Hotel Neptuno, Valencia

We had a lovely stay the location of the hotel is perfect for beach lovers and the very convenient for the local restaurants and bars. The hotel had a very chilled vibe perfect for a relaxing holiday.

There is a night club fairly close to the hotel which playing loud music till late one night.

The surroundings felt unsecured at night, especially in front and back of the hotel. More police presence will be appreciated.

Great location right next to the beach, a little drive into the city centre but a well designed hotel with spacious comfortable clean rooms.

The pool area is more of a shallow puddle and not worth the effort if you’re looking to enjoy lying around a pool. The breakfast was average for the standard of the hotel.

The WiFi was dreadful which proved very frustrating when trying to research activities during our stay.

We had ordered 2 rooms attached or a suite. One room was bigger than the other charging the same price. Room window facing a Wall is the worst thing a hotel can construct. We did not get the ocean view and we were locked out for almost 90 minutes when one of the main doors to our suite could not open with the hotel's electronic key system. It was pass midnight and we were damn tired after travel and roaming around for the entire day. It took hours for their repair guy to fix their electronic keys. The staff was quite nice and did offer us some amenities which we enjoyed for the remaining 2 days.

Breakfast was a little bit limited but they were accommodative and helpful. A little bit too much plastic waste with the capsules coffee machine

The location was excellent.. Close to the beach and also very handy for buses and trams into city centte. A max of 15 min journey time for about a Euro.

That it was on the beach, comfortable bed and room, great breakfast.

It's right next to a VERY loud discotheque (Beach Club) that plays music so loud you can hear it in your room until literally 5 am.

access directly to the beach from the street outside the hotel. Lots of restaurants within 1 minutes walk. Good breakfast with a view of the sea.

Our room is close to a nightclub which plays music until the early hours. If you are a light sleeper you need to avoid certain rooms facing this way.

Great area. Good transport into city. Lovely outlook. Good beaches. Nice restaurants.

One of the reception staff was a little miserable. 

Perfect location, near beaches and restaurants. Very clean and tidy. The housekeeping was quick and easy. Place was generally well maintained and as you’d expect for a typical decent hotel. We enjoyed our stay.

Hate to do this but the reception staff were rude, they avoided trying to help us for simple requests such as cups and towels etc. Was strange dealing with them face to face so we just did it via the room phone. Recommend management work on this, little things like this stop scores of 8+ because the customer service component of hotels should be a high priority. (Pool isn’t actually a pool, it’s more of a large shallow spa. Wasn’t a big deal though, still allowed us to cool off whilst sun bathing)

Great location on the beach. Room was spacious even with 3 adults. Bathroom was large with two sinks and lots of counter space. Great view of the beach from our room. Sea breeze kept us cool.

The water or pipes had an unpleasant smell in the bathroom. The staff was very accommodating and poured cleaner and gave us air freshener, so I compliment them on problem-solving. It was not an issue after that. Trick to not minding the techno club noise is leaving the windows open until just before bed, then it will seem quiet when you close them! 🙂

the location was in front of the taxi stand … so no problem to access the centre. the hotel was had a beautiful beach view

Great location , Air conditioning in the room. Simple breakfast but enough. Reception staff could be more helpful in terms of places to visit .

Beach location was excellent. Very easy to get taxi. Hot tub and sauna was a nice feature. Easy walking distance to restaurants.

Bit noisy. Fireworks after 2am there! we found it hard to balance the aircon with the bedding and were generally either hot or cold.
