Bondi Beach House, Sydney

Our second stay 😊. Perfect location a short walk to the beach and shops. Beautiful room. Friendly and helpful hosts. Lovely outdoor area to sit and relax.

Location was amazing, 2 minute walk to the beach. The apartment was clean and had everything you could need for a 4 night stay, lovely beach feel, comfy beds and little extras provided, breakfast snack and fruit. Host was on hand for any needs and easy to contact.

Could do with a light in the kitchen by the sink.

You can’t beat this location. Bed linens were great. Appreciated the breakfast items. Loved the common area patio. Good communication and instructions - quick responses and helpful hosts.

The beach house is tastefully decorated, clean, comfortable and in a superb location by the beach. The breakfast was simple but good, with fresh fruit, granola and waffles provided, as well as decent coffee and tea. The host was wonderful - excellent communication, friendly, very helpful. I asked if they could store my luggage on the day I checked out and they just gave me a late check out instead which was so helpful as it meant I could have a shower after a trip to the beach.

My only feedback is that the lock on the door isn’t very secure - the key doesn’t work easily and it didn’t feel safe as a solo female traveller. I slept with my suitcases against the door.

This is a well located, and beautifully appointed guest house style accommodation. Lovely gardens. Very close to the beach. Much better than staying in a hotel. This was our second stay here and look forward to returning

The location is fantastic, near the finish of the City to Surf. Very comfortable room close to all dining.

The location and the notes 48h given by the reception, allowing me to take pictures if I could not use internet once arrived.

Light enters the room (very high windows, and 50cm not covered). But life in Bondi Beach starts early !

The weather - rained for 3 days! Room a bit cold, instructions to not use the heater if using other appliances. Light in kitchen very dim.

Greta location for Bondi beach and icebergs, which is a must for a swim and sauna

We had a lovely stay! The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Bondi and perfect for exploring the beach and surrounding cafes and shops. It’s also just a short walk to the bus stop, which made getting around (even with luggage) super easy. Would definitely recommend!

The house is ideally located for anyone who wants to stroll around Bondi

Perhaps it could be a little clearer from photos that the house is really just one big room with multiple beds

We liked the boutique decor, the garden area, how close it was to the beach and yet how quiet the street was.

We loved the location was close to Bondi. The room was really lovely and cosy and we immediately felt at home in Sydney.

The breakfast included was great! Such a great set up! The accomodation was a great size and super close to Bondi Beach, restaurants and cafes! Super easy to catch public transport too. Wendy the host was lovely and super helpful.

The room could have used more heat being in the colder months or even some spare bedding! (I’m sure as a request this probably could have been provided)Otherwise couldn’t fault the accomodation!

Cosy bed and loved the decor and finishing touches! Great communication from staff and appreciated the early check in and being able to leave our bags for a couple hours post checking out. 10/10 would stay again!

Given the price I thought there may be more inclusions (eg toiletries, bread etc). But for this part of Sydney it was reasonable value

Location! Plus it had really cute decor, the team was lovely and responsive, and it just had a really homey feel. The space heater really helped for the chilly nights and the pillows were very comfortable.

Little niggles - the full length mirror was not in a location that I could actually see myself in it, and the couch could do with a little more comfortable pillows.

Excellent location.. so close to beach, cafes, shops. Excellent communication from hosts prior to booking and on arrival. Lovely extra touch leaving some light breakfast provisions.

We truly enjoyed our stay. We were so relaxed we stayed an extra night! The hosts were really friendly and accommodating. The room and patio garden were so relaxing. This place is a hidden gem, for sure.

The location is excellent. Very close to the ocean, but very quite. There is also a beautiful common garden and terrace to enjoy a drink. The hosts were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

We booked the garden suite that opened directly onto the beautiful plant-filled courtyard. Best decision - it was beautiful and the perfect spot for a glass of wine or a home breakfast. The location is absolutely incredible, right in the heart of Bondi, walking distance to everything, but a little bit back from the busy road so it's very peaceful and quiet despite being in busy Bondi. Hosts were great, decor is super charming, really a wonderful spot and we would visit again.

It's a small quaint place, the bathroom is a tight squeeze and there's no hot cooking facilities in the kitchenette - just a kettle and toaster. It didn't bother us at all, but just good to know depending on what your needs are! :)

Everything was wonderful . Spent time in the city and a lot of time in the beach area. Food everywhere was wonderful

Location is literally 2-3 minutes to Bondi beach and Iceberg pools. Staff is really nice.

We returned after last year as we had excellent memories of our stay. This time there was a family staying on the first floor with a kid running back and forth their room on a frequent basis. They were rather loud which we found annoying. Staff tried to tell them To behave - that did not work. I believe this is something that seriously needs to be improved because given the price you , you expect peace, simply want to enjoy your time, wake up when you want to - not somebody else’s kid’s yelling/running. And don’t want to be part of an other family’s live hearing all. That made us uncomfortable this time unfortunately. Otherwise we loved this place.

Great communication from the staff although we didn’t meet any. Excellent location, close to the beach, restaurants and other attractions. The room was comfortable and spacious. Muesli and biscuits were provided for breakfast.

We would have appreciated moisturiser and tissues in the bathroom and a tea towel for the dishes. There is no ac (fans only) but we did not feel it necessary even when the temperature outside was 31 degrees. Just to be clear, the only appliances in the room were hair dryer, tv, fridge, kettle and toaster.

Loved the decor, location and little breakfast they leave you. Cute linen bedding and kitchen area. Very comfortable. So quiet for how close you are to everything in Bondi.
