Staff were excellent. Room although clean was crampt. And that's with an upgrade the receptionist told us! Bar / restaurant were very nice and staff again were so helpful and polite.

Bar not very welcoming we were a little confused as to whether it was just a restaurant or if we could stop to have drinks … seats at the bar would be good breakfast was not the best.. all a little to pricey for the room

Staff were good but they obviously needed more staff. There was no one to man the bar. It was a beautiful bar and we were very disappointed that we could not have a quiet drink before bed after going to a show in Darling Harbour. We were then surprised that our room did not have towels and that we had to go down to reception to get them because the young lady was alone and could not leave reception. It should be a great spot just a few things to fix.

There isn't anything not to like. Access to Darling Harbour, the city via the light rail was so convenient.

The staff were amazing and provided the boutique hotel experience with easy and early check in and lots of lovely little chats. The restaurant Mister Percy was so cosy and the food was lovely. We used this area for meeting with other members of the family staying in the hotel as we had all chosen the shoebox rooms.

I loved the toiletry products they provided, much better than any other hotel I’ve stayed at. The room was amazing! I could live there, that’s how much I loved it :)

It was my first stay. The awesome decor, great location (walking distance to Darling Harbour, Cockle Bay and Barangaroo). Complimentary mini bar (non alcoholic) & complimentary lollies near reception!! It was so clean and stylish. Lots of lighting options. Clean, large bathroom and comfy bed.

Walking access is a little difficult - as the convention centre routes were closed and i did wander around lost trying to get back on my first evening.

Staff were all very friendly, helpful and easy to deal with. I had arranged for the hotel to provide a welcome hamper for my wife's birthday, and it was perfect! Location was perfect as it was within walking distance of all the harbour attractions around Pyrmont and Darling Harbour. Vehicle parking(subsidized) was conveniently located across the road from The Woolshed, which was handy The rooms were very quiet and there was very little traffic movement around the hotel.

There was very little not to like-the duvee on the bed was maybe a little to warm for myself but this was not really a major issue as as it is a personal preference-otherwise there were no issues to speak of.

Loved the quirky layout of our loft room! The names of the house bathroom care products. The lobby -- textures, colours, feel. The glass lift. Staying in a heritage building. The whole experience was a vibe on the next level! Can't wait to stay in more Ovolo hotels.

While not very large, the room was just perfect for our needs and the location was so central. We also enjoyed dinner. The Lolly Bar was also a real winner!
