Four Seasons Hotel, Sydney

We have stayed at many hotels in city and this place was up there with the best in serice. Room layout was amazing and added a pull out sofa for the kids no fuss. They gave us complimentary late checkout which is very rare. staff were very welcoming. Will definately stay again.

There was nothing unsatisfactory about our stay!

We celebrated early Mother’s Day. The hotel did a fantastic job making it a memorable stay for us. The Opera House view from the room was gorgeous.

Direct train link from Circular Quay, close to hotel, to airport at a cost much lower and quicker than taxi. excellent staff service from Top to bottom in all areas. Made their customers feel special.

Nothing that I didn't like, just perhaps the age of the building ... not much you can do about that though! Everything was still well maintained.

The customer service was exceptional. We regularly stay at 5 star hotels around the city and Four Seasons, by far has the best customer service. If something can’t be done, the staff never say no.

The Four Seasons went over and beyond to appeal to families with children. My son felt so special because they provided child size slippers, bathrobe, milk and cookies in room and other such special touches throughout the visit.

They were a bit over zealous with wanting to make sure everything was fine with your room. They service your room in morning and then check again in evening to check everything is ok and that you have water

The staff were absolutely incredible from start to finish. The location is very convenient as it is a 2 minute walk from Cirqular Quay stations. The room was also very clean.

The main issue was the $500 damage deposit, which was totally unexpected. I was essentially paying for another night. The pillows were also not great as I woke up with neck and back pain every morning due to them being so flat. The bathroom was quite small as well, and the soundproofing wasn't the best as we could still hear traffic from the 26th floor and the people in the room next door.

Price was too expensive. The breakfast menu was quite limited. Only Brad and some fruits were available. There were not manat hot food menus

The pool is overlooked by the highway. Lobby a bit dated but the rooms have been upgraded

Stunning room with superb amenities. The staff is wonderful. Every staff member I met was courteous, friendly and helpful. The food was of a very high standard and presented elegantly. I was particularly impressed by the fact that even though i forgot to request newspapers they were delivered to my room as I had ordered them on a previous stay. Wonderful!

The property is an older four seasons so the vibe feels a bit dated, however that is the only drawback. The room, amenities, restaurant and staff were superb.

Excellent service at all ports of call. Wonderful room with a fantastic view. Comfortable bed. Turndown service. Replenishment of water, coffee pods etc. Towels changed twice daily. Nice gym and changing facilities. We didn’t eat in the hotel, so can’t comment on food. There were Easter activities and chocolate eggs for customers / children.

It was great. I didn’t use the pool, but looked a little small. An indoor pool would be wonderful.

Thank you to the hotel staff for the warm service and for giving us a room with a view of the Opera House — it was truly memorable. We would be happy to stay here again in the future.

Nothing. One suggestion, carpets in lift area are looking old and the lounge chairs at coffee/cafe in foyer are stained

Location was perfect. The entrance is lovely and the view was stunning.

I didn’t like housekeeping turning up at random hours, knocking and just walking in. There should be a system for knowing whether or not guests are in the room. It was a bit intrusive. I understand that we pay a premium for the location and view, but I expected a little more 5* from the room itself, the pool area and housekeeping.

Excellent location with stunning views of the harbour. Spacious and immaculately clean and comfortable room. Level of housekeeping services was incredible. All staff were friendly, cheerful, courteous and helpful throughout the hotel.

It did not feel Like a luxury hotel as I would expect staying at the four seasons I had to call housekeeping to tell them to add shower gel and hand wash- Again in a luxury hotel these things should just happen Pool was average at best
