great reception team, very friendly. room was well fitted out. cool design. clean. great location. overall loved it.
could've used a full length mirror. and the lift "bongs" to announce its arrival could be heard from my room (which wasn't next door) - kept thinking my alarm was going off.

Good value in a great location
Great location and a really pleasant staff. Rooms were a decent size.
There was a rack which acted like a closet but our particular room did not have a dedicated closet.

Decent stay. But expensive.
Location.
Front desk help was great. Very nice.
Bathroom door was not functioning properly.
Room was not turned during our 2 night stay.
Had to remake bed upon arrival because sheets were not tucked-in properly to begin with.
For $384 (Aussie) I expected a little more attention to detail.

Very good place to stay for visiting Sydney

Great location will stay again but definitely would want the room with a balcony
Fabulous location
They gave us a free upgrade so we ended up in a great room with a private balcony which was lively to sit on.
Breakfast is very average, best part is they include a barista coffee but just don’t expect to much.

Would come back for sure if in the area. Somewhere comfortable and fun to stay while out and about the city.
The staff were amazing. Kind and helpful. The room was also fantastic, very stylish, quirky and fun. The bed was lovely and the lobby and corridors were so fun. The location was also easy to find.
The bathroom door was just a life door, but didn’t actually close all the way. Just a hint of paranoia. The breakfast area was also a bit chaotic, thought nicely dressed, felt a little like an after thought for the lobby (compared to the rest of the hotel)

Location location location and great hotel too
Fantastic location behind the famous Coco Cola sign in Kings Cross, convenient for walking into the city and for catching trains. Big room with comfortable bed and spacious shower in the bathroom. Friendly staff and great breakfasts.
Not possible to open the windows so forced to use air conditioning.
