Ace Hotel, Sydney

Location was great. Rooms were great.The property was fantastic. Most of the staff were friendly. Beds were very comfy. I enjoyed my stay.

The rooms needed a little more attention to cleanliness as the toilet door had splash marks over the glass.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff always were helpful and smiling

Very interesting- loved the guitar in the room( my husband plays) and the turntable with swappable LPs is a nice cool touch

Great location for the capitol theatre. Staff very welcoming and friendly. Room was great. Had a casual dinner before theatre which good.

After a 24 hour journey this was exactly what I needed. Cosy and comfortable with welcoming staff. Loved the shampoo/conditioner etc. and the robe, steamer etc. were a great addition!

My room was pretty small with no where to put my luggage at all, which I guess is what I paid for, but a luggage rack or something would have been great. It was also really incredibly dark, especially in the shower and toilet which was really frustrating whilst trying to beat jet lag.

Such a cool hotel in a great location in the city. Good facilities, lovely drinks and delicious food. Staff were beyond helpful - couldn’t ask for much more. Everything we needed was there or available upon request. Can’t recommend this place enough!

Ace Hotel Sydney is one of the best hotels we’ve experienced in Sydney. We’ve stayed twice, and both visits have been amazing . The staff are outstanding, the facilities are excellent, and the interior design truly sets it apart from other hotels in Sydney. During our second stay, we encountered an issue with our room, but a staff member, Pablo, handled it professionally and with great care, making our overall experience and comfort.

Everything about Ace was amazing. Loved our stay just as much as the first time we came.

The staff were brilliant. The room was very comfortable and clever use of a small space. Decor is fabulous. Room service and restaurants attached to hotel were excellent.

Amazing atmosphere, stylish, comfortable furnishings, friendly people, amazing food and service. We felt so welcome and at home during our stay. I wanted to move in!

A couple of minor housekeeping things - a toothbrush and tissues from the previous guest were left in the room, and the radio didn't work - but didn't detract from our experience.

Fabulous room with so many thoughtful little touches that we appreciated. Great location for exploring the CBD and Chinatown. Breakfast downstairs at Loam was delicious. Will definitely be back 😊

First time travelling with our puppy and just loved the service the friendly staff from the moment we arrived the hotel is gorgeous m. We will be staying there again!

The bed was not soft and there was not enough light in the shower

The only issue was the slow wifi connection in some rooms, had to use my personal data.
