We had views of the Harbour Bridge and the Opera House. The Rocks a short walk away. Friendly, helpful staff. Great hotel!

Location was great. Inclusions: Buffet breakfast was fabulous and canapés were great too.

It was a great experience: Nothing awful apart from an average afternoon tea which was included in room price.

Wonderful views of the harbour, staff were friendly, very clean and room service was extremely prompt and good quality.

You can hear upstairs walking around. Next door was yelling, screaming and banging (like they were smashing the place up) so it was extremely noisy which impacted comfort. Staff were responsive when I had to make a noise complaint which was good. I asked the maid/cleaner a question and she could barely speak English which was frustrating, hopefully I am not accused of stealing and charged for the towels I gave her!!

Our beds were on wheels and kept moving and we had to ask for extra pillows.

I had a really enjoyable stay and would happily come back again. The view from the room was absolutely amazing, it added a special touch to the whole experience and made it easy to relax and unwind. Waking up to such a pleasant outlook each day was definitely one of the highlights. The room itself was impressively spacious, which made a big difference in terms of comfort. There was plenty of room to move around, store luggage, and just feel at ease without any sense of being cramped. Everything was thoughtfully arranged, making the space both practical and inviting. All the necessary facilities were provided, and everything worked as expected. From the essentials to the little conveniences, it felt like nothing was missing. This made the stay smooth and hassle-free, which is exactly what you want when you’re away from home. Overall, it was a very comfortable and satisfying experience. Between the beautiful view, the generous room size, and the well-equipped facilities, it’s a place I would definitely choose again in the future.

Maybe sugar for the coffee instead of sweetness, which I did not use this is not an issue for me

Great location. Room was lovely. Horizon Club lounge was excellent. Blue Bar was also excellent.

Some of the facilities, such as the pool, were a little dated. The lifts were broken, which made it hard to get up & down. There wasn’t much no monitoring of kids in the spa, which they weren’t permitted to be in.

The property I lovely, staff and amenities at top notch. The only thing I would be mindful for older guest the hike to get into the harbour and back can be rough. Maybe a courtesy bus for them would be helpful.

Hotel was clean and comfortable, very luxurious. Facilities great. Staff kind and patient. Room was lovely and spacious. Beautiful view and access to Sydney harbour.

Staff seemed a bit frazzled but it was a very busy period. Waited 40 mins for an elevator on the 27th floor with no notice or apology from staff regarding some being out of order.

The room was what it was - Sydney Opera House view. The room was very nice and comfortable.

The staff were amazing and the club lounge was exceptional!

I liked the location. Great views and a good workout to get up to the hotel. The concierge was amazingly helpful. I was not so impressed with the other front desk help.

I did not like the staff at the top bar, they were very unhelpful and the service was abysmal. This was the bar on the 36 floor. Only went there once. The lobby bar staff were really good. I was not impressed that most of our group got their beds turned down and received fudge each night, but I didn’t and I paid a higher room rate than they did. When I asked why I could not get a straight answer.
