Service was excellent and subtle

The dining area was great for breakfast and had a good atmosphere each morning.
However, it was the opposite in the evening with limited choice, and even then could not deliver the limited choice and offered substitutes. This we felt, was unacceptable for a hotel of this standing…

Courteous, friendly and I felt remembered, i.e. in the Living Room, I had the same table the second night. TBoth nights the meals were perfect. Exactly what I was looking for to enjoy. Simple, clean and fresh!
Breakfast was incredible. The options from the menu were outstanding and delicious.

Can I move in? Every hotel manager should stay here for a night to see how a hotel should be run! I couldn't fault anything, loved the pre-dinner drinks, room was beautiful with an amazing view, breakfast delicious. Location was perfect with walking distance to the Rocks, Circular Quay etc. Staff couldn't do more to assist with any request. Loved our stay and will stay again.

Some things were worn

Le Labo products were very special indeed, they make my favourite perfume (Santal 33).
The space in the room was great and every aspect of the room was spot on,
(cleanliness, modernity and super comfy beds!!
Breakfast was divine, my spanner crab omelette was delicious!

I would have preferred our king size suite a view of the harbour and the opera house rather than circular quay.

Exceptional location and very neat, today and comfortable

expensive, so unfortunately the frequency of my stays will be less purely based on the pricing

Staying longer

I was hoping to have a bridge view, but the view we did have we could see the Opera House to one side and it was very pretty. We were fortunate that the weather allowed us a lot of balcony time. I cannot fault this hotel, it is expensive but something I would try and include in my holiday budget. My friend and I wanted to use the room (as opposed to just sleep in there) & we did have some down time to use it. Fresh towels every day. That in itself is a luxury as other hotels do not necessarily do this. The breakfast was hands down the best hotel breakfast I have ever had!! Oh and the toilet in our room ....... don't be afraid to push those buttons!!! :-)

I didn't not like anything about the hotel.

Primo location, super clean, friendly staff. Rooftop pool the best. Make sure you pay the extra and get a harbour/opera house view.

It’s pricey, but you get what you pay for.

Lighting in the bathroom could have been a bit brighter..or the option of brighter light.

Absolutely loved our stay. I have always wanted to stay at Park Hyatt. So decided to book us there for my Husband’s( of 60 years) 86th Birthday…..Definitely a memorable two days.

The location of this hotel is unbeatable in my opinion. The rooms are bright and spacious with large comfortable beds. The rooftop pool and hot tub are drop dead gorgeous with views across to the opera house and above to the bridge.

The Breakfast service is chaos. Lots of staff but plates are not cleared. It is haphazard ordering from the hot food menu. It needs some organisation.

The breakfast was the best we’ve had in a long time staying at a hotel! Very very high quality fresh food

Co-ordinating services was awkward . It was my daughter’s birthday & we were having an overnight spa-cation to celebrate & there are no “special occasion” insights. The dining discount was offered on arrival - too late to cancel elsewhere & the spa services didn’t tie into the pool & sauna. The staff & care were excellent however we felt disappointed when the casual dining was booked out for lunch, after our treatments.
