Best hotel in Sydney - have been coming here since 2011 and it never disappoints! All staff are amazing - it’s a home away from home for us

It’s a lovely boutique hotel with quirky interior. Beds are comfortable. Great for a romantic getaway. Fabulous for staying alone for work. The hotel restaurant is great too, and the little breakfast bar makes good coffee.

I loved the decoration, ambience, comfort, and amenities. I also enjoyed the bar/restaurant on the second floor. The hotel's location was excellent. Friendly staff!

Location is great - handy to all parts of the city.

Great central location. Style and feel wonderful and large room. Bed very comfortable and amazingly quiet for location.

Clean, comfortable, quiet & close to all Sydney has to offer. Short walk to Art gallery & museum. Close to light rail to access the Rocks, Circular Quay & the Opera House.

Good location, quirky decor.

The decor of the room was a little too dark for my liking.

It has a quirky warmth to the architecture, staff and ambiance that makes for an unforgettable stay, simply loved it!

Loved the decor of the property and the location was excellent - close to tram, all the shops, tourist sites etc. The staff were amazing and they made our anniversary so special, with a room upgrade and other special little gifts.Thank you for a wonderful stay. I love everything about QT Market street, the location the service, the rooms, the beds, the bathroom. Just so lovely & cool.

The only thing I would like to see is a better area to apply makeup because mirror & lighting no great fur doing your makeup

The whole look and feel of the eclectic decor of hotel is so inviting.

I liked that the lady at the front reception gave me and my partner an upgrade due to our three year anniversary. She was very kind and very hospitable, I look forward to staying at the QT again.

Its quirkiness and location

I did get caught in the lift doors. They don’t seem to have a sensor to alert there is someone in the doorway. My partner had to hold the doors open as I was very nearly stuck!

Andrew at front desk read the sadness and exhaustion on my face after being stranded alone with flight cancellation. A not too funky room with an exceptional bathtub and gorgeous bath tea bag available in minibar was the perfect remedy. Thank you for your kindness. Bed - enveloped in comfort, fabulous robe, room service good selection, not exorbitant and yummy. Random choice for me but will definitely be my go-to for Sydney in the future. The vintage building and elegant shopping surrounds divine, next time I will be sure to dine and do tea!

Bathroom and room in general slightly dark. Goes perfectly with the general vibe but if you need lots of light, it may be bothersome. Otherwise, perfect!

This hotel was spectacular, the decor is amazing and unlike anywhere we have ever stayed before. The location was so central. The room had everything you would need and was so comfortable. The staff were all so helpful and friendly.

Some elements of the property feel a little tired.

We were upgraded to a junior suite with a lovely note and some sweet treats in our room. The room was really well appointed, spotlessly clean and quiet. The staff were all incredibly helpful and pleasant.

Perfect location great bar and restaurant downstairs excellent breakfast . Very quiet room comfortable bed.

Was a bit dimly lit in some places which made reading the menu a challenge. People were using phones to see the menu.

We have been going to the QT for a number of years now. The rooms are started to look a bit tired.

Beautiful room and facilities

Reception is always busy. Constantly waiting with a large queue. Do they have enough staff?

It was a great place, close to everything and loved the quaintness of the property. Staff were great.

Our stay was excellent. The hotel is located close to so many amenities including shopping, bars, and restaurants. We had one small issue with the room that wasn't anybody's fault and the staff was great to address it immediately and made things right for us.

Our room was excellent, being big and elegantly decorated with a very comfortable bed. Staff were very helpful. The bar restaurant on the ground floor was very good for a cocktail. Overall, a very enjoyable stay.

For us older people, the bar was made less attractive by a DJ playing loud electronic type music!

Love that it’s close to everything

The rooms are beautiful however the dim lighting isn’t always good when you want to see things sharply, staff were amazing and sent me up a portable mirror so I could put make up on near a window

Location: going to the State theatre to see a show.. From the time we left our seats in the theatre we were in our room within 10 minutes. Other shops close. Bed very comfortable. Staff excellent. Bathroom excellent.

Lightning in room not planned well. No light where you make hot drinks, and one side of room no lights. Toilet has frosted glass window, which if you have light on person in room can see you sitting on loo.
