Breakfast food quality was excellent.

Bar was a little expensive, and no water in room. Minor points.

Supply of toiletries felt a bit mean. They weren’t topped up at all during the stay. Breakfast could be better. No English speaking TV channels. Expected mostly Spanish but there was loads of German too.

The Deluxe room seemed a bit small, but overall very confy

The hotel has lovely staff and facilities. It is centrally located within the Ciutat Viejo area, 5 mins to Mercat Central and Lonja de Seda. Lots of great bars and restaurants nearby. Plenty of museums to explore. The hotel is also a convenient metro ride and 10 min walk from the station. A perfect choice for a single traveller like myself.

The location was great and I felt very comfortable. It was close to most places, and getting around Valencia was really easy. I’d definitely recommend it and would stay here again next time I’m in the city.

We loved the location and the fact that there was parking under the hotel, which cost about 19 euros per night. Our room was huge with a massive bed and a balcony. Loved the modern bathroom too. There was a kettle and some coffee in the room, as well as a mini fridge/mini bar. All the staff we encountered were super friendly too.

The WiFi didn’t appear to be working and the bathroom sink drained very slowly.

The hotel is in the old town one minute away from the wonderful central market and just a few more from the main sights and the Plaça de l'Ajuntament (where there is useful taxi rank). I had a comfortable room with a bath overlooking a small square. There were complimentary snacks – mostly sweet - and a Welcome drink; - beer which I don’t drink. It was replaced with good humour by the ever helpful and charming staff who were always patient with my queries about the room temperature – I’m always baffled by hotel air conditioning systems. The breakfast was good, served on the ground floor which also doubles as a pleasant bar area with sofas and floor-to-ceiling windows. Room service offered a good selection of meals and was cheerfully served.

This is only a very, very tiny quibble. Perhaps the welcome drink I was first presented with reflects the fact that Spain is one of the largest beer producers in Europe, but perhaps a small bottle of wine or fruit juice might appeal to a wider range of guests?

Great location, friendly staff who were very kind when I left my glasses behind and had to arrange a courier to take them to Tarragona which was my next destination.

Extremely nice hotel right in the city center, the position is outstanding and everything is reachable walking around, the structure has a lovely entrance and extremely kind personnel which guides you and is helpful at all times. All materials used are high-end, top cleaning and top class. Rooftop swimming pool is a very nice to have, you can be in the terrace for a drink, or to read a book, or refresh yourself (not really to swim around).

The breakfast options is relatively expensive per-person, especially considering that other bakeries and places are available at walking distance. Some "nice to have" like power charging adapters come with a fee of 10€ for renting.

Fabulous location, wonderful helpful staff, rooms modern spacious with a well stocked fridge, complimentary snacks and cleaned every day. Roof top pool a great bonus, good breakfast. The option for late checkout is well worth it.
