It was exceptional. The room was stunning and we had the best sleep in the king bed! Most comfy hotel room ever!

Staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. Nothing was too much trouble for them. View of the harbour bridge and Sydney Opera house was stunning. Room was pretty and bed sumptuously comfortable.

No space for suitcases. Our initial room with partial harbour view was overlooking a building site. However we were upgraded to full harbour view for an additional cost which was amazing.

I loved my stay here. Great gym, great location, lovely food (room service) and the view from the hotel was lovely. The pool was also very nice. I felt like I wanted to stay there much longer.

There isn't much I didn't like apart from the size of the deposit, which was more as I wanted to put it on a debit card which felt a little odd but not a big deal.

Staff was very accommodating.

It was wonderful, location is so central, the bed was very comfortable, the staff are absolutely fabulous, nothing was too much trouble, we loved the view and so glad that we upgraded to the full harbour view, we really can't recommend this hotel enough, we will definitely be back and have already told all our friends how good it was. When so much around us is such poor value for money, it restores your faith in how to run a great hotel, it can be done, with good staff, and a great customer ethos. Whatever they are doing? Keep doing it....it works!

We had a room with view of Opera House and Sydney Harbour Bridge. We can view the sun rise over the Opera House in the morning. Every night around 8:20 pm, view the small fire work near the Opera House. Not sure what it is for, but it is a little bonus for our trip. Very good breakfast, staff are very attentive. Short walk to train station and light rail.

Can hear the road noise in the room. Lots of smokers in front of the hotel smoking area. We have to walk pass the smoking area to get to the train station, quite smelly.
