Great staff, comfy beds and good location
Great location near to the market, silk exchange and churches. Staff on Reception were lovely. Good choice at breakfast which was continually topped up. Comfy beds.
The only downside was the pool was very cold which was disappointing for my grand-daughter. But I am sure it would be fine in the summer months. We were there end of March.

Best place to be in wonderful Valencia!
Perfect location in the middle of the old town, close to the old mercado. About 10 minutes walk from the metro station Xativa.
Very helpful and friendly staff. They have a rooftop with bar and a small pool that we did not use due to not so sunny weather. Nice breakfast with a lot of varieties. The room was nice and clean. We had complimentary coffee and tea in the room. We also got a bottle of cava on the room as a birthday gift!
We heard some noise from the outside at night (from people and cleaning machines), I guess that the window is not very well isolated.

Room was clean and spacious. Staff were nice and super helpful. Location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Ciutat Vella. The hotel had all the right amenities and I would definitely recommend it!
Breakfast was mediocre and lacked choice. Pool could have been cleaned better.

It was a little cold when we came and the rooftop bar wasn’t brilliant (no heaters on and you had to ring down to be served) I suppose it’s good more in the summer.
