Beautifully designed, great central location. Very service minded and friendly staff.

Great breakfast, location and infrastructure.

Centrally located between the T and buses going out to the archipelago at Slussen. Breakfast was a treat everyday and staff very friendly and hospitable. Central for Södermalm and easy access to Gamla Stan, downtown and Kungsholmen. I was upgraded to a standard king which was a lovely perk since I was staying for 5 nights!

Rooms are a bit tight and shower door didn’t stay closed so water got out of the shower cabin easily; but these are minor details - the decor is tastefully lush and loved the views of the water and sky from the third floor.

Best breakfast!

Excellent breakfast, excellent location. Very convenient to both metro and walkable destinations. Can also recommend a cocktail and small plates at the restaurant for dinner.

No storage in the bathroom for your toiletries, but that’s just a reach to try to find something negative to say. Very nice stay.

Comfiest beds, delicious breakfast and friendly staff!

Room was smaller than expected but still comfy!

Breakfast was amazing, fresh food, wide choice, just delicious! Rooms were SUPER cute, small but so incredibly cosy and decoration beautiful. Beds were heavenly! Comfy mattress, big cosy duvets, perfect lounging cushions. Bathrooms were cleverly designed! Interiors of the hotel were gorgeous! Location ideal for seeing the city and walking around. Drinks in the bar at night were excellent and so cosy.

Basins for bathroom very small. Not enough space for toiletries. Not enough space for clothes and other stuff, hardly any storage space (luckily I was only 1 person in the room and only there for 2 nights!) Breakfast was quite hectic with too many people over the weekend- very busy and people walking over and around the food- didn't feel so good. We sat in the bar, which was nice and calm, but a struggle to walk (with our food!) through the corridor/entrance/lobby and then through the reception to get to the bar (because there were always people waiting for breakfast and to check in)

The staff was incredible. Incredible. We mistakenly booked a smaller room than expected, and they did everything possible to upgrade us as soon as possible. The breakfast was extraordinary.

Amazing bedroom and breakfast. The hotel is in Sodermalm, not far away from Gamla Stan and the main atractions of Stockhom. I would definitely stay once again in Hotel Frantz.

Small room, little storage and tiny bedside tables

I stayed 17 nights in this hotel, it was a great stay. Great location to move around between Södermalm and Gamla Stand/Nordmalm. Breakfast was great, and the staff was always friendly. I enjoyed the stay and the old renovated style. Cocktails were also great at the hotel bar!

It was a bit noisy sometimes. The doors did not keep the noise out of the room. I used Oropax in order to sleep well at night. Also, 2-3 times a day there was an unpleasant smell that came out of the aircon.. as if it was linked to other soom's toilets...

The design, hospitality and location are amazing. It‘s great home away from home - and, oh that breakfast. It’s the perfect excuse why it can be a little busy around the buffet.

The windows to the back alley are a little useless, the shower was not easy to operate and if there’s anything to not like, then it’s that the toilet paper is not very strong (could be easily fixed).

The hotel's aesthetic is great. We enjoyed a drink in the wine cellar round the side of the restaurant and the breakfast was great.

The rooms are a bit small. I moved furniture around to accommodate our suitcases to lay on the floor. For the price I was expecting water, tea and coffee to be provided in the room but I don't think there's space for a small sideboard to accommodate that. Luckily breakfast starts early for those of us who need coffee to get going.

Staff were lovely, check in was easy, and it was great to be able to leave our bags there in the morning so we didn't have to carry them around all day. The room itself was incredibly comfortable with some really lovely details. The bed was amazing - we had a great night sleep. The breakfast was delicious - a really great variety. Location was perfect - right between old town and the buzzy high street shops, plus 8 mins from Central Station on the subway. All round, a really great stay at a lovely hotel.

Breakfast was incredible. It had everything and more you would want from a healthy and luxurious breakfast. Atmosphere was so nice I could’ve stayed there all afternoon too.

The room was super tiny. Like a little box. No closet to hang or fold your clothes. Matras was to soft for my taste but that’s preference. There was a lot of noise outside my window early in the morning from a cleanup crew emptying glass or something. It woke me up.

The staff was superb. The receptionists extremely helpful, friendly and professional. Real sweethearts! Similar about the breakfast/restaurant/bar staff. Breakfast is beyond sufficient. Elegantly presented. Delicious, quality food. Loved the idea of using a cooking pots to keep the warm dishes warm. So homey!

Obviously the lack of an elevator. The bathroom in our room was a bit narrow to feel comfortable getting out of the shower. The noise from the street could be perhaps mitigated better by a different type of windows?

Temperature at night was too high. I put it at 19 degrees but I believe it stayed around 21 degrees maybe.

The hotel is very charming and extremely Swedish :-) You see careful and beautiful details in everything, its all simple, but functional and at the same time sophisticated. I been in Stockholm many times and this was my best hotel experience. Will certainly stay there the next time I go to Stockholm!

Everything: exceptional service, beautiful rooms and spaces, excellent breakfast, cute bar on site.

Breakfast was amazing. Our room was small but really comfortable. Easy to walk a lot places.

There were a lot of noises at friday and saturday night outside of the hotel.
