else was top notch for example the location of the hotel is excellent, highly recommended to stay as it is near to a lot of restaurants, cafes, shops and Ruzafa square. Service was also exceptional all the staff was very friendly and helpful. Also good facilities were provided like a comfortable bed, shampoo and shower gel and towels and hair dryer.

I loved that our room was super spacious and even had a little extra room between the hallway and our bed. We didn‘t hear a sound from the hallway. Also the breakfast was super and the staff were really nice!

I visited during my birthday and stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. It was such a pleasant stay and the staff were so kind (Lucia and Yolanda at front desk were awesome.e). This was a real value for money, i was in a room not having the street and thankfully a lot of Fallas noise were suppressed. It's a hop skip away from major attractions. When I came back to my room on the day of my birthday I was surprised to find a bottle of cava with some chocolates :) The room was very neat, mattress was not too soft and we prefer that, it was a decently big room and good value for money. The staff also gave us very useful recommendations on things to do and some logistics. I hope to visit again and would not think twice about staying here

The design, it was very clean, very quiet, in the city center.

Maybe it was nice to have therapeutic massage services.

Rooms were spacious, modern and very clean. Property is well positioned for old town sites and train station. They surprised us with a bottle in cava and cake in our room for my wife’s birthday.

The breakfast was excellent and very good value, lovely fresh bread, pastries, fruit, hot and cold buffet. The room was very large and comfortable, great bed, sitting area, modern, clean and large bathroom. The room was serviced and tidied every day.

The area around the hotel is quite busy and modern, just off the main town hall square. It is about 10 minute walk to the proper old town, with winding streets, old squares and bars.
