Great location . Very comfortable room . Lovely cava on arrival . Rooftop pool is small but we enjoyed it . We thoroughly enjoyed our stay .

This is a great hotel! The staff, especially Paola, was kind and helpful! I mentioned it was our 40th wedding anniversary and they gave us a special treat! The room was clean, bed very comfortable and just the right size! Very centrally located. We did not choose breakfast because we like local coffee shops. Valencia is an amazing city! Definitely would stay there again!

Liked the location, the staff was friendly, we were able to get early check in, and we were able to leave bags at counter after check out. Bathroom showers were very good.

The staff were very welcoming and obliging. The location was second to none. We really liked the pool area too, it was a small oasis in the city

There was what seemed to be a night club playing race music 2 blocks over that was open until almost 4 am on the weekend. Even with the windows closed, it was very loud and kept us awake. Not the properties fault, but I would plan my next trip for mid week only.

The staff were amazing and so was the hotel. It's just down one of the many streets from the main area of Valencia so it's in a quiet area but within a few minutes walk to the main square. The room was very clean and we loved the little rooftop pool and lounge area.

The hotel was comfortable, location was great and the staff were welcoming and helpful. In particular Giovanna who was particularly welcoming and checked in on us throughout our stay. Making sure all was well. She made the stay extra special.

room was nice and clean and well appointed, modern and up to date. Kettle provided was efficient. Bathroom superb and excellent shower. Location was very central and within walking distance of most things. However Taxis are cheap so if it was more than 1/2 hour walk we got a taxi and walked back, no point in getting knackered.

Breakfast buffet was superb and plenty of choice with cooked options available if ordered ie fried egg, omelettes etc.. Staff friendly and helpful in all departments. Reception/Concierge always helpful and a big plus point was the client liason rep always on hand. The restaurant La Favole opposite hotel was excellent but not cheap, great pizzas and pasta tho... good service. Plenty of Tapas bars around (don't forget it's pronounced "Tapa") BUT trying to find a genuine one is a bit more of a task, so ask for recommendations is the watchword. Nothing to grumble about the hotel. One small point was I would have liked a grab handle in the shower for safety reasons apart from that all ok.

The Old City itself is quite compact and walkable and with map apps it's easy to find places. It's a lovely city and plenty of character. Make sure sure you visit the beach area lots of nice fish restaurants there. Also a MUST is the Cabanyal area near the beach, it reminded us very much of Havanna, Cuba. Well off the tourist track but a must see area.

The other big point of Valencia is although its Spains third largest city its far less busy with tourists unlike Barcelona (bonkers) and Madrid too..... We loved our week long stay there and would go back at a pinch but there's too many other places on the list.....

Metro stations need better signposting as they tend to be not were the name is, ie we wanted to get on at the Pont de Fusta station and the apps send you to the bridge of the same name which is 200m away! Street signage for the Metro is non existent. Also the tourist bus stops are hard to find and not well sign posted. Suggest you goto the main Tourist Guide Office and get them to mark on a map where things are, the Tourist staff are very helpful.

Lovely staff - extremely welcoming and informative. Asked us if we wanted to upgrade to Junior Suite for a nominal price, which we did. They also gave me a couple of birthday surprises!
Food was excellent (breakfast) and so was our room.

Breakfast room is a little overcrowded - bit of a ballet to move around, but everything else more than over compensated for this.

Supply of toiletries felt a bit mean. They weren’t topped up at all during the stay. Breakfast could be better. No English speaking TV channels. Expected mostly Spanish but there was loads of German too.
