Central location and close to the train station so perfect spot for sightseeing Sydney

Loved the Interiors and the spacious of the room ( we booked the large room and it delivered). The in room record player and chosen records / music were a lovely nostalgic personal touch before a dinner out. Very comfortable king bed, bath and the room service breakfast was amazing. The customer service was fabulous as was the check out at 12 pm. We left revitalised ! Thank you

That we couldn’t stay longer

The bed!!! So comfy and the pillows so fluffy, the shower was so relaxing and the aesthetics of the room and hotel were beautiful

At most, the toilet door was shut off completely so when traveling with a companion, it’s a bit out there

Our room was spacious, clean and finished to a high standard. The bar and restaurant provided a delightful ambience in which to meet fellow travellers. We found the staff extremely pleasant and helpful and the whole experience provided the perfect launching pad for our first two days in Australia. The hotel is conveniently situated for multiple choices of travelling to Sydney Harbour but we ended up with a very pleasant walk back.

Lighting poor in toilet and shower room. Car park was expensive and there were inadequate instructions on how to get back to the hotel. A map showing the one way system would have been helpful.

Very easy hotel to get in and out. Good location in the city center, nice staff and clean, modern rooms.

Our room was facing the inner court and you almost couldn’t tell if it was day or night since so little light reached us. The hotel itself is nice but this for us was a big no no. Make sure you check this when booking.

Great location and very cool aesthetic. The staff were friendly, and the food and cocktails at the restaurant/bar were fabulous.

The bathroom door is not a complete door, so it's lacking a little privacy if you're travelling with someone.

Location was great. Roof top bar was wonderful and staff amazing.

We left 2 items in the closet and whilst one was retuned the other was not which was very disappointing. Our fault for leaving but the staff that cleaned the room are not honest.

Great to have a restaurant and bar on site because we were pushed for time with an overnight stay for a concert!

The hotel was beautiful. Very clean, vintage vibe but modern. The staff were helpful and friendly. We arrived at about 2 with our room almost ready. We were happy to wait and were given a complimentary drink from the bar. Which was a lovely touch. In a great location as well and easy walk to the train station. We both absolutely loved the hotel and recommend to anyone

We love the Ace for it's unique design and location

The staff are wonderful however we have been to the Ace at least 10 times and they never seem to know this. A simple welcome back or thanks for staying with us again would be a nice touch.

Design all around you is great. Makes it really enjoyable environment to be in. Restaurant is great, and the cafe for coffee and morning juice etc great too. Rooms are calm and have great showers.

Lighting is lovely and moody just little tricky for make up - perhaps a mirror light would help.

The hotel is overall great, it feels trendy and modern. The restaurants are great. It’s just one metro stop away from the Opera or a 30-minute walk.

It doesn’t offer breakfast and rooms can be a little bit on the small side.

The sound insulation to the city is great, but you do hear everyone outside your room as they return to theirs, which can be quite loud for light sleepers

It was a beautiful old property restored to a very high level. Throughout the hotel everything was of a high standard which probably my reason for a slightly lower rate was the room was on the small side for us with our cases but with historical buildings you have to compromise somewhere. staff super helpful and friendly and they did their utmost to get our room ready as we had arrived at 8am after a 24 hour flight. Would definitely return ...

Friendly vibe across reception, cafe and bar staff including bar security. The room was super clean room, well designed with a particularly comfortable bed and the perfect amount of room for a 2 night stay.

This hotel just became our fav place to stay in Sydney. We will be back again soon and hoping that you change very little.....except maybe a designated drop off/pick up area in front of the hotel for added convenience.

Everything, great property - location, staff, styling. 12:00 checkout is a luxury. Options of food are excellent.

Bed was very comfy, pillows were cosy, room was clean, and you could stream to the TV which is very handy, location was close to everywhere i needed to be

poor lighting in bathroom. Bathroom should be in completely seperate room from living area. Room small.
