A great boutique hotel in a good location. Excellent, helpful staff on reception, especially Zainah. Good buffet breakfast plus choice of cooked options.

The bar/breakfast/dining area was designed to look "cool" with all low tables and chairs, which actually exclude a wheelchair user such as myself. Fortunately on most days we found the one raised normal height table vacant for breakfast. Sauna out of action for a couple of days.

Gym. No weights for women. Very low ceiling making it difficult to work out properly.

The location, room and service was excellent. The staff were extremely helpful, especially with extra wishes.

A very beautiful and luxurious experience. My colleague and I stayed for one night for a work trip and it was beautiful. Lovely room, perfect water pressure in the shower, friendly staff and walking distance to where we needed to be for our meetings. I would have loved to be able to try out on of the spa treatments, next time.. ;-)

The scrambled eggs could have been hotter but it was still delicious.

Great Location. Beautiful building. Access to famous Food Hall from Hotel. Very good Breakfast. Reception Staff were very helpful. We left early in the morning before breakfast started and they packed us a take away breakfast. Access to private use of the sauna was brilliant. You need to book. Courtyard cafe has a great vibe. Very popular . The place to be seen .

Our courtyard balcony room was rather cramped . It did not have a bath ,apparently all the other balcony rooms did so check when you book. The balcony was lovely until the courtyard takes off from midday to midnight. One of those places where the music is so loud you have to shout to talk to the person next to you. Better to get a room away from the courtyard. Bar staff were not very friendly or welcoming.

Great location downtown. Food hall in front of the door. Great breakfast buffet and very attentive staff. I was on the top floor and the ceiling beams took a lot of headspace from the overall room space.

Did not clean the rom for two days even though we had out «rom service sign» out for two days. But went fast when asked. The internett lagged alot while using chromecast.

Absolutely stunning hotel! The ground floor bar and restaurant are perfect and great service. The rooms was wonderfully designed and compact. The 45 mins free private sauna was a lively touch.

The massages were below standard and she didn’t understand English. I asked not to do certain places on my body and pointed but maybe I was clear enough.

Ideal location, wine bar, restaurant, fantastic breakfast and possibly the best staff we have ever experienced.

Villa Dagmar offers a fantastic location in Östermalm, just a short walk from Stureplan and Östermalms Saluhall. The rooms are cozy and well-designed, providing a warm and inviting atmosphere. For the quality of the stay, the hotel offers excellent value for money. I also appreciated the strong room access security measures in place, which added a sense of safety. A special mention to the receptionist at checkout at 5 AM on January 29th—she was incredibly friendly and helpful, leaving a positive final impression of my stay.

There was no porter or doorman service, so I had to haul three pieces of luggage through the lobby and even through the restaurant, which felt a bit awkward. Basic dental amenities were not provided in the room, which was unexpected for a hotel of this standard. Additionally, taxis cannot drop guests directly outside due to the pedestrian-only street, making arrivals and departures slightly inconvenient.

Amazing staying at Villa Dagmar . Everything was perfect! The Italian girl at the reception Sofia, was wonderful. Can’t wait to be back!

We had an internal balcony room , could not open due to the smell of fish from the kitchen in the restaurant on the ground floor . Rooms are very small

I wanted to surprise my husband for his birthday and the staff went out of their way to make everything seamless and comfortable. My husband loved his surprise and it was a very nice touch that he was wished Happy Birthday at reception and we had a lovely note left in the room. Big Thanks to Sofia for organising everything from being able to take our small dog who was supplied with a bed and food to making our dinner reservations at another hotel. My husband will always remember this. Highly recommend a visit!

When we booked a taxi they were not able to drop us off right outside the hotel. I do think this has more to do with the taxi companies than the hotel.

I like literally everything. Staff were so helpful and nice. I felt like at home! Atmosphere of the hotel is wonderful. Very cozy and luxury restaurant that can make your day more festive! I pay attention to cleanliness very much, so I can confidently say that it was perfect! Thank you for your job to make our stay more comfortable!

Breakfast is quite expensive at £35pp even though it is really nice with a great selection of options, especially for me as someone with dietary requirements - just maybe not worth quite that much. However, they had ran out of English Breakfast tea the entire time we were there - 3 days - which was annoying as a non coffee drinker, when paying £35pp. Earl grey is not the same thing!

We did late check in due to the flight and the receptionist gave us a room just above the restaurant. We said wanted to have a quite room and she pretended she didn’t know where our assigned room was allocated :/ the day after we had to request to move to a different one and we had to pay for the upgrade. Also because the original room was tiny.

Everything. It’s was spectacular. Great location. Really friendly and very helpful staff. The bed— the BEDDD was soooooooooo soft and so amazing!!!! The food was also great and the restaurant on the ground floor made your Friday evening pretty chilled. 10/10

First impression from the front desk, Florence, that’s kind, helpful, and accommodating.

Historic architecture, excellent furnishings, beautiful decorations, including luxury window treatments and nice linens. Handy and friendly restaurant, good drinks, and pizza. Helped us with our luggage which was saying a lot since we had packed for six weeks vacation.

EVERYTHING! I can't wait to go back. Villa Dagmar is sheer perfection. From the moment you walk in, you are greeted by an exceptional & dedicated staff. Special shout out to Christine & Frida who were so informative and helpful during my 1 week stay. This boutique hotel looks & feels like a gracious European villa with elegant yet comfortably decorated & appointed common rooms featuring exquisite fresh flower arrangements that invite guests to feel at home. Guest rooms are equally luxurious with fine bedding, plush robes, slippers and towels. Room decor feature finely crafted wood moldings & trim, marble sinks and polished chrome fixtures. Breakfast is served each morning in a series of dining areas, each with slightly different feel and decor. The breakfast menu is extensive and beautifully displayed and served. The hotel also has a bistro with outdoor or indoor seating options, ideal for lunch, dinner or just lingering with a glass of wine, spirits or lagers while you watch the pedestrian traffic wander by. It truly feels like Paris. The neighborhood is charming and situated away from Stockholm's bustling city center. Visitors and local families share in the delight of the ability to walk or bike to beautiful surrounding parks, museums, churches and the nearby islands via connecting bridges that will bring you to Old Town and the Noble Prize Museum as well as other historic sites and pristine parks. Östermalms Saluhall is a gourmet's treasure trove of epicurean delights to not only satiate your gastronomic desires but provide a feast for the eyes. I can't recommend it highly enough. I'm already planning to return September '25.
