We booked last minute so room was more expensive however the staff gave us a really good room

This was an awesome place to stay at, comfortable, clean great location will definitely stay again

The room was good. The location was great and the bed was even better and the staff are fantastic here. Highly recommended.

Some elements of the property feel a little tired.

We were upgraded to a junior suite with a lovely note and some sweet treats in our room. The room was really well appointed, spotlessly clean and quiet. The staff were all incredibly helpful and pleasant.

Perfect location great bar and restaurant downstairs excellent breakfast . Very quiet room comfortable bed.

Was a bit dimly lit in some places which made reading the menu a challenge. People were using phones to see the menu.

We have been going to the QT for a number of years now. The rooms are started to look a bit tired.

Beautiful room and facilities

Reception is always busy. Constantly waiting with a large queue. Do they have enough staff?

It was a great place, close to everything and loved the quaintness of the property. Staff were great.

Our stay was excellent. The hotel is located close to so many amenities including shopping, bars, and restaurants. We had one small issue with the room that wasn't anybody's fault and the staff was great to address it immediately and made things right for us.

Our room was excellent, being big and elegantly decorated with a very comfortable bed. Staff were very helpful. The bar restaurant on the ground floor was very good for a cocktail. Overall, a very enjoyable stay.

For us older people, the bar was made less attractive by a DJ playing loud electronic type music!

The rooms are beautiful however the dim lighting isn’t always good when you want to see things sharply, staff were amazing and sent me up a portable mirror so I could put make up on near a window

Location: going to the State theatre to see a show.. From the time we left our seats in the theatre we were in our room within 10 minutes. Other shops close. Bed very comfortable. Staff excellent. Bathroom excellent.

Lightning in room not planned well. No light where you make hot drinks, and one side of room no lights. Toilet has frosted glass window, which if you have light on person in room can see you sitting on loo.

Expensive, but isn't everything these days

I stayed at QT Sydney for one night and loved the quirky, beautifully designed room — it felt stylish and full of personality without sacrificing comfort. The location is fantastic, right next to the theatre and Westfield, making it incredibly convenient for shopping, dining, and catching a show. A great spot for a short city stay with plenty of character.

The bathroom sinks didn’t drain, but the hotel staff were very helpful.

Seeing Bill Bryson at the State Theatre and we chose the QT because of the location...right next door. And we are so glad we did, because the staff were efficient and friendly and the facilities were terrific. Good size room, comfortable bed, crisp linen, a fabulous bathroom with a deep bath. Even the breakfast was delicious.

Hotel is starting to look old with some things not working and it’s very pricey

Fabulous location in Sydney. Staff were friendly. Bed and pillows super comfortable. Breakfast on a couple of mornings we're a little underwhelming, for example omelette a bit like rubber, the salmon croissant didn't have any flavour and the wait staff don't write anything down, one morning my husband asked for flat white and was served a long black. Then this morning my husband had the granola and it didn't come with milk??

Everything! Staff were friendly and helpful, room was immaculate, lots of toiletries and amenities provided, plenty of space and comfy bed. Design has been thought about deeply and there are so many small touches which make it great. Stayed for valentines weekend and it was just beautiful and felt so special!

Soundproofing could have been better - our room was next to a lift and we could hear it going up and down all night. Didn’t cause major problems for us. Could also hear others moving around outside the room. Small niggle - definitely no louder than any other hotel.

Elegant, comfortable and well located. Staff very professional, friendly, and helpful. The French restaurant food was delicious too.

The funky vibe and staff are the reason we stay. Not the stuffy chain hotels crap...real people which is great.

Some of the art and shelving need a bit of a deep clean. Not bad, just could see the dust building up in some of the hard to reach areas.

It is a beautiful eclectically designed comfortable property - loved everything about it!

The staff were excellent and bent over backwards to accommodate requests and took feedback really well. The design of the hotel is also spectacular, with uber cool art and a great bar/restaurant. We were also very happy with the room size.

It’s time for an update, don’t you think? In our room alone, the sink was cracked, the bathtub was cracked (!), and there was rising damp and damp spots on the wall by our window — all of which we brought to the attention of the check out crew. The gym was absolutely despicable; an airless room with insufficient aircon and decrepit equipment. Enough about that. I’m also of mixed opinion about the CBD location, which is great if you’re there for work or on a mission to shop, but still quite a walk to the waterfront or The Rocks.

Everything - it’s a beautiful hotel. Very clean, great service, very comfy. Bathroom was exceptional. My only complaint is we only had a one night stay and didn’t get to spend much time enjoying the hotel itself!

QT is my favourite hotel for Sydney trips. It's really quirky. I love the interesting decor, which is slightly different in every room and the music in / random comments from the elevator always puts a smile on my face.

The restaurant was really busy at breakfast time - it took a while to get a table which is entirely understandable (especially as I was on my own) - but the poached eggs were overcooked and butter for the toast took another 10 minutes to arrive. If you're breakfasting there, order the pork sausage - best one I've ever tasted!

The look and vibe are immaculate. Incredibly helpful and friendly staff. We will be back.

As soon as you walk up to the doors it’s almost like going back in time. The old style vintage vibe is so welcoming and the staff are amazing very personal and professional. The rooms are amazing quirky modern and set the mood for a romantic weekend or night out on the town definitely one our favourite places to stay Sydney
