Our room was fantastic with a view over circular key and the opera house. The room has everything you could need, and it is an easy walk to most of the Sydney CBD.

The sunlight that came in through the night blinds through gaps at the sides.

Plumbing in shower was blocked, causing water to run I onto bathroom floor.

Location the best on the harbour. Every member of staff was pleasant, helpful and made the effort to check everything was ok Room was comfortable and a good size. Importantly- clean. Housekeeping was rxceptional

The location was excellent, and when I needed to shorten my stay by one day, Four Seasons helped me contact Booking.com to do so.

The TV did not connect to my laptop. I tried literally everything, but it would not connect.

The only thing that we do not like is that the robes provided are for tiny sized people. How about providing larger that everyone can fit in? Pregnant women could not wear it.

The rooms were nice, but the bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable. Staff was friendly and very helpful.

Great hotel, lovely retro feel. Perfect location to Circular Quay and the Rocks. Great swimming pool. The staff were awesome; it was my wife's 65th birthday and they made her feel very special. A big shout out to Catherine the Scot :-) at reception, she was an absolute pleasure to deal with. The domestic staff were very attentive and professional, worth the extra dollars to stay here for our 7 nights.

Every single staff member was incredibly friendly, everyone greets you. The hotel itself is very clean, opulent (a little dated) but we liked it. Gym was very decent. Room was beautiful.

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location only a few steps away from trains, trams and water taxis.

The king suite had a lovely view of the harbour and bridge but the ensuite facilities were old and dated for the price. Small and old shower/ bath combo with leaking glass shower screen due to the hinge gap. Leaving water pooled on floor after every use. Slightly unsafe to step in and out of too if a guest is older or requires a walking aid.

Loved our opera view suite with club lounge access. The room was a great size with a fantastic view. Every single member of staff in the hotel were superb and went out of their way to make our stay pleasurable.

The location was excellent for Circular quay, easy access from the train, a few hundred metres from the Light rail connection. The room was very clean, very efficient house cleaning. We had a room which looked out onto the Opera house. By the window there was a window seat which I loved sitting in watching all the activity.

Although the bed was large, for my personal taste the mattress was way too soft. You sunk into it . It enveloped you. I’ve never stayed in a hotel anywhere in the world with a mattress like it.

Breakfast was great buffet. Dinner staff ok.

Dinner service could have been better organized and attentive.

Great location and view. Easy to get to the Opera House and lots of restaurants close by.

I expected a little more from a 4 seasons. It was a bit small rooms and the general vibe was a bit dated. For example, the foyer and carpet is a bit tired. It didn't feel like a special place to stay more functional.

Although we were told to walking to phantom was a good option advice that the botanical gardens would be closed and that we would need to allow extra time to walk all the way around the garden. But this isn’t a negative about four seasons or the staff. We probably should have ask more details

The small extra cost of the 32-floor executive premium club was well worth it with hot made to taste breakfasts and complimentary evening drinks and canapes excellent value. Staff there were well above expectations for those of us willing to treat them as friends.

We paidextra for a harbor view and did not regret our decision.

Location, harbour views, quality food in their restaurant “Mode” and a nice cocktail bar “Grain”. The bell hop service was also excellent.

We were given a disabled room with no bath just a walk in shower and an annoyingly slow auto door opening. The room was still high quality with a great view.

Great location - light rail, trains and ferries right on the doorstep. Comfortable room. Easy walk to major sights.

not keen on their restaurant area which is underwhelming on the ground floor in a windowless area. Also the hotel just feels a bit faceless but can't say there was anything wrong
