A really nice hotspot in mid of the Center from Valencia

It was really good. The staff paid a lot of attention me and my goings-on.
The breakfast was very good. There were some very good out of the ordinary items which made this a good choice for eating in the hotel versus hunting for a place to eat breakfast early in the morning. The staff was very efficient in the kitchen. As soon as I was finished with a plate, with utensils at 5:20, the plate disappeared very smoothly in a quick move. That’s more than efficient, it’s professional with training and experience. I am happy to see that kind of performance. Even though it may seem like a trivial thing, it shows how the management has hired the right people and trained them well. I noticed that the manager has eyes on all that goes on in the dining room and is an active participant in the service, occasionally picking up plates and speaking to the staff about what’s going on, and they respond rapidly. Also, the entire dining staff is always aware of the guest needs. Enough said. They are great.

Really great stay if you choose to be in the city center.
Location, cleanliness, full service hotel. Staying here removed a lot of worries and questions that a visitor to Spain might have. Very comfortable and accessible.
The service was a little stiff. They got the job done but could be a little more friendly. I got the impression this was the fault of other annoying guests that had put them on guard but each of us are individuals. It was not bad, just not exceptional.

A+ for this hotel. Quiet, comfort and location
While the hotel is centrally located, the location provided a quiet space away from the main streets and our room was very spacious. The bed and pillows were very comfortable which is key to any hotel. Don’t miss out on the breakfast buffet. Such a variety of food. It was fabulous. The staff were very helpful and offered great suggestions.
We loved everything about the hotel and will book again in the future.

Overall a very relaxing and comfortable stay in a great location.
Location is great. Hotel was very welcoming and comfortable in appearance. We had a Junior Suite which was spacious and comfortable. The staff in the restaurant and bar were excellent - very friendly and efficient. There was an excellent breakfast with a huge choice.
We had the Junior Suite but we could clearly hear the guests in the next room through their bathroom wall. We thought they were in our room when we first heard them! The reception staff were professional but not that friendly or welcoming.

A good, central option in Valencia
Great location in a quiet street near the town hall . The room was quite spacious and very clean. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was good though only had a shower.

Fabulous location, right in the centre of the Fallas celebrations but still very quiet in the room. Breakfasts were wonderful with freshly baked cakes and pastries along with all the other breakfast options
