Four Seasons Hotel, Sydney

This is an outstanding hotel. The location, value for money and facilities are incredible. Some highlights of our stay were our dinner at Mode restaurant and the friendliness of the staff.

Everything was perfect

The service is absolutely impeccable. Every single employee we interacted with was genuinely friendly and wanted to ensure all our needs were met.
Beautiful hotel lobby, fabulous views from great rooms, all the amenities I would ever need.
You just feel so very WELCOMED by everyone. The gentleman that helped us unload our car remembered my husband's name after one stay. The staff is just amazing.
The breakfast buffet is the best I have experienced.
The bar is comfortable and cozy elegant.

I had to ask for sheet & Blanket. The donners are to hot for us.

Absolutely everything was perfect . Location ; views ; staff so friendly and helpful from restaurant to reception and housekeeping . Resources in room were thoughtful and practical including plus adapters . By far my favourite hotel in Sydney so far .

Nothing to complain about

I really enjoyed my stay, especially being upgraded to a stunning Opera House harbour view, which made the experience feel even more special. The room itself was exceptional, luxurious yet very comfortable and the bed was perfect. We actually had to get motivated to go out of the room as the bed was so comfortable. Views were amazing. It was incredibly comfortable with plush linens and waking up to natural light with the option of closing the blinds. Overall, the thoughtful layout and attention to detail made the entire stay truly outstanding and memorable.

Bathroom a bit small

The staff where friendly and helpful all of the time we were on the property. They call us when the room was ready for check in which helped us plan our day.

The view was spectacular..!
The service was amazing.
Pricing for both the room and room service was a little over the top but hey, it’s located in the centre of circular quay so can be expected.

The bath tub in the premium suite that we stayed could’ve been a little larger but other than that, no really major concerns.

The view was unreal! The staff were all so accommodating and helpful. The amenities were clean. I loved it. I will definitely be back!

That my stay was too short!

The bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept in

The free coffee and croissants in the morning at the lobby were suboptimal and not at the level of the rest hotel experience. It is most important that you make the freebies wonderful otherwise it is like cheating.

Location perfect, room very clean good staff excellent we didn't avail ourselves of breakfast bit expensive when their are two of you staying four nights.

Great view of the harbour. Walking distance to attractions. The rooms are very comfortable.

I could hear noise from other rooms and the lift lobby, seems the doors are not quite sound proof.

City room, great view! Bed and pillows where amazing, so comfy. Room in general was perfect, with every thing you need.
Room service and staff where amazing, could not have asked for a better place to stay. Location is hard to beat, nice bars and restaurants at your doorstep. Only a very short walk to the bridge and harbour.

We arrived during Vivid festival in the afternoon, was hard to get into the parking as roads where blocked, reccomend to arrive earlier next time

I thought that the location was really well located, right in Circular Quay where it was convenient to reach by train but also walking to see the Harbour Bridge and the Opera House. We asked for a full harbour view room and was given one. The room was clean, spacious and came with all the amenities.
When we asked for recommendations and help from the concierge they were very helpful and friendly.

This is absolutely a personal preference but I found the beds to be too soft.

I like everything about the hotel - from the convenient location to the amenities, staff and service. This is an exceptional hotel that truly cares about their guests and makes every effort to pamper and take wonderful care of their guests.

Nothing that I dislike. The hotel is wonderful in every way.

the hotel location is extremely strategic- near public transport ( circular quay) or even walkable to the CBD area.
the lounge 32 service is good and friendly.
the staffs are friendly and helpful.

the quality of breakfast is not up to my expectation. There is room for improvement on the food's taste.

The room as always was great with a superb view over the Harbour and Opera House. It was a club room and we enjoyed the breakfast etc in the Club lounge.

Very close to all of the CBD Sydney the staff are all amazing and super friendly and go out of their way to make sure you are happy and comfortable.
