Out of the world expirence.
Everything from the time we entered until check out was amazing. The location and the service was the icing on the cake.
The time it took for the team to bring up something that we asked was way too long. We asked for extra milk that took lot of time, etc.

Wonderful except for the billing
The billing process is illogical. I made a 1 night deposit upon booking. At checkin my card was debited for the rest as security deposit. Then at checkout I was double billed for the stay. Totally inappropriate and I refused to pay the additional amount instead asking them to process the original checkin amount - they would then owe me money.

wonderful apart from the above very disappointing start
i specifically requested an opera house view room as shown in your photo but my room did not comply and i had to change rooms but at an additional cost of $150 per night.It was my 50th wedding anniversary so was disappointing.Maybe you did not make sure of my request????
