Silly price when you don’t eat a lot Just a small Breakfast!!! Not for $57

The service walking back to hotel why not get a car to help getting back up to hotel Taxi cost us $15

Room location was great. Pillows were a little to soft for our likings but that was the only thing I didn't like

Up a steep hill and stairs from circular quay. With my poor mobility, we needed a taxi to go anywhere.

Very run down facilities

The bed was very comfortable, the view is outstanding! I would definitely stay here again and would want a room with the same view. All staff members we came in touch with were very accommodating and friendly.

The carpet and some of the furniture in the room is starting to look tired and needs updated or refreshed. The elevators inside need to be refreshed and kept free from scratches and be cleaned up.

Clean, modern but historical design was quite cool. Good view and close to the city

Loved the room, but sad we could not be on the same floor - it was the present for my mums' 70th Birthday, she flew in from Norway.

The second breakfast - Saturday - staff forgot our order, and we had to ask for it. When the Eggs came, it was cold. Seemed to have been made in a rush. Very different from the Breakfast Friday 1st March, when we had a wonderful waitress who made the extra effort for us.

Excellent Hotel, great location.

Elevators with no air conditioning. Cheap looking and feeling shower condiments, OK but not in keeping with similar quality Hotels.

Very comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. Large rooms with magnificent view of the Opera House and harbour. Roof top restaurant was incredible.

Good staff, great location for wandering the harbour, has a bath, can see sydney harbour/opera house. Room was fairly spacious for a few nights stay

I have been staying at this hotel for 25 years, and to be honest this time I felt slightly disappointed, it is feeling tired, carpets and decor need updating. The staff were fantastic. The pool being inside is not very nice. This stay has motivated us to try other places in the Rocks and Quay area.

The views from the room and restaurants were amazing.

Presentation of room service could be better.Charging $10 for room service seems extreme. The roof top - level 36 restaurant and bar were very hot and looked tired. Rooms were a good size and had all the amenities you need.Staff were friendly and its a great location

The hotel is up a steep hill difficult to pull suitcases up there.

The view of the harbour was absolutely amazing.

We got a weird random phone call asking if we were enjoying our stay. It sounded really robotic and kinda creepy.

They put 4 bottles of body wash instead of shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, body wash. The towels were old. We had to call at 5 pm in the afternoon to have our room made up and we called to get our bags taken down and they took so long we had to take them ourselves.

The View - We went to bed and woke up seeing the Opera House. Location was good to walk to the Rocks, except if you have a Stroller or wheelchair. Staff extremely friendly.

Breakfast was expensive. Spaces for relaxation felt a bit small
