The staff were very friendly, especially helpful and quite professional in appearance and speech.

Great size and well appointed room, hotel is intimate for a partner get away for the weekend, and ideally located for either the Rocks or Barangaroo access. The dining and bar are first class, and gym and spa enough for the weekend regime.

If I have to be picky, the aircon was a little too cold in the common area's for the time of year, but in the room was perfect as you can control......

The Deluxe Harbour King room is one of the best rooms in this hotel. The view shows Darling Harbour, ferries on the move, cruise ships berthing at White Bay wharf, people running and cycling around the harbour foreshore, especially fantastic sunsets. It is spacious, clean and comfortable. The new restaurant, The James, is fantastic as well. We ate dinner there and the food is quite special. We have stayed here countless times and the staff look after us, even though they don't know us. We only recognised Steve at the Observatory Bar, who is a star, at this hotel. We had laundry done this visit, always happy with the result. Check in and out is very professional and courteus. Loved our stay. We enjoyed using the swimming pool and the gym.

This is our favourite Sydney Hotel for good reason. We do feel that acknowledgement of long term customers like us, should be recognized and we should be welcomed back on every stay and there should be something they could add to our names, so it could happen. We are asked each time, if it is our first time in the hotel. Return customers would feel better to know they are appreciated.

Perfect location and the fact that the hotel had some rooms with a terrace/balcony with a bay view.

We had room service one night and whilst the quality of the food was good it was tepid at best and some of it was quite cold.

The location and beauty inside

We were greeted by a charming young porter, Ayman, like we were old friends. He later cheerfully brought our bags to the room, a stylish & spacious junior suite overlooking Barangaroo and water views with a passing parade of ferries, jet cats & other craft. Super comfy beds with heavenly pillows were just the tonic. Full points to front desk staff - Zeke whose wit & professionalism was the perfect welcome while Jay eased our departure & chased down our errant cab. A perfect weekend break. We'll be back.

We informed housekeeping that our room could be now cleaned after we had overslept & not been ready when the initial housekeeper arrived. We were advised a supervisor would be informed but at day's end it was not done. No disaster as a late check provided us with fresh towels. We also had quite a delay with the cab service to the hotel. Admittedly it was early Monday morn but perhaps the provider may need some competition :)

The location was perfect for both the rocks and Barangaroo. The breakfast was delicious and the variety of items was amazing considering we arrived at the end of the sitting. The staff were very attentive, even late in the evening and the room was delightful.
The spa is fabulous and again the staff were very attentive.

It would have been lovely to stay another day to really enjoy all the facilities but was a little pricey. I would love to go back again!

It has charming vibe and a good location

There is nothing bad about it. Maybe the breakfast could have little more varieties. But the breakfast was overall still very good.

Beautiful hotel with excellent service and well located at the top of the Rocks, near Barangaroo metro and restaurants. Room and facilities were stunning with small touches such as hotel branded Dyson hairdryers to make it feel really special. Everything was spot on.

Breakfast service was painfully slow when ordering items not part of the buffet and for coffee

This was the most serene, exceptional hotel experience ever. Best in central Sydney.

This si a beautifully maintained hotel in a secluded location, but still relatively close to the city

It is slightly isolated when it comes to good food options but that is fine and a nice walk to everything (unless it s raining)

Comfortable, clean, beautifully appointed, probably one of the nicest hotels we have stayed at. Stylish but not pretentious made for a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. Wonderfully generous sized room and bathroom well furnished. Very happy staying at this hotel.

No mini bar in the room anymore, losing its status quickly for me now with the clear cost reductions happening, only 4 pillows on the bed instead of 6, minimal towels in bathroom……

Fantastic location and view. Staff were fabulous - warm, charming and professional. Kids robe and slippers for our daughter were a thoughtful touch.

Great room(Delux) bed amazing so large and comfortable. The feel of the hotle is vey old world charm yet modern facilities. Bar great cocktails amazing. Staff very friendly and welcoming. We used the pool and spa which was very nice.I will definitely stay again.

The staff was extremely helpful getting us a room for an early checkin and upgrading our accomodations. The suites we stayed in were spacious and well furnished. The location is teriffic in the Rocks. We like staying in a smaller low rise hotel.
