Staff, ambience, facilities, location. Has a really cool "vibe".

Bit noisy especially early mornings but city centre location so maybe no surprise. Toilet in the room could have been a bit more "private"!

Location and high ceilings, overall sie of rooms plus in-room espresso machine. The rooftop bar is a great place to visit on hot afternoons and evenings.

This visit is the first time that we felt that the overall cleanliness of the hotel corridors could have been better. The carpet wasn't vacuumed for two days, whilst needing it, during our stay plus multiple paintwork patches for repairs were evident on the corridor walls rather than repainting a whole section requiring repair. Given the price of accommodation, these minor details could have been done better, just a minor disappointment.

Staff were friendly, room was spacious and comfortable, rooftop pool and bar were great.

Great quirky property and close to central transport hub making it easy to get around Sydney.

Breakfast was disappointing, items unavailable and the service was slow, my husband had finished his meal before mine was brought out.

The location is superb. The renovation is interesting and funky. The room was very good, comfortable bed, clean, spacious shower, good AC, good wifi.

The mens toilets in the basement near the gym reeked, were dirty and had a leaking cistern. The plugs in the sinks in the bathroom in our room didn't hold water. The waiting staff were occasionally forgetful and not fully trained.

Great location. Perfect to get to and from the airport and walk the city. Great staff, huge rooms, and great rooftop pool.

Everything was really good, the room was more than we were expecting, weren't expecting how big it was and it to be split into an upstairs and downstairs so that was cool

The pool on the top floor had a lot of cockroaches running around, wasn't the worst and they weren't in the water which was good but was a little bit gross.

lamp above bed was loose. Main feature light in room had one bulb not working and looked like it needed cleaning. Also pool was closed early, a day earlier than notified.

the room was great, heaps of space, the beds and pillows super comfy. Coffee pods and machine. roof top pool and ability to order through QR code downstairs. restaurant for dinner was great, delicious food.

ordered from pool area/rooftop with QR code and waited 1 hr for drinks as they forgot. then made a weird drink that was not what I ordered. nil apologies. No outputs to charge phones up there in rooftop lounge area, and nil proper change room.

Unfortunately the hotel can’t be booked for virtue of having a pool bar, as can’t rely on it being open / function free during your stay. Given the shower space, most likely caters to couples, but bathroom could still be improved with a proper door on the toilet / backing on the frosted glass to make it opaque.

staff were friendly. the decor was so nostalgic and the provides insight into the history of the building. room was huge and very comfortable and beautiful styled.

rooms were a little noisy early morning due to meeting rooms above.

Fantastic stay. We loved how while we were there the rooftop and pool area was empty most of the time which meant we could chill and swim up there. Great rooms with everything you could need and fantastic location close to transport and the city.

Loved the location, opened right to Spice Alley ! What a find also close to Central station for our early airport travel. Roof top pool was smaller than pictured and had a private party at the bar but still welcomed us to pool area for a drink and swim

Lobby was a little run down , central flower arrangement dead and dried out, bikes really not an option although shown in pictures

Great industrial decor and cool atmosphere. Bar downstairs added to the eclectic vibe. Rooftop pool and bar was sensational!

This is a lovely hotel is a great location! We arrived way before check in due to an early flight and the staff let us use the pool and stored our bags so we could go out for the day. The pool was lovely and the room clean and comfortable.

Outstanding roof top area, an excellent place to relax above the hustle and bustle of the cbd.

This is by far my favorite hotel. I love its history and unique charm. It is in the most perfect location for me, the room was beautiful, and the staff were super helpful and friendly. My room was amazing. I love that it had a record player (unfortunately I wasn't there long enough to make use of it, but I will next time). The attention to detail, interesting design, comfortable bed, beautiful linen, gorgeous products all made for an exceptional stay. I did not want to leave, and it will be my hotel of choice every time I come to Sydney.

There was nothing that I didn't like about this hotel, the service, facilities or location. It exceeded my expectations in every area, and I am very grateful to all those involved in creating such a beautiful place and experience. Juan and Florence in Reception were super helpful and friendly. Thank you.
