Proximity, room was comfortable as were the pillows.

Nothing. If I had to be hyper critical then the breakfasts weren’t as good as previous visits- but that’s really nitpicking.

- size of room - our room was a little dark - service. We found the hotel to be nice and comfortable, however also not a value for money considering the size of the room and the fact that they faced an internal court which was really dark. Service not adequate according to our opinion. One day it was raining and we asked if they had an umbrella for lending but they answered they could SELL an umbrella. That was a first for me, Many hotels of this category and price have umbrellas in the room, some put them in the lobby when it rains. I sent an email concerning some lost items after the trip, not answered. Resent, called, still not answered, and no, it did not end up in the spam.

The maids start cleaning the rooms at 6 in the morning, which can be difficult for light sleepers cause we can hear the noise of the vacuum

They didn’t change the towels at all.

Unfortunately, there were no slippers and bathrobes in the rooms. The hotel administrator offered to rent them for 16 euros. A 4-star hotel, but there are no bathrobes.

It feels good to see people smiling when they are doing their jobs + Clean + Glossy reception area with nice decorational elements and lighting: “feel-good” hotel + Good quality and different options at the breakfast

- Prices are a bit on the expensive side - The two elevators are small and they move slow

Excellent location 2' minutes walking from Xativa station. Super clean-renovated & modern big room. Sandra at the reception was very helpful. Reasonable price~€105/night.

The location was excellent, the breakfast was very good. The staff were excellent

My wallet was stolen on the metro from the airport to the hotel and on the second day of our stay I had a very bad fall on broken marble paving outside the hotel. None of this was any reflection on the hotel but the staff were so very kind and helpful that we were able to put these things behind us and really enjoy our stay.

The junior suite is very spacious, fully refurbished and with a brand new gorgeous bathroom that has a bathtub and a shower. The breakfast is a well priced buffet , delicious! We loved the whole stay. Location is perfect, walking distance to the old city.

Our original room was rather noisy due to renovation works. Staff were most helpful about moving us to a quieter room.

There were construction works in Vincci Lys and, after the first night, the staff offered to check us in in their sister hotel Vincci Mercat. Staff, a.o. Letitia (It) and Pakok (Arg) were also top.

At first, that we needed to switch hotels, but the sister hotel was also great and the Vincci family offered us an upgrade and a free taxi ride to the hotel. Top!

A calm oasis in the center of Valencia. Nice spacious outward facing room to the city. Great showers and comfortable beds.

The discount for the parking is just 10 per cent , a better deal on 22 euro a day parking would be appreciated !!
