Great location. Great rooms. Great views. Great staff.

The room was spotless on arrival, all facilities were in perfect condition. The staff maintained the room daily and were fantastic. Staff were always extremely helpful and polite.

Room was very good as expected having stayed there before. Bed very comfortable and enjoyed complimentary water. Location is excellent for Opera House concerts and dinning.

Breakfast was not a good as expected as tables were too close together and was very busy. Food options are excellent for buffet, but my wife's omelette was watery and not very well done. Coffee was also average and took a long time to come.

Comfortable room with a great view and excellent location. Having both a bathtub and a shower in the bathroom was a huge bonus. The outside pool and gym were a nice addition. Breakfast was delicious and the selection was amazing.

The walls are maybe a bit too thin, you can hear too well when other people exit their rooms and talk.

The receptionist at the welcome desk was extremely friendly and kind. More from the room amazing and having the room refreshed even whilst we were out to dinner was amazing service.

Nothing - just wish we had more time to make use of facilities.

excellent location,close to all our activities that we wanted to do,staff very accomodating and helpful. Overall experience was great.

Unfortunately the bed assigned to our room was toooo soft it could have been more firmer.Did not like the mould in the shower step but when told to staff it was cleaned up.

Everything - location, experience, checkin and check out were easy, the concierge/valet were wonderful and made my sister feel welcome despite her car being full of baby stuff. The room was lovely and cosy. The room service and turn down was great, we loved the ice bucket touch at turn down.

The pillows! Look great, feel soft but collapse in to nothing when using them. There was no support at all and we ended up with sore necks. Maybe have a little note that gives guest the option to call for rubber/foam pillow options if preferred.

Excellent room , fabulous view. Friendly and helpful desk staff. Wonderful house keeping team . We will certainly stay at the Four Seasons Hotel again . Thankyou for 7 days of such a relaxing , holiday, we could not have organised a better holiday at such a lovely Hotel. The foyer was welcoming and calm!

The nice touch of a bottle of champagne for the honeymoon was truly exceptional. The view from the room was also amazing. Comfort, amenities and service was on par with a true Four Seasons experience.

During the reservation process, I paid this room for my son via Booking.com and it was a bit complicated to settle the account in full at registration as my son didnt carry my credit card so we had to doit via bank transfer. Im sure there are simpler ways to do this.

I wish the room had been a little bit more noise proof from the sounds in the corridor. I also wish there had been more hooks for towels

The location for getting around to Sydney’s major attractions is second to none! A very luxurious room, with a terrific view of the harbour. The room service was also outstanding and whilst we didn’t have breakfast, we did use the small cafe in the foyer and it was lovely. All of the staff were so polite and welcoming. My favourite hotel in all of Sydney!

Comfortable sheets and bedding, light dim settings and noise insulated room.

Valet parking is charged at $95 per night and the final invoice was not fully itemised in terms of room service charges.

Reception staff were lovely and accomodating - very happy to assist. The room and view were unreal.

Even it is cheaper than other Four Seasons. It is still very expensive.

The view and location are excellent, quintessential Sydney. I really like the room service. I often have dinner in my room as I am tired after work. The menu is delicious, and the presentation of the food is exemplary. The staff are amazing, friendly and professional. I also have breakfast each day. Too many great staff to single out, but I find Rozita to be wonderful. She remembers my order and is very pleasant.

Beautiful clean rooms, fantastic location walking distance to the Opera house and lots of great food and drink options. The pool is really nice and relaxing as well.

Our suite was absolutely amazing and club32 was very very nice. We will definitely be staying again next time we are heading to Sydney. Location is literally 2min walk to the ferry's.

Our room was fantastic with a view over circular key and the opera house. The room has everything you could need, and it is an easy walk to most of the Sydney CBD.

The location was excellent, and when I needed to shorten my stay by one day, Four Seasons helped me contact Booking.com to do so.

The TV did not connect to my laptop. I tried literally everything, but it would not connect.

The only thing that we do not like is that the robes provided are for tiny sized people. How about providing larger that everyone can fit in? Pregnant women could not wear it.

Great hotel, lovely retro feel. Perfect location to Circular Quay and the Rocks. Great swimming pool. The staff were awesome; it was my wife's 65th birthday and they made her feel very special. A big shout out to Catherine the Scot :-) at reception, she was an absolute pleasure to deal with. The domestic staff were very attentive and professional, worth the extra dollars to stay here for our 7 nights.
