Beautiful decor, particularly downstairs.

Our room was rather small with very limited hanging space.

The hotel location was excellent. Most parts of central Stockholm were within walking distance. The Breakfast was excellent, both the parts ordered from the menu and from the buffet. The coffee was especially good.

The room was a lot smaller than the pictures suggested. The light switches in the room never made any sense, even after 3 days of trying to figure them out. You never knew what switches controlled what light in the bedroom, which were 3-wayed with a switch by the entrance.

Beautiful boutique hotel right in the center of town, next to great restaurants and shops. Gorgeous quiet, comfy rooms and beautiful breakfast buffet. The staff were lovely, especially the servers at breakfast. Amazing location. Highly recommend.

It took over 20” to check-in. Staff never apologised or acknowledged the fact.

The staff at the front desk as well as the restaurant wait staff were not trained very well.

Excellent location & cosy interior. Soft, crisp white spotless bed sheets. Plenty little practical gadgets (ear plugs, adaptor, jewellery box within safe, toothbrushes, shaving kit,...). Next to foodhall and shopping area, museums island within 20' walking.

Double rooms are very small (had to take 2 because we are a family of 3 and the hotel cannot accommodate 3 persons in one room even if one is a minor); beds are good quality but rather soft not firm- trickyif you have vack problems; just one person (staff) at reception to check-in guests while creating a queue of 15'-20' for other guests for simple services like calling a taxi; no porter upon arrival to help with luggage and this for 3 consecutive days; some staff at breakfast behaving as if servicing is a chore, once almost telling us off because we arrived 15' before closing breakfast and basic stuff like croissants had finished...

The cosy room, the very comfortable beds, the excellent breakfast, and also the perfect location in the most beautiful part of Stockholm.

Lovely hotel in a great location. It was easy to walk to the major places of interest. The staff could not have been more helpful. Our room was lovely, great choice and quality at breakfast. Highly recommended.

The staff are absolutely amazing. Always going above and beyond and nothing is ever too hard to fix. I have stayed here 5+ times and I keep coming back because it is truly a hotel that feels like "home away from home". Perfect location and the beds are the best ones I've ever slept in at a hotel. The breakfast is GREAT! Gym & spa are good - nothing spectacular but you have exactly what you need. Out of all the hotels I've stayed at in the world, Villa Dagmar stays as my number 1!

Excellent breakfast! The bed - amazing! Location, staff - very good everything!

I generally do not like the waste in luxury hotels. They change towels too often, place 6 pillows in a bed for 1 person - why? And a double duvet for 1 person, the same. All this laundry makes me leave the hotel with the feeling I have for sure not contributed to sustainability. You can all do better in this topic!
